Sathiyamoorthy was born in India on April 29, 1958, to Ramasamy and Padmavathi as the third son.  He received a bachelor’s degree in commerce and was a self-employed astrologer.
Sathiyamoorthy married Roopa Sudha Karamadai Raghavan on November 08, 1990, in Coimbatore, India. Together they had two sons.
Sathiyamoorthy enjoyed poetry, woodworking, food, nature, and astrology. He practiced sincerity, honesty, mutual respect, punctuality, and above all was a very hardworking man.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Roopa Sudha Karamadai Raghavan; sons, Gopikrishna (Ranjani Gopikrishna) Sathyamurthy, Rock Island, IL. and Prasanna Venkatesh, Chennai; and in-laws, Venkatesan Srinivasan and Anuradha Venkatesan; older brother Santhanam Ramasamy; and younger sister Revathi Vasudevan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ramasamy and Padmavathi, and older brother Rajamani Ramasamy.

Rita Chalder was born August 21, 1928, in Dubuque, IA, the daughter of Frank and Ethel (Burke) Chalder. She married Benedict Lerschen September 23, 1950, in Moline. He passed away May 28, 1987. She was a graduate of Rock Island High School Class of 1946. She worked for Royal Neighbors and later worked as the housekeeper at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, East Moline. Rita was a kindhearted woman who loved her family deeply. She enjoyed bowling, playing bingo, doing puzzles and crocheting. She was a die hard St. Louis Cardinals fan and enjoyed watching golf.
Survivors include her children, Patrick Lerschen, Coal Valley, IL, Donna (Craig) Whiting, East Moline, Mary (Kerry) Smith, Sherrard, IL, William (Rose) Lerschen, Moline, and Mike Lerschen (France Mahar Driscal), Moline; 12 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and a sister, Joan “Josie” Lopez, Moline.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; siblings, James Chalder, Robert Chalder, Betty Lerschen, and an infant brother, Frank William Chadler Jr; and a daughter-in-law, Deb Lerschen.

Tom was born October 9, 1958, in Moline, IL, the son of David and Charmaine (Murphy) Collis. He was a graduate of United Township High School, Class of 1976. He started work as a janitor at John Deere Harvester and retired as a welder in 2007 after 30 years of service. Everybody who met Tom loved him. He had a big heart and would do anything for anyone. Kids and animals especially loved him.
Tom enjoyed gardening, canning, cooking, playing cards, especially Texas Hold’em, gambling, riding his bicyle, playing Santa Claus for the kids, feeding squirrels, going to concerts. He also enjoyed watching TV, especially the “judge shows”, True Stories, and the History Channel. He loved entertaining family and friends with cookouts. He was a Chicago Bears, Chicago Cubs, Iowa Hawkeye and a NASCAR fan.

Frances Viscioni was born January 1, 1931, in East Moline, the daughter of Albert and Madaline “Sally” Dumolien Viscioni. She married Bill “Jack” Doxsee February 28, 1948, in Silvis. He passed away September 6, 2017. She retired from George O’Barr School, Silvis, where she managed the cafeteria for over 20 years. She was a member of TOPS and a former member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, East Moline where she was an active in the St. Rita’s Group. She later joined Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. She was a devoted member and prayed regularly in the Eucharistic Chapel. She was active in the Our Lady of Guadalupe Woman’s Group and received an honor from The Peoria Diocesan Council of Catholic Women Our Lady of Guadalupe May of 2011.
Survivors include her children, Nancy (Mike) Humphrey, East Moline, Pam Williams, Silvis, and John (Renee) Doxsee, Moline, IL; son-in-law, Ron Shinn, Orion, IL; 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; sister, Joyce Bowers, Lincoln, NE; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Kathleen Shinn; and siblings, Laura “Dolly”, Mary Ann, Albert “Sonny”, Elizabeth “Betty”, Rose, and Phillip “Little Louie”.

He is survived by Vickie and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Art was born August 8, 1939, in Rock Island, IL, the son of Francis and Alice (Spiers) Wright. He married Patricia Lingafelter May 31, 1958, in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Rock Island. She passed away August 7, 2013. He retired in 1994 as an Electrical Maintenance Superintendent at ALCOA Davenport Works after starting in 1961 as a Pyro-technician and Apprentice Electrician. He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Moline. He enjoyed camping, golf, bowling, and wood working. He spent winters at Palm Shadow Resort, Donna Texas, where he was the “Head Chef” of their weekly pancake breakfast. He was a doting Pa-Pa and father-in-law who could fix anything. He was a dedicated Chicago Cubs and Bears fan and Illini fan who also coached Greg's Little League Baseball team. He was a self taught computer nerd who taught himself calculus.
Survivors include his son, Greg (Candy) Wright, Gurnee, IL; daughter, Terri (David) Michl, Moline; son-in-law, David Rutledge, Orion, IL; grandchildren, Tyler (Megan), Sara (Laura), Taylor (Brooke), Steven, Maddy, Mindy (Adam), Caroline, Clinton and Trisha Jo (Justin); 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Valerie Hindman, Milan and Helen Slater, Milan; and a special friend, Charlene Gigstad, Donna, TX.

She enjoyed bowling, taking family trips, listening to live music, going to casinos and playing cards with her sister. She loved her family especially her grandchildren.

He retired from John Deere in 1986 and continued to work in various assignments with Deere until 2000.
Gene was an inveterate reader, especially novels. He and his wife played golf at Short Hills Country Club for over 50 years and carded 3 holes in one. He could spend hours listening to classical music.
Survivors include his son, Paul Ivanowski (Jennifer Cook) Madison, WI; daughter, Jan (Marc) Hoskins, Vail, CO; grandchildren, Nathan Ivanowski (fiancée, Christine Stoikes), Claire (Andy) Pharo, Nick, Abby, and Ashley Hoskins; great grandchildren, Drew and Luke Ivanowski, and Brody and Jax Pharo; and a very special friend, Sue Kratt, Moline.

Betty was born January 31, 1947, in Moline, the daughter of Leroy and Iona (Kelly) Daniels. She married Lawrence Kern. They later divorced. She retired from the Rock Island Arsenal. She was an active member of St. John Lutheran Church and the Lutheran Women's Missionary League (LWML). Lately she had been a volunteer, helping Hospice patients.
Survivors include her sons, Brian (Carmae) Kern, Moline, and Kevin (Rhonda) Kern, East Moline; grandchildren, Kyle Kern, Savanna Kern, Brent Grumadas, Brittany (Justin) Hodge, and Brooke (Joe) Matheis; and her brother, Jerry (Tracey) Daniels.
