She was born on September 11, 1979, in Bellaire a daughter of Danny Marsh Jr. and Linda (Weaver) Miller. Lori was a manager at the St. Clairsville Wendy’s, enjoyed horse back riding, traveling and was an avid 49ers and Yankees fan.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph “Jay” Davis; father, Danny (Valerie Marbais) Marsh Jr.; mother, Linda (George) Miller; son, Cameron Marsh; brother, Danny (Crystal) Marsh; stepbrother, Dylan (Melissa) Marbais; stepsister, Lisa (James) Perry and multiple cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial visitation will be held Friday from 2-6 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside. A memorial service will be held Friday at 6 pm in the funeral home with Reverend James Hoff officiating.

Roger was retired from CONSOL Energy Company as master machinist, he was a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Colerain, Knights of Columbus #11195, and the former Maynard Fire Department.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded by a grandson Roger J. Schafer III.
He is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Mary Ella (Weaver), children; Kathleen Schafer of Adena, Molly (Ted) Williams of Bellaire, Patricia A. Schafer of Cambridge, Roger J. (Beth) Schafer of Dewitt, New York, John M. (Ellen) Schafer of Saratoga Springs, New York, and Rita (Tim) Carroll of Houston Texas, there are 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Monday, April 25, 2022, at St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church, 72581 Colerain Rd, Colerain from 10am to until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11am, Fr. Thomas Chillog and Msrg. George Coyne as co-celebrants. Interment will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Wheeling, WV.

Obituary Preview: Frank M. “Fritz” Soltis, 95, of St. Clairsville, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2022, in Rolling Hills Retirement Center. He was born on October 12, 1926, in Barton a son of the late Andrew and Anna (Malice) Soltis. Frank was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wolfhurst, Lansing Sportsman’s Club, St. Clairsville Eagles, American Legion in Martins Ferry, and the VFW in St. Clairsville. He served his country in the United States Army Airborne, during WWII.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Erma (Masiff) Soltis; five brothers, Steve, Joe, John, Bill, and George Soltis, two sisters: Sophia Fugo, and Betty Sabo, and a stepson Tino Agostini.
He is survived by his second wife, Josephine “Dee” (Magnone) Soltis; two daughters, Charlene Taylor, and Michele (Mathew)Ralston; five grandchildren and a stepson Sam Agostini.
Frank enjoyed camping, fishing, and working in his gardens.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin D. Litman Sr., grandson Dale Allen Green, siblings; William and James Pyle, June Miller, and Alice Smith.
She is survived by her children; Melvin (Dorothy) Litman of Bridgeport, OH, Frank (Judy) Oden of Florence, KY, Susan (Allen) Green of Bridgeport, OH and Dolores Gleaves of Martins Ferry, OH, 6 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren complete the family.

He was an avid pool player having played on many different pool leagues in the Ohio Valley. He was also an avid OSU and Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
He is survived by his wife, Tisah (Norman) Helms; children, Neali Elizabeth Helms and, Alli Rael Helms; stepchildren, Sydney Elizabeth Derrow, Emily Jordan Derrow and, Nathaniel Christopher Derrow; siblings, Sidney Helms, Michael (Gretchen) Helms, Debbie Helms and, Darcy Beckett; grandma, Betty Fannin, and family and, his beloved dog, Cali Rose and cat, Moo.

Obituary Preview: My beloved Dad, Jack J. Nagy, 75, of Pittsburgh, (formerly of Bethesda, OH), passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at the HJ Heinz VA Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. He was born June 3, 1946, in Wheeling, the son of the late Julius S. and Mildred (Jarek) Nagy.
Jack was retired from Ponzani’s Florist in St. Clairsville, and was a former employee of North American Coal Co. He served in the US Marine Corps for 6 years, including 2 tours in Vietnam during that time. Jack loved animals, horticulture, camping, and spending time with his loving daughter.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Goldie Strefas, and also two half-sisters, Betty Martone and Agnes Mehlman.
Jack is survived by his daughter Jacquelyn, and son-in-law Kevin of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by his many loved nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.

She is survived by daughter Lori and her husband Kevin Kutler of Sparta, NJ, son Jerry and wife Sheila Pintarich of St. Clairsville, and daughter Lisa Pintarich of Lansing, 6 Grandchildren: Jordan and Alexandra Kutler, Gerald and Sierra Pintarich, Art Mancuso and Ayden Muldrew, and her beloved cat Tia.
Tammy loved her family with a passion, and they meant everything to her. She had a big heart and always wanted to help others, placing everyone before herself. An avid baker, she was happiest baking & sharing her favorite sweets with everyone. She was loved by all who knew her.
Tammy loved spending time with her friends, including going on many day trips. She also loved traveling and cruises to the Caribbean.
In the past, she was a member of the Catholic Women's Club, Bridgeport Women's Club, Bridgeport Chamber of Commerce, St. Joseph's Church and St. Anthony's Church, where her faith was very important to her.
She was employed by Riesbeck's in Bridgeport and worked in the Deli. She had many beloved co-workers and customers.

Civita is survived by her husband of 62 years, George Souillard; 3 daughters, Debbie (Tom) Koshenka, Angie Souillard and Michelle (Dane) Clark; a brother, Silverio “Sam” (Tootie) Coppa; 2 grandchildren, Daniel Clark, and Denise (John Kunz) Clark; 5 great grandchildren, Levi, Mykailee, Lilly, Daisy, and Aiden.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a great granddaughter, Danica.

Masters, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her loving husband, Gary W. Bell, of 12 years; Jenny’s children, Jennifer (Justin Abel) Robinson of Hilliard, OH, Shawn (Cassie) Chacalos of Delaware, OH, Matthew Chacalos Bridgeport, OH) Stepchildren, Tammy (Mike) Wilt of Mt. Pleasant, Brian (Amanda) Bell, OH, Kristin (Jake) Marker both of Adena; Grandchildren, Jenna, Aris, Athena, Artemis, Maddie, Mason, and Wyatt; Brothers, John, Ron, and Sam; Sisters, Dianna and Jessica; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous members of the Chacalos family who were near and dear to her heart.
Jenny worked for many years as a Pharmacy Technician at Save Rite Pharmacy and Reisbeck’s Pharmacy. She loved her job, baking, cooking, walking, her friends, her family, her dogs, and boat rides trying to catch a fish. While receiving care in Columbus, OH at The James, she was blessed by a very special nurse, Marcy, who became a great friend. Marcy took the best care of Jenny and went above and beyond to make it a home away from home for her. She was an angel on Earth for Jenny and her family.

Obituary Preview: Wayne Price, 70 of Wheeling, WV was called to rest on March 12, 2022, after a 20-year courageous battle with cancer. He was born on September 9, 1951, in Martins Ferry, Ohio to the late Clarence Sr. and Amanda (Hines) Price.
Wayne was a mighty man of God and an ordained deacon. He loved music, was a well-known percussionist, author, renowned poet with many prestigious awards. He became a successful property investor after retiring from Ormet Corporation in 1999. Wayne was a motivator to many, but raising his little girl, Autumn Rose, from 4 months of age into adulthood was the greatest motivation and joy of his life.
Wayne was an extremely caring, giving and praying man for anybody and everybody he came across. Wayne’s love not only touched the hearts of those here today, but people from around the world. A poem Wayne wrote and left us: I’m a gift from God to you
He sent to you through me. With nothing nice to say
I wouldn’t be worth your time of day. If I seldom shared my smile
I wouldn’t be quite worth your while. You can keep me forever
But only in your heart. For when God called me home
I pray I did my gifted part.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers; Michael, Clarence Jr, Carl, Gordon, and sister Kim.
Wayne is survived by his wife Tana Lisa Cole Price of Wheeling, daughter Autumn Rose (Wendell) Smallwood of Mullica Hill, NJ, grandchildren; Mila Rose and Blaze Lynn Smallwood, sister; Robin Price of Tampa, FL, stepdaughters; Raynelle (Shane) Rickly of Amanda, OH, Brianna (Aaron) Dennis of Lowell, OH, step-grandchildren; Cooper and Sutton Rickly along with many nieces and nephews.

Gwendolyn was a member of Barton United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, Eastern Star, Colerain Homemakers Extension, and a Girl Scout Leader.
She was preceded in death by her husband George Carter, a daughter Jane Hoge, brother Maurice Griffiths and sister Norma Merritt.
Surviving are her daughters Nancy Gray of Youngstown, Susan (Bruce) Mihelarakis of Adena, Rosie (Blair) Lyseski of China Grove, NC, Grandchildren; Charlotte Djubek, Rebecca Huss, Bruce and Margaret Mihelarakis, Erin Peltz, Ashley and Brandon Lyseski, Great-Grandchildren; Dakota and Ronnie Djubek, Jacob, Suzanne, Daniel and Michael Peltz, Josh and Kaleb Huss, sisters; Lois Keller of St. Clairsville, Katherine Moravick of Barton, and  brother in law Bill Merritt.

She was a member of the American Legion Bowling League in Martins Ferry. Jane’s most important job she held was being a mother to her children and loving wife to Ronald. Jane was known for her baking and loved making crafts.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years Ronald G. Kunze, Sr brother Charles Francis and her infant sister.

Family and friends will be received Friday, March 4, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-8 at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road Brookside and Funeral service on Saturday, March 5, 2022, at 11am with Pastor Larry Lewis officiating. Interment will be at the Holly Memorial Garden, Pleasant Grove. A Memorial Veterans service will be conducted by the Belmont County Veterans Association in honor of Betty’s husband Ronald prior to her committal service.
