She was a member of the New Jerusalem Five Fold Ministries, Pastor Katherine Walker in Clarksville, TN where she loved and faithfully served on the Kitchen Committee, Adult Choir and Pastor’s Aid. Later she joined the One Accord Ministries, Pastor Spencer Osborne in Allensville, KY where she attended until her health started to decline. She served on the Pastor’s Aid, the Kitchen Committee and the Mother’s Board. “Bell” was the life of the family. She always wore a beautiful smile on her face. She loved her family and friends and there was never a dull moment when she was around. Even when things were going bad she would say something and have everybody laughing with just a special choice of words. God saw fit to call “Bell” from her earthly labor on Wednesday morning, January 19, 2022 at 12:57 am. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Paul Kenner Jr. and three sisters, Ella Watkins, Emma Kenner and Donna Sebree. She is survived by three brothers, Garland Petrie (Ruth) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Ephriam Petrie III of Indianapolis, Indiana and Mark Petrie of Elkton; two sisters, Esther Jenkins (Jimmy) of Woodbridge, Virginia and Carol Petrie of Elkton; four nephews, three nieces and a host of cousins and friends. Visitation with the Petrie family will be on Saturday, January 8, 2022 from 1:00 until funeral service time at 3:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Reverends Frank Johnson, Lisa Balboa and David Petrie officiating. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday morning, December 22, 2021 at 10:00 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville with Archpriest Peter M. Dubinin officiating.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Robert Dunn of Elkton; two daughters, Chris Dunn Tatum of Elkton and Amy Dunn of Greenville; three brothers, Jug Howell of Hartford, Kentucky, Bob Howell of Cleaton, Kentucky and Tom Howell of Livermore, Kentucky; three sisters, Wilma Smith of Buck Creek, Kentucky, Barbara Gardner of Buttons Berry, Kentucky and Sherry Wells of Powderly, Kentucky as well as three grandchildren. Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Thursday, December 9th at 1:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Chapman officiating. Interment will follow at the Stokes Chapel Cemetery.
