Ray was born Sylvanus Hershberger to Erma and John Hershberger. Ray lived with his beloved grandparents for 10 years until his grandpa Miller passed away. Ray was adopted by Warren and Betty Stokes of Portage Lakes. Ray graduated from Coventry High School in 1966 then was drafted into the US Army and is a Vietnam Veteran. Ray is a retired UAW and worked at the Chrysler stamping plant for 30 years. He was a life member of American Legion Post 566 and a Legion Rider. Ray is survived by his wife of 53 years, Florence (Myers) Stokes; children, Clyde (Tracie) Stokes, James (Teresa) Stokes and Lisa (Drew) Weyrick; grandchildren, Tiffeny Siers, Julie (Nick) Aronhalt, Jessica (Matt) Hendrix, Trevor (Lindsey) Weyrick, Elizabeth Stokes, Emily Stokes, Ray Stokes and Arley Roth; great-grandchildren, Miley, Ana, Weston, Emersyn and Haley. He was a graduate of Northwest High School and worked many years as a Supervisor for the plastics industry. Preceded in death by his father Henry Carl Czartoszewski Sr. He leaves behind his loving mother Linda Czartoszewski; brothers Daniel Czartoszewski (Kathi) and Bryon Czartoszewski and many loving cousins, nieces and nephews. Henry's smile was broad and generous like his heart. With loving support of his mom and dad, Henry fought hard through many difficult surgeries as an infant and toddler. Through that painful time he was always so quick to smile, laugh and grew to be very kind and caring to animals. Henry had a passion for reading and Sci-Fi and his knowledge of nature was astounding. He cherished the time he spent fishing with his Dad and brothers whether at Lake Erie or the streams of Pennsylvania. Henry found joy and peace trout fishing and especially competing with his brothers and winning the trout fishing trophy. He also enjoyed hiking, cutting firewood and sitting around the campfire. Growing up he spent all his summers at the cabin in Pennsylvania with his brothers doing boy stuff like playing in the creeks, skipping rocks and telling stories around the campfire. Henry's mother Linda steadfastly stood by him through all his trials and joyous moments in his life. Henry especially enjoyed going to the movies with his mom watching Star Wars and the Marvel movies. Henry loved his family dearly and his heart was his superpower. Henry made a great cup of coffee. This is the way we will always remember our Henry. The family will be receiving friends from 6:00pm-7:00pm, March 16, 2022 at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tammie Renee Roberson and parents, Tom Watson Roberson Sr. and Flora Marie Greene Roberson. Tom is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Sue F. Carmichael Roberson; children, Tammy Sue Roberson Yoder (Richard), Tom Watson Roberson III (Lori) and Timothy Michael Roberson (Stacey); 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brothers, Harry (Sally) Roberson and Rodney (Brenda) Roberson; sister, Valerie Roberson Thomas (Ronnie); life long friend, Ed (Noreen) Spaugy; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends. He was a Teamster of Local 737 and served as trustee for several years at the Fraternal Order of Eagles of New Franklin, Ohio. Per his final wishes he will be cremated and there will be no services. His daughter will host a celebration of life at a later date. We would like to thank Chapel Hill Community Nursing Home and Ohio's Hospice/Life Care Hospice for their care of Tom.

She worked as a computer operator at Ohio garment rental for over 20 years, then worked in the auto industry as an office manager and property manager for over 20 years as well. Jennie was always kind to others and strongly believed in helping homeless animals and wildlife. As a result, she fostered many homeless animals over the years. Jennie liked reading mysteries, traveling, listening to country music, and loved tomatoes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in her death by 4 brothers Clifford Jenkins, John Jenkins, Jimmy Jenkins & Charley Jenkins. Jennie is survived by her daughter Lila Jenkins of Canal Fulton, Ohio, and her brother Arthur Jenkins of Beaverdams, New York. Because of his love for sports he spent many years coaching peewee football and baseball. He worked as an auto mechanic his entire adult life. He worked at many different dealerships through the years but retired from Spitzer Dodge in 2006. After retiring he spent his time working in his home garage and taking many camping trips with his wife and family. (Hawes) Arnold, Sr. He served his country in the U. S. Army during Vietnam in 1968-1969. Ray supported his family by being a truck driver for Roadway, till the age of 50 when he retired. He still worked diligently even after retiring, and currently worked for Skipco.  He loved to joke and be a real pain to the family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Dudley and brothers, Leslie Arnold, Jr and Donald Arnold.  He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Terre and his children, Autumne (Josh) Vandygriff; Joel (Mackenzie) Arnold, Pat (Erica) Arnold, Misti (Jason) Whitt, and Kimberly Range (Arnold); 10 grandchildren; sister, DeMarie (Roger) Gimpel and many nieces and nephews. Obituary Preview: Kathleen "Kathy" Ann Mares (Feador), age 68, passed away peacefully surrounded by love and her family in her home on Friday, February 11, 2022. Kathy was a wonderful wife, mom and grandma. She always put her family first. Kathy lost a sudden but courageous battle with cancer. Kathy was a long-time resident of Canal Fulton, Ohio and grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. Kathy leaves behind her husband, Tim; daughters and sons-in-law: Lindsay (Zack) Hamilton, Erin (Todd) Butler and Melissa (Derek) Baker. In addition, Kathy is survived by her adored grandchildren: Logan, Emma, Hudson, Campbell, Paislee, Emmett and Korbin. Kathy has joined her parents, Raymond and Lillian Feador, along with family pets (Brigette, Hershey and Muffin) in Heaven for eternity. Kathy enjoyed spending her weekends attending her grandchildren's activities: soccer, football, track, baseball, cross country, cheer and swim meets. Along with spending time with her family, Kathy took pride in maintaining her home, gardening, caring for her pool and doing yard work. There are so many favorite memories her family will treasure in their hearts, from her favorite ice cream, Breyers Mint Chocolate Chip, being willing to play with the kids, popcorn parties, sleeping in her favorite spot on the couch, the pride she had in all of her photos, babysitting the grandchildren, being only a phone call away, taking care of others in need, loving licorice, trips to Oser's and all her moments of laughter. A celebration of Kathy's life will include memories, love, licorice and the color pink, which was Kathy's favorite color. It is Kathy's wishes, for pink flowers at her celebration. He attended the Canal Fulton Baptist Church and was a Northwest boys and girls bantam basketball coach when his children were young. He was a small business owner, AT Tube Company, located in Wadsworth, Ohio, for 30+ years.  Charles was always very active. He was an avid water and snow skier, and loved bicycling on the towpath. He loved to travel, having been to many different places from Alaska to Hawaii and the Panama Canal. Charles was a family oriented man. His greatest joy was playing with his grandchildren and watching them play sports. Charles is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Mary (Hicks) Crego; son, Charles Crego; daughter, Marianne (Matt) Ryan; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Emma and Nathan Crego, Charlotte and Steven Ryan; sister, Barbara Sirpilla and brother, James (Christine) Park. Funeral Services will be held TUESDAY, February 1, 2022, 11:00am at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton, Pastor Whitney Owens officiating. Burial with military honors at Clinton Cemetery. Calling Hours Monday, 5pm to 7pm at the funeral home.  Donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and/or Ohio Veterans Memorial Park.
