She is survived by her loving husband, Richard of 63 years, her daughter Teresa (Steve) Barnett of FL, James (Marie) Morton, of GA; Thomas (Theresa) Morton, of NY; Kathleen (Steve) Belus, of TX; Linda (Mike) Suscello, of MD. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Eleanor was a loving and dedicated wife, mom, grandmother and friend. She was a selfless person who always put others before herself. She has touched all of our lives in so many ways. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
A memorial service will be held on January 4th at 11:00 at St. Andrews RC church, 2100 SE Cove Road, Stuart, FL.

Obituary Preview: Dennis J. Jungers, 62, of Jensen Beach, Florida passed away on December 13, 2017, after a year long battle with cancer surrounded by his loving family.
Dennis was born to John P. and the late Evelyn Jungers in Warminister, Pennsylvania. Dennis has lived in Florida for the past forty two years.
Mr. Jungers is survived by his father, John, brothers, John Jr. and Christopher and sister Carolann.
Being a passionate surfer, Dennis pursued his love of surfing on the international stage and surfed the world’s most famous surfing beaches. He was certified by the United States Coast Guard; Dennis possessed his Merchant Marines credentials. He had piloted boats from New England ports to harbors in the Caribbean. There will be no visitation or services held for Dennis. The local surfing community will hold a “Paddle Out” in memory of Dennis on February 10, 2018

Leroy T. Crouch - December 28, 1932 - December 10, 2017

Obituary Preview: Leroy Therman Crouch passed away on December 10, 2017 at the age of 84, at Tradition Medical Center in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. He was born on December 28, 1932 to Jake Leroy Crouch and Lassie Viola Crouch in Dania, Florida. He grew up in the same house he was born in and spent his childhood being a typical boy! He told stories of riding his horse down the dirt roads of his street and finding the best fishing holes with his friends.
He graduated from South Broward High School in 1950 and went on to college at John Brown University in Arkansas for one semester before coming back closer to home where he attended University of Florida in Gainesville. Uncle Sam came calling shortly after that and he enlisted in the Navy Aviation Cadet program to become a pilot where he was a part of the drill team that performed in sporting events. Before his first solo flight, he dropped out and decided to stick with the regular US Navy. In 1953, just before he shipped out for a cruise around the world on the USS Hornet, he and his wife, Alice Pauline, were married in Mulberry, Florida. A year later, he returned home and they began their lives in the house they would live in for over 50 years. They welcomed a daughter, Melody Le, in 1958 while he was attending University of Miami. He began his career with the Broward County School Board in the early 60’s as a temporary draftsmen and advanced through the years to the position of Director of Facility Planning and stayed there until he retired in 1995. In his retirement, he picked up a love for tomato farming as well as building model trains. He continued his love of fishing that began when he was just a boy. He served as music director as well as an ordained deacon for Dania Heights Baptist Church. He worked on the revising of the plans for the church building as well as being the architect for the bell tower that still stands on the front lawn of the church today. He helped form the revival team made up of musicians and pastors that traveled the United States bringing the good news of our Lord with Pastoral Ministries. He was the pianist and soloist for Gardens Baptist Church in West Hollywood until he and Pauline relocated to Port Saint Lucie, Florida to be closer to their daughter and grandkids. He then served with Nettles Island Church in Jensen Beach, Florida as their keyboardist and soloist.
He is survived by his wife and daughter. Along with grandson, Stephen Lance VanArsdale of Port Saint Lucie, Florida and granddaughter, Jennifer Leigh Judge (Bryan) of Winter Springs, Florida and great-grandson Jensen Dean Judge. His younger sister, Barbara Gillis of Melbourne, Florida as well as many other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, mother and son that died at birth.
There will be a Graveside Service on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 1:00 pm at the Dania Memorial Park, 324 West Dixie Highway, Dania Beach, Florida, with Military Honors and Presentation of the Flag by the United States Navy following.
Immediately following the service, there will be a time of fellowship at Jaxson’s Ice Cream Parlor in Dania Beach, Florida. There will also be a special time of remembrance and tribute to Leroy at Nettles Island Church in Jensen Beach, Florida during their Hymn Sing on February 11, 2018.

Obituary Preview: Glenn E. Mulcahy Jensen Beach, Florida Celebrating a Life that Touched Us All
Glenn E. Mulcahy, 79, of Jensen Beach, Florida, and formerly of Batavia, New York, lived his life with vigor and optimism. His life touched all those who knew him. On December 9, 2017, Glenn passed away surrounded by his loving wife and family. Glenn fought the good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith.
Glenn graduated with a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from Canisus College, Buffalo NY and taught math for several years in Pavilion, New York. He was a District Representative for Eaton Yale & Town which moved him and his family to Walnut Creek, California for a few years. Glenn and his family then moved back to Western New York where he worked with his brother in real estate and eventually opened his own Century 21 real estate business. He was a Genesee County Legislator, and the Vice President of the Board of Realtors of Western New York. Glenn was also actively involved with the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in East Bethany, New York. He and his wife, Trenna, retired to the Treasure Coast 33 years ago.
The greatest joy in life for Glenn was his family. Whether it was playing softball on Sunday afternoons, sailing his Hobie Cat, entertaining, making his homemade pizza for friends and family, or cheering on his grandchildren, Glenn enjoyed spending time with those he loved.
Glenn is survived by his wife of 61 years (his childhood sweetheart), Trenna (nee Platten), his children Alan Mulcahy (Rebecca) of Jupiter, Florida, Colette Mulcahy Staak of Atlanta, Georgia, Maureen Mulcahy Lowe (Bob) of Geneseo, New York, and Glenn Mulcahy Jr (Sandy) of Vero Beach, Florida, brother Lauren Mulcahy (Sandra) of Jensen Beach, Florida, sister-in-law Lena Mulcahy of Stuart, Florida, 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 4 pm to 6 pm at Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home, at 950 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, Florida 34994. A mass will be held on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 10:00 am at The Holy Family Catholic Church, on 2330 Southwest Mariposa Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida 34952.

Obituary Preview: Gerald “Jerry” McNaughton, 84, of Jensen Beach, Florida passed away, Saturday December 9, 2017 at his home.
Jerry was born May 21, 1933 in Gardiner, Maine, and honorably served in the United States Air Force. He later joined Delta Airlines where he proudly worked and retired as a commercial airline pilot as the Captain of the well-known L-1011 aircraft. Throughout his career Jerry lived in various parts of the country including Georgia, Florida and Utah.
In addition to flying the skies, he spent a great portion of his life as an avid boater enjoying North America and the Caribbean waters. Jerry experienced life to the fullest and traveled the world extensively.
He is survived by his three sons, Robert, Gregory and Bert McNaughton and four grandchildren, Tyler, Crystal, Cody and David McNaughton that reside in Florida and Hawaii. He will be truly missed by those that loved him.

Obituary Preview: Dorothy Zlotnick, 89, of Stuart, Florida passed away on December 8, 2017. Mrs. Zlotnick worked as an executive secretary at Suffolk County Community College in Selden, N.Y. An active member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church of Stuart and in her community of Pine Lakes Garden and Estates, Stuart, Dorothy loved to play cards, especially canasta, and enjoyed painting, crafts, and sewing.
Mrs. Zlotnick is survived by her daughter, Judith (Ronald) Pennenga of Evans, Georgia; sister, Jeanne Licht of Newark, Delaware; and two grandsons, Ronald M. Pennenga Jr., of Stuart, and Timothy S. Pennenga, of Brandon, Florida; seven great grandchildren, and many other relatives. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, George Zlotnick (2014); son, Thomas E. Johnson (2017); and daughter, Nancy E. Johnson (1990). A memorial service will be held at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church of Stuart, 5150 SE Railway Ave. Stuart, Florida 34997 on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 1PM. Born in Bayridge, Brooklyn, New York, he moved to Flushing, New York at the age of five and has been a resident of Port Saint Lucie, since 1989, coming from Rockland County, New York.
Ed married his beloved wife, Rosemarie on October 19, 1958. He honorably served his Country as a member of the United States Army. He then went to work for AT&T Telephone Company (Ma Bell).
He was a member of Hope Lutheran Church in Port Saint Lucie.
An avid golfer, he loved to play every chance he was able to. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and loved dabbling in his garden.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Rosemarie; two sons, Jeffrey and his wife, Gina, and Paul and his wife, Abby; one daughter, Karen and her husband, Michael; eight grandchildren, Michael and his wife Marina, Amber, Ryan, Ashley, Allison, Evan, Drew, and Lila; and one great-grandchild Lily Ryan.

Obituary Preview: Robert “Woodie” Chetwood, Roberts, Jr., 83, of Jensen Beach, Florida passed away on December 5, 2017. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on April 27, 1934, the son of Lavina Close Roberts and Robert C. Roberts.
Woodie loved the outdoors and exploring the 10 Mile Creek as a child. After graduation from Ottawa Hills High School, he attended Colgate University and graduated in 1956. He served in the Army in Korea and was able to travel to many parts of the world.
Woodie began his career with Libby Owens Ford in Toledo and later became a Stock Broker with Merrill Lynch for 25 years in Akron, Ohio. He was always active in the Akron YMCA Athletic Club and was the Chairman of the Board.
Woodie is survived by his loving wife, Boni Beier Blanchard Roberts; a daughter, Katherine McKeason Roberts of Springfield, MO; and preceded in death by a son Andrew Roberts. He had three step-sons. Scott (Christy) Blanchard of Orlando, FL, Robert (Melissa) Blanchard of Bodega Bay, CA, and William Blanchard of Tallahassee, FL.
After retiring early from Merrill Lynch, Woodie lived on his Trawler Boat in Ft. Lauderdale. He played a lot of tennis and biked in many marathons across the country and also in France with the California Bike Club.
Woodie met his wife, Boni, also from Toledo in Ft. Lauderdale and have had many wonderful years together. Their love of the beach and ocean brought them to Jensen Beach, where they played tennis and met many good friends and neighbors.
Services will be at the convenience of the family at a later date.

He was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania on June 24, 1928 to the late Edgar Henry Kuhns and Ruth Suzanne Diefenderfer Kuhns. He was the third child after brother David Henry and sister Althea Pauline Kuhns Sewards.
While working at Town Auto Chevrolet He met the woman of his dreams, June, who he was married to for 66 years. He was very proud that three generations were all married on July 16th, himself, son, Scott, and grandson, Christopher. He attended business college in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He also worked in his family owned furniture store. He served in the US Army where he taught radio repair during the Korean war. He grew up in Allentown, PA and lived in Miami Shores before relocating to Stuart to be near his family. He owned his own business, Hialeah Auto Brokers.
His hobbies included restoring cars and making model airplanes with his son. He was a pilot and enjoyed not only flying, but also restoring his planes. He participated as a member of Lions Club International. He loved driving and visiting the National Parks.
Jerry is survived by one son, Dr. Scott L Kuhns and his wife, Linda of Sewall’s Point, Florida; and two grandsons, Dr Christopher Kuhns and his wife, Dr Mary Kuhns of Gainesville, Florida and Michael Kuhns also of Gainesville.
A Service to Celebrate His Life will be determined at a later date at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 2450 SE Ocean Boulevard, Stuart, Florida.

She leaves behind her beloved husband, Anthony Corigliano of Palm City; five loving children; a son Michael Ames Jr. and his wife Sandra of Deland, Florida; Evelyn Corigliano, Christine Corigliano, Anthony Corigliano and his wife Jessie Campanile, all of Port St. Lucie, Florida; Jaclyn Corigliano-Miller and her husband Scott of Orlando, Florida and nine beautiful grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Molly Whitehead and her husband, David and brother, James R. Foy III and his wife, Sandra.
Wanda was an accomplished businesswoman and entrepreneur. Along with her husband she owned and operated Mr. Hustle Construction and its subsidiaries, a Palm City based business for over 26 years.
She adored her two Rottweiler's Chance and Nija. She loved to play the piano and spend time with her grandchildren.
A viewing will be held on Friday, December 1, 2017 from 3p.m. to 5p.rn. and 6p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home, 950 SE Monterey Rd, Stuart, Florida 34994. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2017, 12:00 noon at the Cross Church, 1484 SW 34th St, Palm City, Florida with interment following at Forest Hills Memorial Park, 2001 SW Murphy Road, Palm City. He was preceded in death by his father Bernard KIlbreth II. Bernard served in the United States Coast Guard and spent the last twenty years of his life doing what he loved as a long haul truck driver. Bern will be greatly missed. Richard was an active member of Redeemer Lutheran Church where he sang in the church choir for years. He also performed with the Treasure Coast Opera and Barn Theater.
He attended Cranbrook Schools. He was a man defined by a love of intellectual challenge (a born engineer), theater- as a performer as well as a spectator; he was very fond of Gilbert and Sullivan. Richard loved everything maize and blue, golf and of course his family.
Richard is survived by his wife of 51 years, Rita, daughters Teresa Hall (Bob Oakley) of Stuart, Florida and Amy Schultz (Forrest Boughner) of Rochester, Michigan and his granddaughter Chloe who he adored, Also survived by brother Robert (Brenda) Schultz of Clarkston, Michigan, and brother David of Long Island, New York.
Memorial donations may be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church or Treasure Coast Hospice.

Obituary Preview: Earl S. Kratzer, 79 of Stuart passed away November 24, 2017 after a hard fought battle with cancer.
Earl was born in Cleveland, Ohio and spent most of his life there, moving to Stuart Florida in 2001. He was a retired detective sergeant with the Cleveland Police Department serving well for 20 years. He earned the Rotary Club Valor Award for saving the life of a victim of an armed robbery. Earl also met and married Michele A. Kratzer (nee Moran) through work. They were married for 35 years, they dearly loved each other.
Earl was also a Real Estate Broker in Cleveland. He was a partner in two real estate offices employing over 100 people.
He also was a published author.
Earl was active in the Masons where he served as Worshipful Master for two Masonic lodges in two states.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and anything that took him outdoors. He had a great sense of humor and a quick wit. He will be missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his loving wife, Michele, Earl is survived by daughters, Julianne Aveni, Kathy (Bob) Bradley and Ellen (Ralph) Phillips; brother, Wayne Kratzer; grandchildren, Brooke (Mike) O'Neill, Frankie Aveni, Matthew (Dana) Bradley, Scott (Ali) Bradley and Jeffrey Phillips. He was also Papa Duke to six great grandchildren, an uncle and friend to many, especially his best friend and hunting buddy, Sam Lapisa.
Earl was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Carol Kratzer; brother, Mark Kratzer; infant daughter, Mary Kratzer and grandson Scott Phillips.

Es con profundo dolor que anunciamos el fallecimiento de nuestro hijo José Valdez, Jr. (Chato) que se nos adelantó este pasado viernes 24 de noviembre del 2017. Sabemos que ya no está sufriendo y está experimentado la misericordia de nuestro Dios. Nos gustaría que todos lo recuerden como él era- un joven lleno de alegría y siempre sonriendo a la vida. Dios lo necesitaba más en el cielo.
José Valdez, Jr. nació en Stuart, FL. Se graduó de Martin County High School. Le gustaba mucho ir a pescar desde que era un niño, cuando iba con su papá a pescar. Otro deporte que le gustaba mucho era montar su cuatrimoto. Era un gran amigo que siempre estaba allí para el que lo necesitara. Una persona muy querida por todos y muy cariñoso.
José Valdez, Jr. es hijo de José Valdez López y de Francisca Arroyo Santibáñez. Tiene cinco hermanos; Evelia, Israel, Juan, Mayra y Eréndira Valdez. Su abuelo paterno lo ha recibido en el cielo, el señor J. Cruz Rivera Valdez, y su abuela paterna todavía vive, la señora María Isaías Lopez. Sus abuelos maternos todavía viven, el señor José Arroyo y la señora Teresa Santibáñez.
Queremos agradecerles a todas las personas que nos han ofrecido su ayuda de una u otra manera. Especialmente sus oraciones por el descanso eterno del alma de nuestro hijo y por mantener a toda nuestra familia en sus oraciones. No tenemos palabras para agradecerles. He was born on April 19, 1946 in Bridgeport, Connecticut but spent much of his early years in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Florida in 1987. He served in the Army during the Vietnam Era. He was a car enthusiast his whole life. He loved drag racing and restoring old cars.
He is survived by Suzanne, the love of his life for over 48 years, Tracy Lynn, his daughter, Shawn Michael, his son, three grandchildren; Ayana, Matthew and Makayla. He also had a sister Nicolette and a brother Thomas.
Arrangements are being made thru Treasure Coast Seawinds and the VA. He will be laid to rest at South Florida National Cemetery on Tuesday.

He was employed by the Massachusetts Army National Guard and retired after over 35 years in 2011 as a Sergeant First Class. Some of his hobbies were playing the guitar, working in his yard, and traveling to Egypt. He had numerous slides and pictures from Egypt that were very important to him.
He was the son of Harold T. and Ruth J. Kenney. Brother to Donald Kenney and his wife Lucy of Torrington Connecticut, Kathy Squires and her husband Steve of Newfane Vermont, William Kenney and his wife Sybil of Holliston, Massachusetts., and Susan Kenney of Franklin, Massachusetts.
He was the proud uncle of Lauren Sembersky of Stafford Springs, Connecticut, Amanda Barry of Holliston, Massachusetts, Hannah Kenney currently living in San Francisco, California, William "Buddy" Kenney of Holliston, Massachusetts and Rebecca Kenney of Franklin, Massachusetts. He was also the great uncle to five nieces and one nephew and a special friend to Donna Passerello.

Affectionately known as “Jack”, he was born in Columbus, Ohio, to Hollis and Janet (Phillips) Dunning. Raised in Columbus, he graduated from South High School there.
He honorably served his country as a member of the United States Army.
Prior to retirement he was the owner/operator of the Pizza Cottage and also involved in Commercial Fishing and Auto Repair.
Jack also enjoyed playing the bass guitar.
Survivors include his wife Teresa A. Dunning of Stuart; one son, John Robert Dunning, Jr. and his wife, Marcelle of Elkhart, Indiana; his brother, Lawrence E. Dunning of Hollywood, Florida; and one grandson, Ian Robert Dunning, also of Elkhart.
Services and Interment will be at the convenience of the family from the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory of Stuart.

Obituary Preview: Ruth Gibb Barron Ruth Alison (Gibb) Barron, age 100 years & 9 months, died in Stuart, Florida, on November 15,
2017, of complications from a recent hip surgery. Born in Cottonwood, Minnesota, February 25, 1917, to Raymond & Huldah (Pettersen) Gibb, the second of three children, Ruth spent her childhood and early schooling in the small farming town of Cottonwood. Her family moved to Minneapolis in 1931 as the Depression set in, and she attended Marshall High School there, graduating as Co-Valedictorian in 1934. She graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1938 with a Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, in Medical
Technology. As a medical technician she worked for the University of Minnesota before moving to Freeport, Illinois, in 1939 for work in a private medical practice. In Freeport, she met her future husband, Walter "Bill" J. Barron of Omaha, Nebraska. They were married March 21, 1942, at the home of her favorite aunt, Anna (Pettersen) Laingen, in Cottonwood, MN, shortly before Bill entered the
Army and was posted to Iceland. After her marriage she lived in Minneapolis, Omaha (Nebraska), Freeport, Elmhurst and Arlington Heights (Illinois), before moving to Encino, California, in 1953. There she raised four children. She was a founding member and Elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Encino, and the leader of Encino's Girl Scout Troop 1656 for twelve years. Ruth was an active PTA member of Encino Elementary School, Portola Junior High School (Tarzana, CA) and Birmingham Junior & Senior High Schools (Van Nuys, CA). She also shared her family and home with American Field Service
students from Finland and France. In 1970, Ruth returned to her medical technology career as a laboratory technician at the Valley
Presbyterian Hospital in Van Nuys, California, retiring in 1987. In 1963, she moved with her family to Northridge, CA, and lived there over thirty years, until the 1994 Northridge earthquake severely damaged her home. Shortly afterward she relocated to Florida to live with her son Richard and his wife Carol, first in West Palm Beach and then at Solaris Assisted Living in Stuart, Florida. She has been a faithful member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Port
Salerno where her daughter-in-law is the Rector. Ruth enjoyed reading and traveling to visit her children in California, New York City and Munich, Germany. With her husband Bill she made numerous trips to Europe visiting England, Scotland,
France, Germany, Austria, Norway, Italy, Finland and Russia. She is preceded in death by her husband in 1991, her younger brother Donald in 2006 and her older brother Clark in 2007. She is survived by her 3 sons and 1 daughter and their spouses: Thomas of New York City; Richard & Carol of Stuart, Florida; Georgia & Axel of Munich, Germany; and Frank
& Kathie of Corning, California, as well as 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Interment will be at Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The family requests that in lieu of flowers a donation be made in her name to St. Luke's Episcopal
Church, Port Salerno, Florida.
