TC loved the great outdoors, and most of his hobbies reflected that. He loved hunting, fishing, gardening, working in his yard, and long walks around the neighborhood. He loved his children and grandchildren and spent a great deal of time spoiling them. He traveled many miles over the years supporting then in various sports and activities they were involved in, and nothing thrilled him more than having them over for a cookout or a weekend breakfast that included his famous Poppa pancakes.
Terry was an active member of Broadway Baptist Church in Rainsville. He was most commonly seen in the Bed Babies room of the nursery during Sunday School each week. He influenced the lives of many little ones, which he referred to as his "church babies", in the nursery since 1992. He also enjoyed volunteering his time helping with the Backpacks of Blessings ministry and his yearly favorite, Walk Through Bethlehem.
In keeping with his wishes, Terry will be cremated. Cremation services will be handled by W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel.
