Through Brad, I was fortunate to meet his beautiful family - his daughters Joy, Lauren, and Saskia who are with us today - as well as his grandchildren, siblings, and numerous other loved ones. Brad cherished his family above all else, and their love and support were his guiding light.
In 2014, Brad made the decision to embark on a new career path outside Old Mutual. However, his connection to our Operations and Scheduling teams remained unbroken. Last year, I had the honor of reinterviewing him, and on the 10th of October, Brad rejoined the green machine.
