Maria is survived by her spouse of 41 years, Pablo Cantu, children; Pablo Enrique (Mary) Cantu, Eric (Melissa Pena) Cantu and twins; Valerie and Vanessa Cantu, grandchildren; Jonathon Castillo, Desteni Cantu, Avalyn Cantu, Sebastian Cantu, Avianna Cantu and Lennox Cantu; 2 great grandchildren Jonathon Castillo, Jr. and Jayden Castillo and 8 siblings as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She lived in Edinburg most of her life, was raised by her aunt Ernestina, whom she loved as a mother. Maria was known to be a caring and loving mother and friend, who enjoyed doing arts and crafts in her spare time. Her greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with her husband, children and their families. No services have yet been scheduled for Maria. Ricky is survived by his loving wife of 14 years; Norma Diaz, his children; Angela Lopez and Ricky Maxwell Diaz, mother; Yolanda Diaz; father; Pablo Coronado, siblings; Noelia Diaz Myers, John David Gonzalez, Stephanie Chapa, Heather Diaz, Juan Manuel Diaz, Norma Barrera; Imelda Casas and Sandy Guerra as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Ricky was a lifelong member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a 1990 graduate from Edinburg High School in Edinburg, Texas. He enjoyed listening to Tejano music, dancing and watching TV shows such as The Sopranos, Dallas and the Golden Girls. He especially loved the outdoors, taking time to carefully and lovingly water his plants but his greatest pleasure in life was spending time with his loving wife, children and family. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all those whose lives he touched. There are currently no services are currently scheduled for Ricky Rickyat this time. She loved taking selfies, enjoyed socializing and was always the “life of the party.” Her greatest joy was her son and spending time with her loving grandsons. She also enjoyed cooking and eating Chinese food, especially chicken fried rice. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and those whose lives she touched. Jaramillo, and Amalia J. Jaramillo, brother; Jose Jaramillo, grandchildren; Jackson Sauceda, Ema Whitzel, Clara Gonzalez, Danica Whitzel, Abigail Whitzel, Izabella Guerra, and Luna Guerra as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Nicomedes was a humble, hardworking man with a kind heart who spent 25 years working at North Alamo Water Supply. He was known for being a captivating storyteller with a witty sense of humor. He enjoyed the outdoors, landscaping his yard, collecting odds and ends, and spending Sunday mornings having breakfast with his family at Denny’s, one of his favorite restaurants. Nicomedes spent his life putting his family first and was always willing to help others. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and those whose lives he touched. She often enjoyed Chinese food, spicy foods and watching many sports, in particular football, soccer, boxing and wrestling. She enjoyed sewing, planting, playing bingo and living at the ranch attending to her cows and chickens. She was a loving mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed by her children, grandchildren and all those whose lives she touched.
