Pre-deceased by his mother, Angelina Colon and both grandparents, Marcola Colon Rodriguez and Pablo Colon Hernandez, he is survived by his brother, Modesto Nunez Jr (Marisol) of Wilbraham, Ma and his father, Modesto Nunez Sr of Puerto Rico; his nephews, Jonathon Nunez (Fermi) of Springfield and Joshua Nunez of Springfield and Jeremy Rivas (Cinthya) of Chicopee. He is also survived by 11 aunts and uncles, Marcelo Colon (Marisol), Jose Colon, Sergio Colon, Daniel Colon (Diana), Emma Colon (David Panciera), Maria Hansen (Glenn), Olga Fuentes (Felix), Samuel Colon (Maribel Martinez), Rosa Colon, Juan Colon (Alecia), Norma Ruiz (Luis), an extended family of cousins and many friends.
The family, in lieu of flowers, request that donations be made to the American Cancer Society to continue their research and help find a cure. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated.

Santia was preceded in death by her parents, Juan Regalado Rivera and Antonia DeJesus, as well as her two brothers, Nelson Rivera and Rafael Rivera, and her sister, Maria De Los Angeles Rivera. Their memories will forever be cherished.
Santia leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion. She is survived by her son, Peter Rivera, and her four daughters, Norma Delgado, Brenda Maloney, Wanda Collins, and Luz Delgado. She was a source of strength and inspiration to her children and will be deeply missed.
She is also survived by her three brothers, Raul Rivera, Miguel Rivera, and Jose DeJesus, as well as her sister, Maria Luciano. Santia's warm presence and affection will be greatly missed by her siblings.
Santia was blessed with Eleven Grandchildren and Four Great-Grandchildren, who brought immense joy to her life. She adored her grandchildren and cherished the time she spent with them. Her love will live on through the generations she leaves behind.
