A viewing will take place on Saturday from 12 noon until time of service at the church.
He leaves to cherish his memories his memories his devoted wife of 67 years Georgia Bowser, son William A. Bowser Junior(Tracy),of Edenton,N.C. George L. Bowser(Brenda) East Highland California, Alan Bowser of Hertford, N.C. Rene' Bowser of Columbia, S.C. Of these children he was preceded in death by his beloved daughter Sarah V. Bowser. He also leaves one brother, Zion T. Bowser of Baltimore, Maryland to cherish his memory. He was also preceded in death by his special sisters and brothers: Nancy Eggleson, Katherine Harrell, Lillian Roberts, Shirley Hunter, Fred Bowser, and James Milton Cuffie. William developed a special bond and earned a new lease on life with his nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. The love that he exhibited with them was unconditional and transformative. He also leaves behind a host of nephews,nieces, cousins, and friends..
