James "Mac" Mc Phearson Lanham - October 24, 1981 - May 18, 2024

Obituary Preview: James McPhearson “Mac” Lanham, age 42, of Gautier, Mississippi died May 18, 2024. Mac grew up in Gautier, MS, attending Singing River Elementary and graduating, with honors, in the first class of Gautier High School, in 2000. He earned a bachelor’s degree, in history from the University of Southern Mississippi, an Associates’ degree in Electronic Technology from Gulf Coast Community College, and a degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of South Alabama.
Mac worked with the 85th Engineering Installation Squadron, Keesler AFB until 2023 when he fell victim to severe depression and anxiety. He ceased working, moved to his parents’ home, and after months of seeking medical treatment, Mac took his own life, leaving behind grieving and bewildered parents, Bill and Bobbye Lanham, sister Ellie, loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Obituary Preview: Harolyn Ruth Owen Jones, age 90, of Pascagoula passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 28, 2024 in Pascagoula.  She was born June 13, 1933 in Aberdeen, Mississippi and has been a resident of Pascagoula since 1961.
Harolyn received her Bachelors of Nursing Degree from University of Tennessee and was a Registered Nurse from 1955-1997 for Dr. Matthew Kuluz, Dr. Julius Bosco, Sr, Ingalls Shipbuilding, and Singing River Hospital.
She was an active member of First United Methodist Church in Pascagoula, Past President of Pascagoula Junior Auxiliary, Bridge Club that faithfully met on Tuesday afternoons, Twentieth Century Club and involved with many community activities.
Harolyn is preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Jones, Sr, former Circuit Court Judge; son, Thomas “T.J.” Jones, Sr; two sisters, Jerry Owen Lewis and Doris Simmons.
She is survived by two sons and one daughter, William “Bill” Jones, Jr, (Bette-Jean), Pascagoula; Elizabeth Jones Hatten ( Mark), Gautier; Robert Owen Jones (Janice), Gautier; 12 grandchildren, Janyse Cabatu (Chris), Jamee Molander (Kevin), Beverly Hatten, Will Hatten, Michelle Hatten (Austin Creel), Ashley Ricketts, Bryan Jones, Melissa Dycus, Jarrod Rogers (Katie), Jacob Jones (Connie), Madalyn Joyce (Drew), Jessica “Fi” Jones; 15 + great grandchildren, Kaylen, Max-Owen, C.J., T.J., Kinley, Conner, Lexi, Preston, McKenna, Maddox, Roddy, Tanner, Penelope, Nicolette, Rhodes, and baby Cabatu in September 2024. The family would like to thank Karyn K. "K.K." Wagner for being a special family friend.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 4, 2024, 10:00-12:00 noon, at First United Methodist Church in Pascagoula.  Funeral Service will begin at 12 noon with Rev. Eddie Kirby officiating.  Interment will follow at Machpelah Cemetery in Pascagoula.
Pallbearers are Will Hatten, Jacob Jones, Jarrod Rogers, Kevin Molander, Chris Cabatu, and Austin Creel.

Sylvia Brister - May 10, 1936 - April 19, 2024

Obituary Preview: Sylvia Jean Brister, 87, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 19 2024.
Sylvia was born on May 10, 1936 in Aquilla, AL to Agnew and Treobye Bradley. She graduated from Millry High School in Alabama and went on to attend Mississippi Southern University in Hattiesburg, MS. She was a cheerleader there and graduated with a degree in Home Economics. She later went on to obtain her teaching license. Sylvia was married to the late Thomas E. "Eddie" Brister for 56 years prior to his passing. Sylvia spent a brief period in Maine during her youth, before going on to become a school teacher at various schools along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, but primarily in the Pascagoula School System.
She later went on to assist her husband in the real estate appraisal business before finally retiring and maintaining a beautiful home in Pascagoula. During her youth, she lived on the family farm in Aquilla, where she learned to drive a car at the age of 12 and was cooking family meals by the time she was a teenager. She was an excellent seamstress who hand-made her own wedding dress, amongst many other fashionable outfits. During her lifetime, Sylvia was a member of numerous civic and social organizations, often performing in leadership roles. She enjoyed her book clubs, garden club, the Singing River Yacht Club, lunches with friends and entertaining. She was a trusted friend and mentor to countless people in the community, often inviting them over to enjoy her home and beautiful gardens, dispensing her wisdom, philosophy and sage advice along the way. Sylvia was an avid and passionate gardener, as she considered it "therapy" for her well-being. She was also a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Pascagoula, MS. During her life, Sylvia and her husband traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe and Japan. Both were passionate about knowledge and learning and grew from their experiences on the road and in the air. Sylvia also spent a great amount of time at the beloved "Bradley Camp" in Aquilla, the communal meeting place for her brothers and sister, sons, cousins, nieces and nephews, and close friends.
Sylvia was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Agnew Bradley, Sr. and Treobye Leigh Britton, and her step-mother Ola Dyess; her brother Dr. Brad Bradley, and her brother James "Barkley" Bradley.
She is survived by her sister Sue Carlisle of Aquila, AL; two sons, Thomas E. Brister, Jr. of Winston-Salem, NC, and Bruce Brister (Paula) of Pascagoula. She is also survived by her three precious grandchildren, Shelby Martin of Ocean Springs, MS, Sarah Brister of Birmingham, AL, and Sam Brister of Pascagoula, MS.
To so many, Sylvia was known as a kind and sweet lady, always organized and prepared for the day ahead. She enjoyed sharing her home with friends and family for lunches, dinners, receptions and numerous other social occasions. She was "the hostess with the mostest" as some would quip occasionally. She was a natural and talented cook in the kitchen, having prepared countless daily meals for her husband, children and others. Everybody always had a seat at the table.
The funeral service will take place on Saturday, April 27 at St. John's Episcopal Church in Pascagoula, MS. Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm, followed by a memorial service at 3:00 pm. A light meal will be available following the service in the Parish reception hall at St. John's.

Robert Michael Modica - November 20, 1949 - April 18, 2024

Obituary Preview: It is with our deepest sorrow that we inform you of the death of our beloved husband and father, Robert Michael Modica. Robert passed away at his home at the age of 74 on Thursday, April 18, 2024.
Robert was born November 20, 1949 in Biloxi, MS (Keesler Air Force Base) to Edward and Margaret Modica. He graduated from Choctawhatchee High School in 1968 in Ft Walton Beach, FL. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era and attended MGCCC. He retired from Ingalls Shipbuilding in 2015 after 40 years of service as a joiner. He met and married Susanne Milburn on June 27, 1981 a union that stood the test of time. Forty-Three years later she was still the one.
Growing up as an Air Force Brat and serving in the military he was content to enjoy the simple things in life like family and a cup of hot tea. He was a faithful member of Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church and didn’t miss an 8:30 am Sunday mass. In his early years Robert enjoyed playing numerous sports but as he aged his number one hobby was golf. He also loved watching Jeopardy, and his grandchildren play sports.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Robert P. Modica; two brothers Michael Modica and Mark Modica. He is survived by his wife Susanne Modica ; two children Michael W. Modica (Amy Hataway) and Christine M. Modica; three grandchildren, Elias Roy, Hadley Hataway and Harper Modica; sister Missy (David) Hensley;brothers Edward (Joyce) Modica, Steven Modica, and Matthew Modica. In additional to several nieces and nephews. Memorial mass in his honor will be at Our Lady of Victories Church in Pascagoula, MS on Tuesday April 23, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Family and friends may visit starting at 10:00 AM. Inurnment will be a private ceremony as he is placed by his son, Michael Modica, at a later date in the presence of Very Reverend Father Adam Urbaniak and family

Rosemary Hoard - January 07, 1953 - April 15, 2024

Obituary Preview: Rosemary “Rosey” Christine Hoard slipped gently from this life on Monday, April 15, 2024.
Rosey was born January 7, 1953 to Clyde and Margie Lee in Selma, Alabama.  She met and married Butch Hoard and together they raised two children, Spencer (affectionately known as “Scooter”) and Kelly. She was ambidextrous in life and spirit. She had the ability to multitask her way through life’s obstacles. She worked for JCPenney as Human Resource Manager leaving in 1999 to go to Lowes as the Cash Office Administrator to work her magic.
She was an avid reader and frequent patron of Hobby Lobby. She enjoyed making jewelry and wearing it as well. She was loving and kind and could say so much with just a look. She was a friend to many and loved so much.
In August of 2014 she would face one of the largest storms of her life, the death of her son Spencer. In September of 2017, Butch suffered a stroke and again, she rose to the need. She looked forward to her lunch and shopping dates with Kelly, and monthly Girls Night Out with her Lowes family and beloved granddaughter, Madelyn, whom she affectionately called “Maddy”.
In addition to her parents and her son, she was preceded in death by her in-laws, Charles Odom, Sr. and Gloria Etheridge Odom; sister Wanda Denise Lee; sisters-in-law, Donna Miller and Barbara Hoard; brothers-in-law, Robert Hoard and Danny Haynes.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Claude “Butch” Hoard; a loving daughter, Kelly Hoard Carter and her husband Rickey; step-daughter, Stacey Hoard White; daughter in law, Crystal Hacker; a brother, Scott Timothy Lee; brothers and sisters-in-law, Rusty and Cheryl Hoard, Charles and Tracy Hoard, Russell Miller, Joy Haynes, Charles Odom Jr.; and numerous nieces, nephews and special friends. She loved being a Gran and leaves many memories to cherish her grandchildren, Landyn Hoard, Madelyn Carter, Braedyn Hoard, Wyatt Carter and Caden White; and great grandson Weston Hoard.
The visitation will be Saturday, April 20, 2024 at O’Bryant-O’Keefe Funeral Home from 11:00am -12noon. The funeral will follow in the chapel at noon with Rev. Derrick Killingsworth officiating. Obituary Preview: Melba Aileen Walker 98, of Pascagoula, MS passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2024.
Melba was born, August 22, 1925 in Maysfield, TX to John and Clara Belle Thweatt. She worked as Central Elementary School as Secretary and later in the District Office.  She kept herself busy which was probably beneficial to her longevity. She loved to play golf and exceled at it. She was a former member of the Pascagoula Country Club, a member of the Eastern Star and First United Methodist Church of Pascagoula. She enjoyed sewing, cross-stitching and crocheting. She took great pride and it brought her joy to drive the Ms. Daisies’ (older ladies) of Pascagoula. Her youthful spirit and tenacity somehow never allowed her to feel her age.  She saw many changes in her almost 99 years and she managed them well. She leaves us with many great memories. She will be greatly missed.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Lee Walker; a son Ron L Walker; siblings, Finis, Ernest and Lavonia.
She is survived by two daughters, Beverly Atkinson (Dewey) of Seaford, Delaware and Cheryl Wilkinson of Pascagoula, Mississippi; grandchildren, Derek Atkinson, Brandon Wilkinson, Whitney James, Dusty Walker, Paige Atkison, Maggie James, Ashton Walker and Teagen Walker.

Betty Jo Wright McMurray - December 21, 1929 - April 13, 2024

Obituary Preview: Betty Jo Wright McMurray, a beloved resident of Pascagoula, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2024, at the age of 94. Born to M.O. and Maude Wright on December 21, 1929, in Trickum, a part of the Standing Pine community in Leake County, Mississippi, Betty grew up on a small farm with ten siblings. Her family raised everything they ate, an experience she described as "the life."
Betty graduated with the class of 1951 from Mississippi Baptist Hospital. Shortly before graduating, she met a patient named Sam McMurray, who would later become her devout husband of 47 years, until his death in 1998. Early in their marriage, Betty worked as a surgical nurse throughout Mississippi at hospitals in Crystal Springs, Hazelhurst, and Canton. Betty and Sam moved to Pascagoula in 1967 where they became prominent members of the business community. She retired as President of Pas-Point Glass Co. in 2022 at 92 years old. For her entire life, she was a devoted member of the church, enjoying many wonderful years at First Baptist Church in Pascagoula. Because of her dedication to science and education, she donated her body to the Anatomical Gift program at the University of South Alabama.
Betty enjoyed spending time in her garden listening to the birds sing, feeding the squirrels, and doing the daily newspaper puzzles. She will be remembered for her quick wit that no one could top, her boisterous laugh that lifted any spirits within earshot, and her dedication to her family.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, both parents, ten siblings, and two great-grandchildren, Jaxon Smith and Preslea Moore.
She is survived by her three children, Michael McMurray, Catherine Frederic, and Joe (Lisa) McMurray; six grandchildren, Sally Frederic, Katie (Dustin) Rivers, Donovan McMurray (Chase Morrison), Abby McMurray, Chandler (Tyler) Bingham, and Shelby Frederic; and four great-grandchildren, Karaline Moore, Baileigh Smith, Ashtin Moore, and Naomi Ross.

Obituary Preview: Christa M. (Penn) Smith, of Gautier, MS, passed away on April 10, 2024 after a short illness.  She was surrounded by her family.  Christa is a graduate of Jackson Academy and Belhaven College, both in Jackson, MS.
Christa was born to Richard M. Penn and Eleanor Sue (Stringer) Cottrell in May of 1972 in Pascagoula, MS.  She worked as a Financial Advisor for Mississippi Child Protective Services.  She loved spending time with family and friends, cooking, camping, and going to the beach.
Christa is preceded in death by her parents.  She is survived by her children, Robert C. Smith of Jackson, MS, Madison S. Smith of Pascagoula, MS, and Ella B. Smith of Gautier, MS, and here grandchildren, Corbin Lewis, Hollyn Smith, and Rylan Goff.  She is also survived by her sister, Stephanie Newman (Jack) of Gainesville, TX and step-mother, Sara Penn of Conroe, TX.

Walter L. Boykin - July 11, 1950 - April 09, 2024

Obituary Preview: Walter Lewis Boykin Jr. passed away on Tuesday April 9, 2024 in Mobile, AL at the age of 73.
Walter was born on July 11, 1950 in Meridian, MS to Walter L. Boykin Sr and Mary McIlwain Boykin. He served in the United States Army and was the recipient of two purple hearts. He worked as an electrician with Ingalls Shipbuilding for 30 years. After retirement he was able to enjoy his hobbies of golf, serving as course Marshall of Whispering Pines, and working on his 31 Chevy, red with ghost flames, and cruising the coast. He especially loved attending his grandchildren’s many sports events.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Alvin Boykin and a sister, Virginia Sanderson.
He is survived by his wife of  51 years, Myrna Boykin of Grand Bay, AL; a son, Jason Gerald Boykin of Pace, FL; a daughter, Melissa Bond of Grand Bay, AL; five grandchildren, Aza Boykin, Carson Boykin, Seadon Boykin, Corbin Bond, and Spencer Boykin and a great-grandchild soon to be born. Visitation will be 9am-10am on Monday April 22, 2024 at O’Bryant-O’Keefe Funeral Home in Pascagoula, Ms. The funeral Will follow in the chapel at 10am with Pastor Jonathan Greer officiating. He was a prankster and loved to bring laughter to others.  George was a lifetime member of the Elks Lodge #1120, serving in several official capacities over the years.  he was also a member of the Magnolia Classic Car Club and Ingalls Avenue Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Elizabeth Haines.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Sylvia Haines of Pascagoula, MS; two sons, Tracy Scott Haines  (Molly) and Jason Bryant Haines (Melanie); step-children Richard Sudduth,  Donna Michelle Dean and Shelby Nicole Humphreys; brothers, John Emery Haines  (Linda) and Dennis Ray Haines (Becky); grandchildren Chase T. Dean, Samantha R. White, Abbie Dean , Lamare Haines, Lauren Haines, Ricky Sudduth, Gene Cossey, Allie Harris and Travis Harris.; four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

John (John D) as he was fondly called, is survived by his daughter Bonnie Paige DeAngelo of Merritt Island, FL, brother Carl R. DeAngelo, Jr (wife Lorri) of Waller, TX; granddaughter Aryana Best; two nieces Courtney DeAngelo Green (Brian) of Pascagoula, and Bethany DeAngelo Dittman (Doug) of Dallas, TX; nephew Connor DeAngelo (Mary Beth) of Katy, TX; great niece Matti Jane Green, great nephews Joseph Elliott DeAngelo & Owen Patterson DeAngelo; his special friend Rita Chute, and many other family and friends.
John was born May 9, 1956 in Pascagoula, Mississippi. His dad was his hero, mentor, and his favorite fishing buddy. His brother Carl Jr (Dunar) was named by John not being able to pronounce Junior. John admired his brother. John proudly served in the United States Air Force. John’s daughter, Bonnie Paige, was his pride and joy. He was always a loving protector over her and her biggest fan. John would call Paige to give frequent updates on his childhood friends and families, Bill Wilburn, Jerry Henley, Scoot Linton, Mike Joyce, Randy Dyer and so many others.
John was a lover of music, he was a nautical dreamer and lover of the sea. He will be missed. Sail away John D.

Harry Carpenter - March 31, 1935 - April 08, 2024

Obituary Preview: Harry Holland Carpenter passed away on Monday, April 8, 2024 in Mobile, AL at the age of 89.
Harry was born on March 31, 1935 in Shreveport, LA to Donald and Vyette Carpenter. Harry graduated from LSU in 1957 after an illustrious track and field career. During his time at LSU, Harry won six individual and team SEC championships. He helped lead LSU to a sweep of SEC Indoor and Outdoor team championships for the first time in program history during his senior season. His prolific athletic career earned Harry induction into the LSU Athletics Hall of Fame in 1986 as one of the all-time greats to ever wear an LSU uniform.
Following his graduation, Harry entered the United States Navy as an Ensign Reserve Officer. He served in the Navy for two years before a 24 year career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Upon his retirement from the FBI, he worked as head of security for Hancock Bank then as a private investigator for a local law firm.
Harry lived a full and remarkable life finding love not once but twice. He loved traveling, crossword puzzles, and laughing with friends and family. He was a man of strength and integrity who will be greatly missed. Harry was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Pascagoula.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wives, Charlotte Carpenter in 2000 and Barbara Carpenter in 2019. He was also preceded in death by a son, Richard Carpenter in 2006.
He is survived by two children, a daughter, Terri Carpenter of Pascagoula, MS; a son, Michael Carpenter of St. Petersburg, FL; three step-daughters, Kim (Ralph) Thomas of Dallas, TX, Karen Purdy of Shreveport, LA, and Kris (Marcus) Clements of Shreveport, LA. Visitation will be Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 10:30 am-12:00 noon at O’Bryant-O’Keefe Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow in the chapel. Interment will conclude at Machpelah Cemetery. Obituary Preview: Kenny Green, 79 of Pascagoula, MS, completed his battle with pancreatic cancer on April 6, 2024 and found divine healing in the arms of Jesus. At the time of his passing, he was in his home, surrounded by his family who love him dearly and who will forever cherish the privilege of watching him enter the gates of Heaven.
Kenny graduated from Pascagoula High School in 1963 and attended Mississippi State University. He worked at Chevron of Pascagoula for 32 and a half years and retired at the age of 55. After retiring from Chevron, he continued work in the oil industry in Kazakhstan and other contract work in and outside of the U.S. He was a valued member of his community and numerous organizations where he volunteered his time and talents to many charities and individuals. He was an active member, trustee and deacon of Ingalls Avenue Baptist Church where he served in numerous leadership capacities and lived out a true love for his church family. His work ethic was unmatched, his ability to fix or build things unlimited, and his servant’s heart to use each of these talents was one that impacted this community in untold ways.
Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, Alexander Green of Washington State and Dorothy Liber of Pascagoula. He was married to the love of his life, Evelyn Green, for almost 56 years. They had two daughters, Christy Foster (Brad) of Gautier and Kimberly Walley (J.R.) of Hattiesburg. He was the proud Paw Paw of Alison Graves (Shaq), Kaitlin Brown (Dakota), Zachary Walley (Kimberly), Madison Scott, Rachel Walley and Olivia Ramsumair, and great-grandfather of Samuel, Avery and Amelia Graves. In addition, he leaves behind numerous cousins and friends.
The visitation for Kenny will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2024, from 11:00am to 1:00pm with a celebration of his life at 1:00pm, all to take place at Ingalls Avenue Baptist Church of Pascagoula. Internment will be held at Machpelah Cemetery in Pascagoula, MS following his service. Officiants will be John Turner and Dr. Mike Barnett. Pallbearers are Zachary Walley, Craig Foster, Aulton Vann, Eddie Thaggard, Guice Smith and Pat Heidelberg. Honorary pallbearers are Mike Eley, Joe Ferrer, Marty Thaggard, Ricky Langly and Terry Langly.

She lived by the word of God and when it came her time to cross over, she died standing on the word. Bobbie left her family a legacy of love, kindness and generosity to follow, the Bible, she will not be forgotten.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Art Tallman in 2020 and one grandson, Austin Tallman.

Missy attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College where she was named to the Dean’s List. She had been employed for the last several years at Beau Rivage Casino in Biloxi, MS. Missy was known for her quick wit and ability to make others laugh.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
She leaves to cherish her memory three children; Carrie Clements, Caitlin (Austyn) Shelton, and Jason Havens; four grandchildren, Taylor, Ryleigh, Mason, and Jayden, (who will greatly miss their NANA). She is also survived by her siblings, Joni (Tom) Austin, Lauri (Bob) Stovall, and Scott (Leann) Miller. Her Aunt Shari (Ron) Wyatt and Uncle John (Vondell) Miller; and many nieces and nephews.

Glen was born October 18, 1948 to Glen Richards Sr. and Beaulah Murray Richards in Pascagoula, Ms. He graduated from Our Lady of Victories High School where all his siblings attended as well.
Glen retired from Ingalls Shipbuilding in Pascagoula after employment of 50 total years as a Senior Design Specialist. He was a First-Class Sheet Metal Mechanic having acquired his Associates Degree from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
He was an avid Fisherman, and enjoyed duck hunting.  Glen had a passion for the Singing River and West River and he enjoyed sharing stories about his childhood adventures. He will be remembered for being a devoted and loving family man and will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him. Glen often spent his time boating and fishing with his son-in-law, Michael, and was a brilliant and skilled artist especially with drawing faces. He was preceded in death by his parents, Glen, Sr. and Beaulah Richards; brother, Charley Richards; brother-in- law, Ronnie Lee; father-in-law, Jessie Rosson; mother-in-law, Mona Lachaussee Rosson, and sister-in law, Becky Lynn Trone.
Glen is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Mary Rosson Richards, of Gautier; daughter, Kelly and her husband, Michael Watson of Gautier; grandchildren, Faith Elizabeth Watson and Michael Rhett Watson, Gautier; three sisters, Ruth “Biddie” Lee, Black Mountain, NC, Alice Goff,  Escatawpa, and Annie Cook (Mickey) of Pascagoula; sister-in law, Judy Dur (Phil); numerous nieces, nephews, great friends and other relatives.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 21, 2024, 10:00-11:00am, at Our Lady of Victories in Pascagoula. Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00am at the church with committal service to follow at Jackson County Memorial Park on Ingalls Avenue in Pascagoula.
The family would like to acknowledge that they are extremely grateful to his loving home health care nurse, Chandler, for always keeping a smile on his face and all she did for him during his final days.

Wayne thoroughly enjoyed being a police officer and protecting his community.  After serving more than 28 years with the police department he retired as a dispatcher. Wayne enjoyed playing golf and singing karaoke with his friends of which he had many. He was a kind and loving soul who was raised on traditional values. You could always go to him for a laugh or advice, he would know how to put a smile on your face. He will be dearly missed. Wayne is survived by his wife,  Stefanie Moseley Ellzey, her daughter, Macy Mignault Ladner and three grandchildren: Brooklee, Zoey and Brailey. He is preceded in death by his father, Larry L. In the Navy, he received his Naval training as an electrician and worked for Ingalls Shipbuilding, Hamm Industries, Pipeline Testing Company, Campion Paper Mill, and a number of Paper Companies.  He was a Marine Electrician, Welder, and Master Mechanic.
Chuck retired at the age of 62 and enjoyed fishing, visiting with family and especially time with others during the holidays. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dan Coy Harbison, Sr. and Genevia Harbison; two brothers, Ricky Harbison and Dan Harbison, Jr; sister, Luanne Graybill; brother- in- law, Woody Graybill; sister-in-law, Cheryle Harbison;

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas V. Rockwell; nephews, Randy Rockwell and Craig Rockwell; and great niece Kaitlynn Cherry.
She will be sadly missed by her loving daughters, Brittany (Candace) Wells and Briana Bosarge, grandchildren, Finley Bosarge, Rush Bosarge and Kinsley Wells, whom she loved with all her heart and spoiled as much as possible. She is also survived by her mother, Louise Rockwell Harper, her brother, Steve Rockwell, sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda and Nick Nicolosi, Sheila and Ray Medina, her best friend, Brenda Sasser, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
