Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday from 5:00 until 7:00 at the Todd County Funeral Home. Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Thursday at 11:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Rev. Frankie Skipworth, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at the Gant Cemetery in Sharon Grove.

He is survived by his wife, Helen Addison of Elkton; a son, Ray Skaggs of Morgantown, Kentucky; a daughter, Dianna Sinks of Central City, Kentucky; ten grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. Obituary Preview: Frankie “Bell” Forman was born on December 4, 1953 to the late Roland and Cynthia Forman. “Bell” accepted the Lord as her Savior at an early age. She was a member of the New Jerusalem Five Fold Ministries, Pastor Katherine Walker in Clarksville, TN where she loved and faithfully served on the Kitchen Committee, Adult Choir and Pastor’s Aid. Later she joined the One Accord Ministries, Pastor Spencer Osborne in Allensville, KY where she attended until her health started to decline. She served on the Pastor’s Aid, the Kitchen Committee and the Mother’s Board. “Bell” was the life of the family. She always wore a beautiful smile on her face. She loved her family and friends and there was never a dull moment when she was around. Even when things were going bad she would say something and have everybody laughing with just a special choice of words. God saw fit to call “Bell” from her earthly labor on Wednesday morning, January 19, 2022 at 12:57 am. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Paul Kenner Jr. and three sisters, Ella Watkins, Emma Kenner and Donna Sebree. Visitation with the Petrie family will be on Saturday, January 8, 2022 from 1:00 until funeral service time at 3:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Reverends Frank Johnson, Lisa Balboa and David Petrie officiating.
