Shereda, sister; Alfonso Gatica, brother and her beloved husband Pablo R. Carrejo; daughters, Leticia Carrejo-Buenrostro, Bianca Carrejo, Rosalinda Carrejo. She is also survived by her granddaughters, Elizabeth N. Rodriguez, Alura M. Soliz, Mina R. Maldonado, and her grandsons Matthew M. Buenrostro and Elijah P. Buenrostro. Maria Carrejo will be remembered for her contagious smile and dimples. Her daughters and grandchildren loved her, family was the center of who she was in life. She enjoyed spending her time outdoors tending to her flowers and had a compassion for animals she fed the birds and deer in the pasture. Maria was an avid cook and passed down some of her family recipes; she enjoyed dining out and trying different cuisines with her husband. Maria and Pablo would often go on adventures seeking new restaurants. Maria will be dearly missed by her husband and family. We know she is at peace in the Glory of God.

Obituary Preview: Donald O. Weaver, 91, passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 in San Antonio, Texas. Born in Muncy, Pennsylvania to Mr. And Mrs. Ora R. Weaver, Don spent his early life growing up in Muncy and in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area. After high school graduation, Don enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in July of 1950 as an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist, and he continued in the Air Force for over twenty years in various Aircraft Maintenance Specialties. After numerous assignments, to include overseas tours in Vietnam, Germany, and Korea, Don retired from the Air Force at Lackland Air Force Base in October of 1970 attaining the rank of Technical Sergeant. At the time of his retirement, Don was an Avionics Instrument Technician. Don always noted how much he cherished his time in the Air Force and how many friends that he made during that time. After Dons time in the service of his country, Don went to work for Alcor Instruments, a company that specializes in aircraft instrumentation as well as other specialty Instrumentation products. Working for Alcor, Don was able to combine his love of flying with his work in a firm that supported that love of being airborne. At one time, Don owned two aircraft, a Cessna 150 and an Aeronca Chief, which he based at Zuehl Airport in Marion, Texas. Don also had a love of old cars and spent many enjoyable hours restoring three Model "T" Fords. Don was an active member of the Zuehl Airport Flying Community as well as a respected member of the San Antonio, Model "T" Ford Club. Don is survived by his son, Duane Weaver (Davida); daughter, Cindy Weaver; wife, Mary G. Christie; step-son, Mark Lamey; step-daughter, JoAnn H. Stroud (Bradley); step-daughter, Gail Fine Mcleod; step-son, Michael Fine (Rose); as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
