She remembered others' needs even when her own were great - delivering food, and asking the well being of others. She made no demands and expressed no complaints. Sohee is out of pain and with her loving God. While she will be missed, her light, her example, and her love and faithfulness to family, friends, and her God will be remembered. Surely at Heaven's gate, it will be said of her, "Well done, thy good and faithful servant".

Throughout her professional journey, Judy held positions at Arthur Andersen and Lehman Brothers, and also helped manage bond trading and e-commerce companies. Her most recent endeavor included starting a forensic accounting firm. Her plate was full!
Judy was a wonderful friend who was always cheerful and caring. She had an infectious personality that could brighten any room. Judy often took the lead in organizing gatherings and bringing people together. Making friends came easily for her, and she had friends from all over the world.
But Judy was, above all, a dedicated mother. She wanted a less stressful life for her children, so she packed up everything and moved back to the states. Regrettably, her time at her new picturesque home would be short-lived. She departed far too soon! Those who knew her will deeply miss their dear friend, whose memory will forever remain in their hearts.
Judy is survived by her son Kyle Jiang, daughter Abi Jiang, husband Chris Jiang, father Chun H Lin, brother Hurst Lin, sister-in-law Lorraine Tan and niece Larissa Lin. A visitation will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024, from 3:00-5:00 PM at Paul Ippolito Berkeley Memorial, 646 Springfield Ave, Berkeley Heights, NJ. The funeral service will be held at 3:30 PM in the funeral home.

John T. Gallic - November 27, 1962 - March 16, 2024

Departed: 03/16/2024 (Berkeley Heights)
Obituary Preview: John T. Gallic: A Remembrance of a Life Lived with Passion and Struggle (1962-2024)
With profound sadness, we share the passing of John T. Gallic on Saturday, March 16, 2024. Born on November 27, 1962, John's journey through life was one marked by vibrancy, resilience, and an unwavering love for his family and friends. A man of remarkable presence, John's tall, proud stature and striking red hair mirrored his vibrant spirit and passionate heart.
John inherited his creativity, humor, and kind-heartedness from a family he adored above all else. His late father, John Francis Gallic, was a towering figure in his life, whose memory John cherished deeply. The bond he shared with his mother, Dorothy (Dot), and his siblings was one of profound love and deep caring. But more than anything, John's heart belonged to his boys, John and James, who were the center of his universe. His happiest moments were spent with his boys by the sea, under the sun, where they shared laughter and created memories that will be cherished forever.
In his youth, John channeled his creativity and work ethic into building a thriving landscaping business, dedicating himself to enhancing the beauty of his customers' properties.
John had the rare gift of making friends wherever he went, touching the lives of many with his warmth, generosity, and genuine interest in others. His innate ability to connect with people ensured that he never met a stranger, and his love for his truck and the beach were reflections of his appreciation for life's simpler joys.
However, John's journey was also one of personal struggle, as he bravely battled alcoholism for much of his life. This battle took a significant toll, affecting his marriage, family, career, and personal well-being. Despite these challenges, John's resilience and desire to make things better remained undiminished. He continued to work various jobs, leaving a positive impact wherever he went. John's fight against his addiction is a stark reminder of the struggles that many face in silence, and we hold in our hearts all who are touched by similar battles.
Predeceased by his father, John Francis Gallic, and his sister, Kerri Ann Gallic, John's legacy of love, laughter, and perseverance lives on through his sons, John and James; his mother, Dorothy (Dot); his wife, Susan; his siblings, Kim, Kelly, Kyle, and Keith; and a host of dear friends and extended family members who were blessed to know him.
