Marilyn was a first-generation Italian American, born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Beloved wife of more than 60 years to Charles Williams.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, Rose and Cosmo (Nick) Rizzo, her sister Carol Jean, her sons James Nicholas Williams and Mark Howard Williams.  She is survived by her husband Charles of Zena, her son Ray Williams (Susan) of Plano, IL, and daughter Rose Ann (Victor) Rolon of Broken Arrow, OK, and daughter-in-law Mena Williams of Streamwood, IL, grandchildren, Christopher Williams, Charley (Vanessa) Rolon, Nicholas Williams, Antonella Battista, Michael Rolon and Anthony Williams. Dearly loved and known as Grandma Tractor by her great-grandchildren, Luka, Logan, Liam, Emmy, Ezra and AJ (Alexander Joseph). Fond Aunt Marilyn to many, many nieces, and nephews.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5-7 pm, Sunday, April 24, 2022, at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Grove, OK.  Services will be held at 10 am, Monday, April 25, 2022, at Zena Baptist Church. Marilyn will be laid to rest in Zena Cemetery.

She was the daughter of Wes and Babe Wilson. She was born September 1, 1951, in Tahlequah OK.  Elaine was a hairstylist by trade but enjoyed many other hobbies and activities.  She loved to go camping, fishing, mushroom hunting, digging wild onions and looking for arrowheads. She also loved to read, but most of all she loved spending time with her family and going out to eat.
She is preceded in death by her parents Wes and Babe Wilson and brother Dean Foreman. Elaine is survived by her husband Jimmy and loving dog Thunder of the home.  Her children: Ducie and husband Mitch of Oaks, Tammy and husband Bruce of Oaks, Steven of Oaks, Emily of Siloam Springs AR.  Her Brother:  Steve and wife Debbie of Rocky Ford OK. Her grandchildren: Sydnee and husband Blake, Logan and Fiance’ Allyson, Christian Glass, Sierra Reasor and Mikey Reasor.  She had 2 great grandchildren: Zeke and Zaley Reasor.  Nieces she held close in her heart, Chandra Warren and husband Curt, Nicole Kendrick and husband Steven, Laina Martin and husband Brian. Great Neices and Nephews,
Stephani Wilson and Roby Grady, Zack Lamont and Breanna Green, Addison, Landon and Jordyn Martin, Kiley Warren and Shayne Warren.  She leaves behind numerous family and friends.

Obituary Preview: Neothia Kae Hale, beloved mom, grandmother, sister, aunt, went to be with her Lord on April 10, 2022.
Neothia was born to Wilburn and Okleay Rogers on November 6, 1954 in Claremore, OK.  She met and married Donnie Hale and they raised their children in Jay, OK.  Neothia had a servant’s heart and took great joy in serving her church, community, and schools, both in service, and with her talent for making Indian tacos.  She loved teaching her students at Colcord and considered them family.  Neothia had a contagious laugh and touched the lives of so many and she will be forever missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband. She is survived by her four children, Robert Rogers of Jay, Oklahoma, Terra Gibson (JR) of Guthrie, Oklahoma, Zach Hale (Abby) of Norman, Oklahoma, and Nikki Hale of Grove, Oklahoma. Neothia was blessed with eight grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Robbin Rogers and his wife Terry of Jay, Oklahoma, her nephews Remington (LeAnn), Boone (Demi) and Blair Rogers.  She will be dearly missed by a host of friends, co-workers, and other family members. James Anthony Grasmick - November 16, 1961 - April 09, 2022

Obituary Preview: James Anthony Grasmick, “Andy” 60-year-old Grove resident, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2022.  Andy was born in Rocky Ford, CO on November 16, 1961, to James “Jim” and Bette (Taylor) Grasmick.    He moved to Grove last August but prior to that had lived in Colorado most of his life. He proudly served in the United States Navy. James had several hobbies including fishing, running marathons, riding bikes and motorcycles, mowing his lawn, and traveling.  Andy also enjoyed cheering on his beloved Denver Broncos.  What people remember most about Andy was how he loved to laugh, make others laugh, and was always pulling pranks.
Survivors include his parents Jim and Bette Grasmick, son Eli Grasmick and wife Michele, significant other Donnie Stewart, sister Jayme Wiles and husband Dan, grandson Jagger Grasmick, nephews: Jonathan Wiles and wife Jeanne and J. T. Wiles and wife Ashley, and great nieces and nephews: Jessalynn, Josiah, and Oliver Wiles.
Memorial services will be 1 p.m., Thursday, April 14, 2022, at the Grace Harbor Baptist Church with Pastor Marty Hughes officiating.

Linda served as a US Army Nurse from October 1965-November 1968 with an honorable discharge.   Linda loved horses and spending time with her friends.  She enjoyed caring for all her nieces and nephews and was known by all of them as their “Nanny”.  Linda was always caring for others whether it be the elderly or anyone in need.
Linda was very knowledgeable of the Seneca Cayuga Tribe and was always involved and contributing to their ceremonies.

Edna was born on February 12, 1941, in Mountain Top, Arkansas. She was one of five children born to Melvin and Leola (Ellison) Bowen. She worked as pharmacy technician for Walmart.  Edna was a very strong in her Christian faith. She took great pride in her cooking, enjoyed gardening, remembered everyone’s birthday.  She was very family oriented and was just an all-around wonderful person that will be deeply missed.
Edna was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Doice Blevins, two sisters, Melba Phelps, Rosalie Sweatt, and one brother Aubrey Bowen. She is survived by her brother Charles Bowen and his wife Judy, and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m., Thursday, April 14, 2022 at the Worley Luginbuel Funeral Chapel in Grove, Oklahoma with funeral services starting at 10 a.m.  Interment will follow at Hickory Grove Cemetery.

Kimberly’s passion was to take care of the elderly.  She worked in the health care field as a certified nursing assistant as well as a certified medical assistant.  She enjoyed going fishing, watching her favorite shows, going to yard sales, shopping at flea markets, but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Kimberly was preceded in death by her father, Jack Turpin.  She is survived by her mother Connie Inlow, her children; Megan Turpin (Sonny England) of Jay, OK, Marcilene Turpin (Jake Walker) of Centerton, AR, Trey Herrington of Jay, OK, her siblings; Robert Turpin (Crystal) of Broken Arrow, OK, and Pam Laney (John) of Rocky Comfort, MO.  Kimberly was blessed with four grandchildren: Maddox, Myles, Mason and Marlee England.

Julie was born on September 7, 1955, in Springfield, Missouri. She was the loving daughter of Robert M. and Elizabeth Ann (Wyrsch) Jennings.  She earned her master's degree in Education from Drury College in Springfield, Missouri.  She was united in marriage to the love of her life Mike Lewandowski on April 19, 1980.   Julie enjoyed gardening, tending to her flowers, reading, listening to music, and most of all; being surrounded by the ones she loved.  Julie was very active in the church and the community.  She was a Special Education teacher, a religious education teacher and helped run the family business.  Most of all Julie was a loving Wife, Mom, Grandmother “JuJu”, Daughter, Sister, and Friend.
Julie was preceded in death by her father, Bob and her daughter, Jessie.  She is survived by her husband Mike, her mother Elizabeth, her three children; Rebecca Johnston (Wesley), Addie Allgood (Ronnie), Joey Lewandowski (Chelsey) , her three sisters; Teresa Brown (Gary), Patty Coss (Joe), LeAnn Jennings, and her brother Mike Jennings (Angie.) She was blessed with seven grandchildren: Tripp, Berkley, Bennett, Bodie, Leo, Blakelynn and Jesse. Obituary Preview: Bonnie Robertia (Craig) Hobbs, 87, of Jay, Oklahoma went home to her Savior March 26, 2022, 1:30pm at Grand Lake Villa of Grove. Bonnie was born on February 13, 1935, to William Thomas and Fannie Francis (Woods) Craig on an "extremely, wild stormy night" (her words) at their home in Devils Promenade, Oklahoma. Bonnie was a country girl who enjoyed the outdoors and animals; especially her horses and dogs, which she had many of over the years. Her pets were her companions and comforters throughout her life. Bonnie's legacy are her surviving children: Randall Lee Hobbs, Steven Douglas Hobbs, and Tawnya Raceine (Hobbs) York; and son-in-law David Crichton, several grandchildren, and many great and great-great grandchildren. Bonnie was much loved and will be missed by family and friends. She is survived by one sister, Karen Smith, of Dodge City Kansas; and brother-in-law Joe Bob Mullin of Jay and many nieces and nephews. Bonnie was preceded in death by her daughter, Celia Fayeleen (Hobbs) Crichton, and her son-in-law Robert Wayne York.

James T. McIllwain - January 20, 1925 - March 22, 2022

Obituary Preview: James Theodore McIllwain, 97-year-old Grove resident, passed away March 22, 2022.  James was born in Memphis, TN on January 20, 1925, to Troy and Dora (Wood) McIllwain.  He proudly served in the Army from 1949-1954 and the Army Reserves from 1954-1958.  He then worked for Layman and Roberts Construction Company for 38 years, retiring as the office manager. His biggest life passion was golfing, he and his three brothers would golf four days a week if they got the chance and every weekend he could spare.  He also enjoyed watching sports on TV, football, baseball, golf, and basketball but especially the Tennessee Volunteers and the Boston Red Sox.   James was a great man with a good heart, who no matter the circumstance stayed calm and mellow. He was a true southern gentleman; he had a long, wonderful life that he chose for himself.
James is survived by his three nieces; Gail Callison and husband Kenny, Debbie Webb and husband Mark, and Robin Laird, his three nephews; Rick McIllwain, Mark McIllwain and Michael McIllwain, great niece Nicole Mark, and great nephews; Ryan Bloesch and James Mark. James Ray Sloan - January 28, 1959 - March 18, 2022

Obituary Preview: James always wanted to be a part of aviation.  He just loved flying and aircrafts of all types. After graduating high school in 1977, he left Jay, OK to serve in the United States Navy.  After boot training and aviation maintenance training, he was attached to the VF-114 Fighting Aardvarks and performed maintenance activities on the F-14 Tomcat.  Ejection seats, air conditioning and oxygen systems were his main responsibilities.  He had high praises for his unit as being the hottest fighter squadron in the Pacific fleet.  Two years in a row winning the Navy’s Golden Tailhook Award and scoring highest in gunnery. After the period of service to his country, James returned to Oklahoma and went through commercial pilot training at Spartan School of Aeronautics. Ultimately earning his Flight Instructor rating and landing a job as flight instructor with Midland Flyers Inc., in Miami, OK.   The early 80’s oil bust caused considerable financial burdens on many businesses, especially small businesses.  He was working the small airport northeast of Ketchum and was forced out of aviation. James turned to truck driving and ran the lower 48 states and Canada off and on for about 20 years.  And worked as a disc jockey for K.I.T.O radio for about 26 months out of a 3-year period. Ultimately retiring from truck driving in 2009. James lived the rest of his life on his 5 acres south of Jay.  James was baptized July 1, 2018, at Mt. Hermon Church east of Jay and enjoyed reading the Bible and studying God’s word.  We’re living in difficult times. James hopes members of his family will develop an interest in the love God has for all of us and pursue a knowledge of His Word.  Then earnestly seek God’s gift of everlasting life. I’ll be meeting the judges and hope they find me acceptable.

Survivors include her sons Aaron Windsor and wife Lisa and Lance Windsor and wife Anne, and grandchildren: Kori Windsor, Cole Windsor, and Zoe Osborn.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Max, and sisters Sammy Lamb and Barbara Heady.

He was the youngest of three children, and grew up in Crescent, Oklahoma attending Crescent Public Schools. He is regarded by his classmates as being kind, respectful, mischievous, and for his one-of-a-kind smile. After graduating high school Nick pursued a career in law enforcement highlighting his passion for protecting others. He went on to start his own private  investigation company and specialized in corporate security and executive protection, all while being his family and friend’s favorite Mr. Fix It! Nick loved racing his quarter mile hydro drag boat, he was an OU Sooner Football fanatic (BOOMER!), he was an avid reader, he enjoyed meeting new people, Nick never met a stranger.  He was always up to sharing his views on his favorite topics! Most of all Nick was a loyal friend, a devout provider, and a loving, protective son, brother, husband and father.      Nick leaves behind his wife, Dawn (Countryman)  McClure, daughter Sarah Slayden (Tony Slayden), daughter Trinity McClure, and son Malachi McClure. His mother Vera Henderson, sister Tamra Johnson (Jay Johnson), and brother Bill McClure (Melynda McClure) Father-in-law Howard Countryman. Grandchildren Louie Cole Harris, Leyton Harris, Angel Harris, Emelia Heskett (Chase Heskett), and R.J. Harris. Great Grandson Archer Heskett.        Nick is proceeded in death by his father Bill McClure, John Rout, Wayne Henderson, his mother-in-law Neva Countryman, and Odessa “Aunt May” Ray. Terri Lynn Sanday - March 08, 1959 - March 12, 2022

Obituary Preview: On March 12th 2022, Terri Lynn Pendleton Sanday, passed through the veil and now rests in the arms of our Heavenly Father. She was born on March 8th, 1959, in Topeka Kansas to William Harry Pendleton and Joan Carole Francis Pendleton. The first years of her life were spent traveling abroad due to her father being in the Air Force. Her family would later call Dyersburg Tennessee home for a time. Terri graduated from Dyersburg High School in 1977. She played the tenor saxophone at the White House and marched in the Cotton Bowl parade as a member of the Dyersburg High School Marching Band. While in high school, she and her father took a trip to Washington D.C., which would ignite an adoration for the political arena and the court system. She went on to marry the man she would spend her life with, Brian David Sanday, on March 4th, 1981, in Dyersburg Tennessee. They moved to Grove Oklahoma to be near family in 1990. She and her husband would go on to raise three children and welcome 9 grandchildren. Terri had passion for helping deprived children and joined CASA. As a court appointed special advocate volunteer, she was the fierce voice for more than 16 children. The impact she made will be felt for generations to come. Her primary hobby was genealogy, in which she devoted several years to not only her family’s genealogy, but also aided others in finding family members. She was a faithful member of the Conservative Party. She loved her Celtic heritage which stemmed from her Clan Munro and was an avid fan of the musical group Celtic Thunder. She attended Missouri Southern University and was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She was a devout Christian and shared her love of Christ with her children and grandchildren. Being a grandmother was the one thing she enjoyed the most and every grandchild will carry her memory wherever they go.
She was proceeded in death by her father, William Pendleton, and sister Sandra Jo Pendleton. She leaves behind her mother, Joan Pendleton of Alma Arkansas, her husband of 41 years, Brian Sanday of Fairland Oklahoma, her sister Laura Wood of Alma Arkansas, her brother Dean Pendleton of Jenks Oklahoma, her three children, Justin Sanday of Grove Oklahoma, Summer Lauren Sanday of Grove Oklahoma, and Kathryn Sanday of Grove Oklahoma, and her 9 grandchildren, Isaac Crowder, Daniel Sanday, Isaiah Crowder, Ashtyn Sanday, Reagan Sanday, Isabella Crowder, Skylar Nichols, Gabriel Crowder, and Brylee Sanday.
Arrangements have been made under the direction of Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove Oklahoma. A gathering, in her memory, will be announced at a later date.

Rita was born on February 10, 1934, in Independence, Kansas.  She was the loving daughter of Herman and Roxie Celestia (Seller) Daniel.  She was united in marriage to John Allan McDonald in August of 1989. Rita enjoyed going shopping, reading, watching old movies and comedy shows, but mainly she enjoyed spending time with her family.
Rita was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her brother Dennis Daniel, her sister, Shirley Daniel, and a granddaughter Amber Beamer.  She is survived by her three children: Candy Breen and husband Bill of Chicago, IL, Patti Beamer of Grove, OK, and Robert Hillyard and wife Holly of Towanda, IL.  Rita was blessed with five grandchildren: Amanda Breen, Cara Beamer, Meghan Mucciante, Cydney Hopkins, Dustin Hillyard and one great grandchild, Briar Hopkins.

He entered this world on September 29, 1950, in Wagoner, OK, born to Leo and Wilma Taylor. Michael served in the Marines and was proud to serve his country. Michael was station in many different parts of the world including Okinawa, Japan, and Guam. Michael was a civil servant after his service in the Marines and enjoyed helping his fellow Americans. Michael was a resident of Jay, Oklahoma, but lived most of his life in Yuba City, California.
Michael is survived by his sisters Susan Taylor, Shirley Heginbotham and her Husband Royden, and Linda Thornton, several nieces, nephews and well as great nieces and great nephews.
Michael is preceded in death by both of his parents, and Sister Patricia Davis.

Donald was born on July 15, 1965, in Dallas, Texas.  He was the son of Morsalis and Lois Killion. He was united in marriage to Shanna Michelle King on February 12, 1994. Donald enjoyed going fishing, horse racing, reading, was a huge Dallas Cowboy fan, Simon & Garfunkel was his favorite band, and he was what some would call a “work-acholic”.  He was employed by Simmons Industries.

Joan was an advocate and optimist, with deep faith, who approached life with passion, love and respect for people and animals. She had many friends and many pets.
Her early career as a fashion model for Cain Sloan Department Store in downtown Nashville, was followed by stints in the fields of cosmetics, aviation and home furnishing. She was an avid gardener, antique car enthusiast, tennis player and amateur floral designer and artist.
Services will be held at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home, 2707 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN, Friday, March 18, with visitation from 10am until 2pm and service at 2. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 1101 Lebanon Pike, Nashville, TN following the service.

Phyllis was also a hairdresser by trade and even had her own salon to continue working with friends and family located at her home.  She also worked for over 20 years at Dillon's bakery.  Phyllis was woman who enjoyed doing the simple things, she was a typical lake person, mostly enjoying going boating, camping, and playing games with family when she could. Phyllis loved to go bowling as often as she could and hit up the craft shows with her mom and sister when time permitted. She enjoyed visiting the Eagles Club in Joplin and drinking Coors Light. A traveler of America, Phyllis went to many states in her life some of her favorite places to visit were Kentucky, Tennessee, California, Nevada, Florida, and Texas.
Phyllis is survived by her brothers; Larkin Davis, her twin, and Rick Speer and wife Irene; sister, Diana Brunner; her nieces DiRhonda Wilder (and husband Seth), Amber Lee (and husband Bill), Anita Anderson, Rebecca Hodson (and husband Matt), Tera Lopez (and husband David), Carie Beeler; her nephews Sam Davis (and wife Brittany), David Speer (and wife Antionette), Dustin Speer (and wife Stephanie), and Christopher Speer (and wife Olivia); Great-nieces and nephews, Lorren Andrews, Kimberly Deason, Ronald Lee, and Seth Lee as well as several other great nieces and nephews. Phyllis is proceeded in death by her parents, Larkin Davis, Joann and David Speer, brother Mike Speer, and brother-in-law Ron Brunner (husband of Diana)
