Departed: 03/24/2024 (Memphis)
Obituary Preview: Lee Boquet, age 37, March 24, 2024.
We mournfully announce the passing of Lee Micah Boquet, 37, of Eads, TN who passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024. He was born on June 18, 1986 in Clovis, NM. He graduated from Stafford High School in 2003 and was a member of the Germantown Church of Christ.
People were central to Lee’s life and everything he did revolved around his family and friends. His family was especially important to him and he was very close to his parents, brother and sister, and was referred to as Cool Uncle Lee by his nieces and nephews. He lived a full and vibrant life with more friends than you could count, and kept in regular contact with friends from all over the United States and around the world. He greatly enriched the lives of everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him and was a friend to all.
Lee had a keen interest in cars having driven the Tail of the Dragon, the Nurburgring, the German autobahn, and every twisting and winding road in between. His hobbies included car shows and working on his car, but above all, spending his time with friends and family.
For those wishing to express their condolences, a visitation will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at 10:00 at the Germantown Church of Christ in Germantown, TN. A memorial service will immediately follow at 11:00.
Lee was survived by his parents, Juan and Linda Boquet of Eads, TN; his brother Paul (Danea’) Boquet of Boerne, TX; his sister Tracy (John) Anderson of Eads, TN; nieces Brea Boquet and McKinley Anderson; nephews Zachary Anderson and Gage Boquet. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Bill and Phyllis Shepherd of Fulton, MS; and Carroll and Adelaide Boquet of Houma, LA.
