He was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Goldie, brothers Bobby, Ronnie, Jimmy and Frank, sisters Janet, Rosalie, Sandy, Patty, Thelma, Georgie. Sister Ruth survives.
Kenneth married the love of his life, Georgianna Fowler, who was by his side until her passing on March 13, 2018. They were the proud parents of four children who survive. Kim (David Rossiter), Tammy (Troy Harber), Toren (Kandace), Dianna (Stan Stevens). Grandchildren Shannon Rigsby (Heidi), Wayne Rossiter (Melissa), Jennifer Speakman (Sean), Dustin Stevens (Cathy), Bobby Stevens (Rebecca), Brian Rossiter.  Great Grandchildren, Tre, Lacie, Gaig, Maddie, Lauren, Layne, Rowan, Jeremiah, Austin, Emily, Sophia, Kennedy.
Crematory services will be performed by Wellman’s funeral Home. A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
Our dad…He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and later worked for, and retired from DuPont. He loved to beat mom at cards. He loved to watch his kids and grandkids play sports. He loved watching Ohio State Buckeyes. He loved all things fishing. Catching fish, eating fish, tell stories about fish. He loved going out with mom and “the gang”. He loved mom’s cooking, family gatherings, laughing with his grandchildren. He loved to sit in the garage and watch traffic go by and visit with friends who would stop by. He was a fine man and devoted father until the very end. He will forever be missed.
For any man can be a father, but it took someone very special to be a daddy like ours.

George Thomas Moore - October 01, 1941 - April 07, 2022

Obituary Preview: With much sadness the family of George Thomas Moore of Circleville announces his passing on April 7, 2022 at Kobacker House in Columbus, Ohio.  Tom was born October 1, 1941, in Bellevue, Ohio, the son of the late George E. and Mary Helen (McMahon) Moore.  He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Mazzaferro) Moore, whom he married at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Tiffin, Ohio on June 17, 1967.  Tom is also survived by three children:  Michael Moore, Marysville, Ohio; Ryan (Jill) Moore, Bristow, Virginia, and Maresa (Casey) Campbell, Upper Arlington, Ohio.  He is also survived by three grandchildren who added so much joy to his life:  Liam Campbell, Grayson Campbell and Macy Moore.  He is survived by a sister, RoseAnne Wernert, of Sylvania, Ohio, and a sister-in-law Phyllis Allebach of Tiffin, Ohio, plus cousins, nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant son.  Tom moved to Circleville in 1987 to open a new business.  With his wife, he was the owner of Circle Printing until he sold the business in 2009.  Prior to that, he was employed as a branch manager and vice president in the operations department of the former Union Bank in Bellevue, Ohio.  He was a 1959 graduate of Bellevue High School and attended John Carroll University and Tiffin University.  He served six years in the Ohio Air National Guard 179th Combat Support Squadron as a Staff Sergeant.  Previously, Tom had active membership in Bellevue Lions Club and served as an officer in the Huron County Bankers Association.  Currently he enjoyed membership in the Bellevue and Circleville Eagles, Bellevue Knights of Columbus, Bellevue American Legion and VFW, Circleville Elk, and was a life member of Circleville AMVETS.  In his early twenties, Tom served as a Boy Scout troop leader.  He was a tireless volunteer in his Bellevue Church parish, Immaculate Conception, serving as an usher, collection counter, and assisting with church dinners.  For several years, Tom was the volunteer treasurer and rides chairman of the former Bellevue Cherry Festival.  Visitation in Circleville will be at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, Ohio on Monday, April 11, 2022 from 4-7 p.m.  Mass of Christian burial at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Circleville on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church.  Graveside service and burial will be in Bellevue Catholic Cemetery on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.  Foos and Foos Funeral Service will assist the family in Bellevue.  Memorials may be directed to Immaculate Conception Church, 231 East Center Street, Bellevue, Ohio 44811 or to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 134 West Mound Street, Circleville, Ohio 43113 or to Luther Home of Mercy, P.O. Ruth Goodchild - February 18, 1935 - April 06, 2022

Obituary Preview: Ruth Ann Goodchild, 87, of Circleville, passed away peacefully in her home on April 6th, 2022. She was born in Hallsville, Ohio, where she enjoyed the carefree childhood associated with growing up in a small town, where everyone looked out for each other. She graduated from Centralia High School in 1953. Another benefit of small town living was the closeness of her fellow classmates that continued decades after graduation.  They continued to meet for luncheons several times a year until COVID recessed their trips down memory lane.
She is survived by her children, Gregg (Signe) Strawser, Sandy (Rich) Elsea, Trent (Susan) Strawser, Robin (Bill) Fultz and stepchildren Hallett (Donnie) Dountz and Marie (Debbie) Goodchild; grandchildren Rachel (Dave) Huggins, Nikki (Nate) Jackson, Cassie Strawser, Leslie (Joe) Miller, Lauren (Stephen) Hurley, Alex (Rachel) Elsea, and Taylor Strawser. Step-granddaughter Dawn Marie (Nick) Riegel. Great-grandchildren Paige and Payne Huggins, Nora, Sophia, Juliette and Roman Jackson, Ava and Jersey Murphy, Tristen and Ryan Miller, Sloane Hurley, Jaxon, Savannah and Jude Elsea, step-great-grandchild Winston Riegel and countless friends.
She was predeceased by her mother Mary K. Breeden; husband, Donald Goodchild; sister and brother-in-law Lorraine and Raymond McNeal, and brother and sister-in-law William and Velma Breeden. Ruth Ann was a secretary and bookkeeper for many years.  She enjoyed needlework, quilt shows, perusing antiques shops with her family members and the thrill of the hunt when shopping for that perfect find!
Hours of visitation will be held on Tuesday April 12th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at Wellman’s Funeral Home in Circleville, 1455 N Court St, Circleville, OH 43113. Services will be held at Emmett United Methodist Church, 318 Tarlton Rd, Circleville, OH 43113, Wednesday April 13th at 11am. Memorial contribution to the Pickaway County Dog Shelter, as she was an avid dog lover.

Born October 2, 1939 in Louisa, Kentucky, the daughter of Okie and Esther Skaggs.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her husbands William D. Buskirk of 33 years and Clyde H. Lochbaum of 16 years, sisters Shelby Jean Gumm and Virginia Larie, and grandson William D. Buskirk III.
Pollie is survived by her daughters Gina (Randy) Arledge, Vicki (Mike) Untied, son William D. Buskirk II, grandchildren Heather (Rick) Miller, Heath (Jo) Tatman, Hope (Seth) Ebert, Mystry Buskirk, and Kolton Demint, great grandchildren Bryce, Skyelynn, Lily, Ainzleigh, Vyolet, Fischer, and Tatum, sister Betty Logsdon, several cousins, nieces and nephews, and her cat Scout.
Pollie was a member of the Circleville First Church of Christ in Christian Union and the Chillicothe Jefferson Avenue Christian Union.  While at Circleville First Church, Pollie was a Sunday School teacher of 4 year olds for 35 years and was also a member of the LMC (Ladies Missionary Committee) and a member of the Church Choir.  Pollie was a homemaker, a stay at home mom, and a seamstress that had such a passion for sewing.  With her passion, she created clothing for her family including wedding dresses and quilts.  Although she loved to sew, her joy and love for her grandchildren and great grandchildren surpassed anything else in her life.
When she ventured outside the home to work, she did alterations, worked at the Williamsport Dairy Shed, delivered for Meals on Wheels, and delivered flowers for Wagner’s Flowers.
