Betty Faye Rogers Norris departed this Earth on August 08, 2020 from a lengthy battle with ovarian cancer. She was 64 years old. She was born in Marlboro County, SC to the late Jasper Rogers and Emma Pate Ward. She had several sisters and a brother. She attended Marlboro County schools and was retired from the food service industry. She married the love of her life, John H. Norris (“Henry” as she affectionately called him) on September 27, 1974. Together, they had five children: sons John Christopher (Melissa), Anthony Blease (Casey) and Tyler Shane (Danielle) Norris; daughters Amy Gwen Revis and Kasey Lee Norris; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and two very special bonus grandchildren. Betty Faye loved many things, but the one thing she loved most was FAMILY. She was always a very caring soul; quick to forgive and never held a grudge. She always had a bubbly personality and could light up any room with her radiant smile, wonderful hugs and infectious spirit. She is survived by all of her children, grandchildren, great-grands and bonus grands; brother Jimmy Rogers of Bennettsville, SC; sisters Carol R. Steen and Wendy R. Driggers of Bennettsville, SC.; several special nieces, nephews, cousins and tons of wonderful friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, father and mother listed above and her oldest sister Patricia R. Thompson.
