She was born July 9, 1928 in Somerville, Massachusetts and came to the area in December 2007 from Lexington, Massachusetts. She was an Administrative Assistant at Emerson College in Boston. She attended St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church and was a member of the Lighthouse for the Blind. She enjoyed sewing, loved line dancing, and dancing which was how she met her husband, James, who preceded her in death in 1980. Ann was always the life of the party and was "Flower Gram" at her granddaughter, Angela's wedding in September 2021.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Robert & Donna Solomon of Amherst, New Hampshire; daughters and sons-in-law: Annette & Joe Avery of Billerica, Massachusetts and Diane & Rick Wohlfiel of Spring Hill, Florida; grandchildren and their spouses: Derek & Samara Wohlfiel, Angela & Brandon Duffy, Brendon Avery, Douglas Avery and Lauren Avery; great-grandchildren: Liora and James Wohlfiel.
A Memorial Gathering and Service will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel; times to be announced.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Lighthouse for the Visually Impaired and Blind, Inc.

He was born on November 26, 1944, in Millville, New Jersey. Earl was happily married to Marjorie Marie Lowe for 55 years, during which they primarily resided in the state of Florida. He was a hard-working family man and public servant who devoutly supported his wife and children throughout their upbringing. He liked antiques, oldies music, video games, cooking, various gadgets, and keeping up with technology. He was the man to ask if you didn't know how valuable a trinket was. He was a firefighter and EMT at the City of Largo, at Station 41.
Earl helped establish pensions for the City of Largo's firefighters for a better quality of retirement, and was also their Union President for a time. He also provided his services as a Fire Chief for the Town of Belleair, creating a Christmas event to have Santa deliver gifts to residential children from a firetruck, which remains an annual event to this day. Earl also served in the U.S Navy.

Obituary Preview: Our beloved mother and grandmother, Eleanor Marie Anderson, 83, passed away peacefully at home, on December 22nd 2021. Eleanor was born October 24, 1938, in Darby Montana to Robert and Helen Goddard, she was the eldest of 7 children. Eleanor got her pioneer spirit from growing up on farms in Western Montana and Custer County Nebraska. While growing up in Nebraska she lived near her grandparents, Myron and Alice Goddard, and Jesse and Eva Ayres. They fostered her love for growing vegetable gardens, canning, quilting, horseback riding, raising cows, goats and chickens. It was during those years that Eleanor placed her faith in Jesus Christ as her personal Savior (Ephesians 2:8- 9). When Eleanor was 16, she moved with her family to South America. While she was in South America, Eleanor went through Medical Training to help with the dire medical needs of the Indigenous people, of The Gran Chaco. After graduation from high school, Eleanor and her sister Shirley moved to Milwaukee, WI, where they both met their future husbands. On Valentines Day, 1960, Eleanor became engaged to former Marine Sergeant, Owen L. Anderson, of Brooklin, ME. To this union was born 3 daughters, Lori, Debbie & Wendy. After raising their daughters, Owen & Eleanor retired in Florida. Eleanor's pioneering spirit didn't stop there, being an avid hiker, Eleanor and her best friend Leta joined the Florida Trailwalker's Club, where Eleanor became the first woman in Florida's history to achieve the 1,000 mile hiking award, along with her much beloved dachshund, Denny. Eleanor leaves behind her husband, Owen L. Anderson of 61 years, and her 3 daughters, Lori (Billy Feltner), Debbie (Richard Davis), and Wendy (Steve Murphy); six grandchildren: Chad Feltner, Matthew Simshauser, Julia Murphy, Justin Murphy, Jessie Murphy, and Jamie Murphy; two great-grandsons: Ashton Simshauser and Chase Simshauser of Bangor, Maine.

He was the owner and operator of Roman Pest Control, was a founding member of the Happy Wanders NY Brigade, He enjoyed writing and storytelling and was a member of the Hernando Writing Club. Several years ago, he started a Facebook page “South Philly Traditions" which he moderated.  He loved hearing about the experiences of people who grew up in South Philly and made hundreds of Facebook Friends.
He was eternally optimistic, and always positive; generous with his time and talent; and extended unlimited hospitality – he made every one part of his extended family.  His kindness and easy-going personality made anyone who knew him comfortable and accepted.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years: Mary Ann DiMucci of Spring Hill, Florida; sons and daughter-in-law: John DiMucci of Millburn, New Jersey; Richard and Sandy DiMucci of Blackwood, New Jersey; stepsister and her husband: Beth and Randy Sidell of Spring Hill, Florida; grandchildren: Nicolette DiMucci-Costa of Havertown, Pennsylvania; Richard DiMucci of Spring Lake, New Jersey.

Following a courtship during WWII, she became engaged and married Jack Thomas her loving husband of 77 years, cherishing their time together and raising their loving family. Margaret is survived by her husband Jack, her three children, son Kenneth of Spring Hill, son Donald of Tarpon Springs, and daughter Patricia of Atlanta. Also, she is survived by four grandchildren. As a life-long member of the Catholic Church, she was a Sodality of Mary member of St. Thomas More Cathedral and a member of the CCW of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Margaret extensively traveled to worldwide destinations including British Columbia, Croatia, Greece, Ireland, Italy, and Spain. Her favorite trip was a "this is your life" adventure to Connecticut, Maine, and Nova Scotia. She thoroughly enjoyed her hobbies of, assembling thousand-piece puzzles and copiously reading works of fiction. Margaret was known for her kindness, an encouraging word for family and friends, sage advice, and a prayer. She will be deeply missed. She was preceded in death by her parents Michael and Ann Greenberg , and her husband Stanley Margulis.
She is survived by her loving partner David Rutherford of Brooksville, Florida; her sister, Sherry Herman (Roy) of Phoenix Arizona, brother,  Barry Greenberg (Paula) of St. Louis, Missouri, son, Jay Margulis (Jo Ann) of Ashburn, Virginia, 4 nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Mark, Valerie and Jason, and 3 grandchildren, Michael, Lindsey and Katie.
Pat was a loving mother, loyal friend to many, and had a zest for life.  She and her husband Stan were one of first residents in the now bustling community of Lake Ridge in Woodbridge, VA where they resided with their son Jay for more than 30 years.  Pat kept her finger on the pulse of the neighborhood and was a founding member of the Occoquan Lake Ridge Civic Association, helping drive the creation of the citizen review process to further the common good and general welfare of the community.  Steadfast in their faith, Pat and Stan were founding members, and she is a continued supporter of the Congregation Ner Shalom in Woodbridge, VA.
Pat and Stan moved to Spring Hill, Florida 20+ years ago to enjoy the good life.  Pat was an active member, volunteer, and contributor of Temple Beth David Jewish Congregation in Spring Hill, Florida.
An avid reader of 3 books per week, Pat was for many years a volunteer at the Hernando County Library in Spring Hill.
She was secretly somewhat proud, but also amused and sometimes irritated by the fact she was on dozens of charitable mailing lists.  She regularly contributed to many worthy causes.
Before she left this earth, Pat endowed a scholarship fund at Davis & Elkins College in West Virginia, helping many young adults make their dream of a liberal arts college degree become reality.  Her gift of love and support has planted the seed of knowledge that will grow for years to come. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving from 1952 to 1955 and completing a combat tour in Korea receiving Combat action ribbon, Unit Commendation, Good Conduct medal, National Defense Service Medal, Korean Service medal with bronze star, Republic of Korea Presidential Unit Citation, United Nations Service Medal, Republic of Korea War Service Medal with oak leaf cluster and Rifle Marksman badge.  He went on to earn his diploma in Funeral Services from Simmons School of Embalming in Syracuse, New York, worked as a Funeral Director and owned/operated the McDonough Funeral Home in Willsboro and West Port, New York. He was the first VFW Post Commander in Keeseville, New York, served as a Trooper in the New York State Police and served in multiple law enforcement capacities in Florida retiring as a chief bailiff from the Pasco County Sheriff's Office. He earned his private pilot’s license and enjoyed flying immensely. He also loved to travel the United States in his RV.
Dan was a life member of the Marine Corps. League #708, the Elk Lodge of Spring Hill, the VFW #1505, the American Legion #86, Knights of Columbus-St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, retired NY State Police Association, retired Pasco Sheriff Officer's Association and a life member of the D.A.V. and NARLEO, II.
Dan is survived by his spouse, Margaret (Peg) McDonough of Brooksville, Florida; his brothers, Colin McDonough of Keeseville, New York and Michael (Mike) McDonough of Morrisonville, New York; his sisters, Kathleen (Tash) O’Connor of Keeseville, New York and Susan Giroux of Morrisonville, New York; his sons, James (Jim) McDonough of Troy, New York and William (Bill) McDonough of Meridianville, Alabama; and his stepchildren, Jan Kodov of Brooksville, Florida; Scott Conklin of Port Kent, New York; Jeff Conklin of Winston-Salem, North Carolina and Mark Conklin of Burnham-on-Sea, England.
He is also survived by his grandchildren, Conner McDonough of Charleston, West Virginia;  Jordan McDonough of Meridianville, Alabama; Matthew McDonough of Chicago, Illinois; Andrew McDonough of Saratoga Springs, New York and Nicholas McDonough of Nashville, Tennessee; his step grandchildren, Edward Bryant of New Market, Maryland; Christina Luginbuehl of Land O Lakes, Florida; Zoe Conklin of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Geoffrey Conklin of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Danielle Conklin of Hummelstown, Pennsylvania plus several nieces, nephews and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, his sisters, Mary Ellen (Squeek), Jean, and Patricia, and his son, Scott.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 2-5:00pm with a wake service at 4:00pm on Friday, December 3, 2021 at Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill chapel.
