Ron was born on March 3,1957 in Chicago, IL to Ronald and Gloria (Boyajian) Thorne.
He is survived by his beloved Fiance Pamela Wood, He was a loving father to Zachary and Stephanie Thorne; Dearest Grandfather to Domink and Galileo Kopacka; Dear Brother to Elizabeth DeYoung, Carol Thorne-Russel, and Gregory Thorne. Survived by many wonderful cousins.
He was a talented auto body man for years and enjoyed working on anything with a motor. Especially his truck and his boat. His dream was to get back out on the water to go fishing and boating with his family.
Ron was a genuine man who had a knack for helping people. He wasn't afraid to lend a hand or teach someone how to do something. He had a way of ease when talking with people and knew how to crack a joke when it was needed. His easy going demeanor will live on through his family and friends.  Memorial services will be held at Lutheran Church of the Resurrection In Oak Forest, Illinois on Saturday April 2nd 2022 from 10am to 1 pm.

Pat leaves to cherish her memories her loving husband David Pence; three children; Lora Sutcliff, Charles Sutcliff and wife Robyn Sutcliff (Prince), Lynn Hardin; her six grandchildren, Stacy Kageff-Davidson and husband William Davidson, Danielle Perruquet, Daniel Hardin, Ryan Hardin, Dylan Sutcliff, Casey Sutcliff; three great-grandchildren,  Conin Perruquet, Odin McMillan, Rozlin Hardin and  several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 sisters one brother.

Patricia Ann was born in Biloxi, MS, on February 14, 1955 to David and Lillian Jones.
Patricia Ann was a wonderful mother to Donna D. Jones of Savannah, GA, Wilcox O. Yorama of St. Louis, MO, Christy E. Yorama of Orlando, FL and Olajide E. Marshall of Savannah, GA.  She raised and empowered her children as a single parent in Carbondale, IL; to be independent while she worked as an Independent Home Nurse Aide.
Patricia Ann was known for her zest for life, laughter, her compassion for others and sense of humor.  She enjoyed experiencing new adventures, she loved trying new food, listening to music, reading and meeting new people.  She always made a friend wherever she worked or lived.  Her friends or her children’s friends became lifelong family.
Patricia Ann found true companionship and married John W. Stover. They enjoyed watching movies and listening to old school music together.
Patricia Ann leaves to cherish  her loving husband, four children, and six grandchildren, Patricia Hill Golden, Jayla R. Hill, Cynclaire Marshall, Kyla Yorama, Lanisa Marshall, and Amar Marshall; three great-grandchildren, Kaidence Hill, DeMaurion Jordan Jr., and Eva Jordan; three nieces, Lynette Cripps and  Sherry McCoy both of San Francisco, CA and Gwen Johnson of Gulfport, MS; three nephews, Louis Jones Jr., Paul and Peter McCoy both of San Francisco, CA and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mousey was a talented man who enjoyed working on automobiles, lawnmowers, and boat motors. He could build and fix anything, from houses to cars to motors. He never turned down a chance to help someone, even a stranger. Just as he did with everyone he touched; he could restore the broken into the best.
Mousey was a very special man; a man with a never-ending smile and a heart of gold. He saw the good in everyone and loved with everything he had. He touched the lives of each person he knew, with both his heart and his hands. The stories and advice he shared was filled with wisdom and entertainment. His ability to uplift each and every one with his light-heartedness continued to his last days.

He was raised in Ava, IL later moving to Carbondale, IL to attend school. After school he joined the United States Army in 1965. Howard also drove Semi Trucks for over 30 years until he retired.
Howard was united in marriage with Marcia Thompson on June 28, 1972 in Murphysboro, IL. He enjoyed traveling, 4- wheeling, and spending time with his family. He was a devoted husband, father, and friend.
He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Marcia Thompson of Hurst, IL; three children: David Thompson of Murphysboro, IL, Julie Lazorchak of Johnston City, IL, and Michael (Susy) Thompson of Royalton, IL; four grandchildren: Emily Rich (Joe) Matuszczak of Hurst, IL, Kelsie Thompson of Royalton, IL, Teddy (Heather) Rich of Hurst, IL, and Kaitlyn Thompson of Royalton, IL; three great-grandchildren: Evaley Collier, Avery Rich, and Jolee Matuszczak all of Hurst, IL; two brothers: Glenn (Sharon) Thompson of Winchester, TN and Ronnie (Leanne) Thompson of Lick Creek; two sisters: Phyllis Denam of Cambria, IL and Joyce (Bob) Harrison of Lake of Egypt, IL and a host of nieces, nephew and other relatives.

Frank work many years as a Steel Worker. He enjoyed attending Cardinals baseball games, fishing, listening to music, and collecting antiques with his wife Brenda “Sue” Greco. They spent many years together.
Fred is survived by his devoted wife Brenda Sue Greco; one daughter, Tammy Tucker; one son, Robert (Melanie) Greco; grandchildren, Jerry and Amanda Crawford, Samantha Thomas, Quentin Floyd, and Austin Norton; great-grandchildren; Emma Floyd, Loni Bloom, Preston Crawford, Seth Mendoza, and Novea Mendoza; two brothers Sam and John Greco; one sister Elizabeth Hughes and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Interment will be at Jefferson Barracks Cemetery in St. Louis, MO on January 13, 2022 at 2:00pm

Obituary Preview: Robert Eugene Mosbach, 83, of Coello, Illinois passed away at 11:27a.m., on Thursday December 30th, 2021.  Robert, or "Slim" as most called him was born on November 4th, 1938 in Eureka, Illinois. He passed away in the comfort of his home, as requested with the love and support of all of his loved ones.
Robert was a diesel mechanic for many years, he spent most of his time working on farm equipment, it was a passion of his. He also enjoyed attending tractor shows, coon hunting, horses, camping, and would have preferred to be outside most of his days.
Robert was preceded in death by his mother and father, Fred and Alice (Schall) Mosbach, along with two brothers and two sisters.
He was survived by his wife, Helen Sue Mosbach of 33 years, also residing in Coello, Illinois. Including his four sons; Tim, Eddie, Eugene, and Lyell, his 3 daughters; Tonja, Missi, and Patti. Robert also had many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Services for Robert will be privately held.

He spent a great deal of his time with his children, grandchildren, and many others he adopted throughout the years.

She had a passion for what she did in life. She looked forward to traveling back home to East St. Louis and down to Scooba, MS to spend time with her family and friends during the summer months.

He was born Nov. 20, 1956 to Dixie and Kenneth Payne in Chicago, IL.
He retired from the US Navy after 20 years of service in 1995. He volunteered at the VFW and the American Legion which eventually led to a job.
He married Joyce Garris on Nov. 7, 1979.  She passed away on Jan. 28, 2014.
He is survived by his mother, Dixie Payne; 4 sisters, Beverly Griffin, Mary (Rob) Wood, Frances (Jack) Robbins, Connie (Lonnie) Cox; 1 brother, John (Sharon) Payne; and numerous nephews and nieces, several great nephews and nieces.
He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Payne, and grandparents. A small Memorial is planned on October 16, 2021, at Murphysboro American Legion from 1:00pm -3:00pm 1700 N. Gartside Street Murphysboro, IL 62966

Obituary Preview: William B. Hornick, affectionately known as "Bill" 77, gained his Heavenly Wings on September 4, 2021, surrounded by his children at his home, as he wished.
He was born July 19, 1944 to John and Marie Hornick in Trenton, New Jersey. In 1985 he met and married Olivia Malroy.
Bill work many years across several states with New Jersey Bell, AT&T, Southern Bell, Bell South, and Quest Communications.
He retired and enjoyed hunting, fishing, football, boxing, traveling, and spending time with his family and  friends. He gave his life to Christ and became a Deacon for many years.
Bill loved traveling to Key West, Florida. That was one of his favorite places to travel.
He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. His knowledge, wisdom and sense of humor will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his children: Kaylynne Simmons, Scott (Trish) Imhoff, Brandi (James) Porm, and Caine Larson; Sister-in-Laws, Alma (John) Carder and Cathy (Paul) Payne; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Marjorie Martin - May 26, 1957 - July 16, 2021

Obituary Preview: Marjorie Ann Martin, 64, went to be with the Lord July 16, 2021, 8:42 am at her home in Cutler, IL with her husband Herbert by her side.
Marjorie was the youngest of three children born May 26, 1957 to Major Thomas Connolly and Mary Ann Connolly (nee) Tibbets. Her parents and two brothers, Thomas Connolly and John Connolly preceded her in death. She graduated from Anna-Jonesboro high school in 1975.  She attended SIU-C  where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education.
Then in 1978 after college, Marjorie joined The United States Army where she proudly served her country until 1986.  During her military career, Marjorie rose to the rank of Sergeant.  While stationed in Germany, she worked as a Nike-Hercules Missile Technician, becoming the first female Missile Technician there.
Marjorie continued her military career as a Medic with the 517th M.A.S.H. Unit and ended her Military career as a Clerk Typist for the Aviation Maintenance Dept at Fort Campbell KY.   Marjorie enjoyed many hobbies which included Traveling, Gardening, Cooking, Teaching Roller Hockey to the kids in her and her son's neighborhood, Archery, Bowling, Softball, Basketball, and Swimming.
She was very active in her community with being a Sunday School teacher, Volunteering at the Rochester NY Right to Life group, numerous food pantries and being the Adjutant at American Legion Post Joseph Gallipiau 294, where she also was active in the Post Auxiliary in Avon NY, as well as a devoted member of the Denmark Baptist Church, Cutler, IL.
Marjorie married Herbert L Martin Jr. on May 29, 1999 at Tower Grove Park in St Louis Mo. They have four children Scott Connolly of St Louis Mo, Alana Connolly of Rochester NY, Christine (Andrew) Edwards of St Louis Mo, and Candace Aston of St Louis Mo.   Marjorie also had two grandchildren, Megan (Clay) Ream of North Carolina and Katherine Rose Aston of St. Louis Mo.   She also had seven sisters (In-laws) that loved her very much...Carol (Steve) Miller of Warrenton, Mo. Cheryl Bange (Richard) King of Warrenton, Mo. Mary (Ed) Wittenbrink of Steeleville, IL. Jeannie Holder of St. Charles, Mo. Raymond G. Melhuish - October 25, 1940 - July 09, 2021

Obituary Preview: Raymond Melhuish was born on October 25, 1940 in Melbourne, Australia, to Robert and Edna Melhuish. He died peacefully, at his home on July 9, 2021, with his loving wife by his side.
At the age of 15 the wondering bug hit Young Ray and he begin to explore and work all over the continent. He drove road trains and operated heavy equipment for several years.
He enjoyed breaking horses, commercial fishing, dove for tropical fish, catching crocodiles, mustered cattle and bull catching.
Raymond came to the United States in 1990's, which was on his bucket list. He held several ranch managing jobs. In 1996 he met and later married his wife Karin. Together they owned and operated a horse hauling business, giving them the opportunity to travel to 48 different states, Canada, and Mexico.
Raymond leaves behind his wife; one sister; one half brother; one stepson; one stepdaughter; two grandsons; two brother-in-laws; one sister-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Theresa accepted Christ into her life at an early age. She received her education in the North Carolina Public School System. Upon completing high school she did some traveling and met Melborne (Gene) Cupp. They got married and made their home in Elk City, OK. To this union two children were born, Tonya Travis and Gene Brooks Cupp. While in Elk City, OK she worked for the Elk City Regional Medical Center and Carls Jr., along with a couple other places throughout the years. Theresa also met and married Dave Andrews in Elk City. After Dave passed away, she moved to Southern Illinois to be closer to her mother. Theresa worked in the bakery at Walmart.
Theresa enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, playing the game of Farkle, taking long drives, fishing, reading, watching a good movie, and watching her favorite hummingbirds out on her porch.  She had a great love of animals, especially the cats she had over the years. Spending time with her grandkids was on the top of her list of favorite things.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her loving children, Tonya Travis of Rosebud, AR and Gene Brooks Cupp and wife Karlee of Elk City, OK; her mother, Mary Heinze of Herrin, IL; her father Carlos Pruna of Florida; her stepfather Royce Heinze of Herrin, IL; two sisters, Donna Griffin of Durham, NC and Michelle Pruna of Owensboro, KY; her grandchildren, Gabrielle Cupp, Chad Edsall, Grace Edsall, and Amillia Graham; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Theresa will be laid to rest in Elk City, OK at the Fairlawn Cemetery.

He graduated from Meridian High School in 1982 and lived in Illinois until his early 20's before relocating to Atlanta, GA. While in Atlanta, he worked several jobs before he came into trucking and freight, but once he discovered truck driving a passion was ignited. He would spend several years driving for various trucking companies before starting his own trucking company, Hustle Transport, LLC, in 2015. Roderick acquired a few trucks, a DOT number, and authority to haul freight. Roderick worked extremely hard to get his business up and running. He dedicated countless hours, days, nights, holidays and weekends to seeing his dreams come to fruition. He was relentless to have something to leave behind to his children. His dream was for everyone to see Hustle Transport trucks and trailers driving up and down expressways and roadways all over the U.S.A. A lot of his dreams were staring to be realized, but were unfortunately cut short when he was called home on May 5th, 2021. He was warm and endearing man, loved by all he came into contact with.
Roderick is survived by his four children, Courtland (Erica) Smith of Colorado Springs, CO, Zollie Harris of Atlanta, GA, Lawanda Hudson and Rodnesha Hudson of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Laila, Kailani, Kaeman all of Colorado Springs, CO, Zavion, Zareah, Zamora, Zymier Harris, all of Atlanta, GA.

Gloria loved cooking for others. She was passionate about the love that she poured into her food. Her family enjoyed coming over on any given Sunday and Holiday to eat and fellowship. Gloria also loved shopping for clothes for her family and friends. She would always buy what someone needed, and not necessarily what they wanted.
Gloria loved to travel any chance she could get. She went on trips with her brother Jackie, visiting family in Arkansas. She also looked forward to traveling with her road dog, Mama Mary, to visit her best friend in Springfield, IL throughout the year.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents; her grandparents; three sisters; Jean Thompson, Fannie Love, and Estella Love- Lewis; two brothers, Leon Miller and Kelly Nunley; a special niece, Lorraine Lawless; nephew, Quinton Lewis; and a special daughter Michelle Brown.

On the evening of Sunday, February 28, 2021 at 6:52pm., God called home one of his greatest soldiers. Robert’s work on this earth has been completed, leaving behind a legacy of guidance and love. Now he is resting in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was preceded in death by his mother, father, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
