Terri Lynn Ostrander-Rose - August 12, 1961 - April 22, 2024

Departed: 04/22/2024 (Lapeer)
Obituary Preview: Terri Lynn Ostrander-Rose, 62, of Lapeer, passed away suddenly on April 22, 2024. Terri was born in Chicago on August 12, 1961 to parents Lawrence and Carol (O’Brien) Tucker.
Terri was an extremely hard worker and worked many years for the City of Lapeer, when she wasn’t working; you could probably find her out on the golf course, at the bowling alley or teaching her grandchildren how to shoot pool (never letting them win). She was the best Granny you could ask for, she never missed a sporting event of her grandkids and was usually the loudest fan there. If you were lucky enough to attend Terri’s house for dinner, you may have had some of her famous spaghetti. Gathering for a meal with her family was one of her favorite things in the world. Granny knew that family was the most important thing in life, and passing on her love, sense of humor and kindness to them was what made her most proud.
Terri is survived by her children: Caroline Ostrander of Burton, Randy (Mackenzie) Ostrander of Fort Worth, TX and Christopher Rose of Illinois; her parents: Lawrence Tucker and Carol O’Brien; grandchildren: Riah, Tharren, Rade, Griffin, Liam and Mila; siblings: Angela Tucker of Metamora, Maureen (Britt) Michel of Whitmore Lake, Larry Tucker of Lapeer and Franklin Tucker of Lapeer; and her nieces: Stephanie, Andrea, Skye, Lauren and Emma. In keeping with Terri’s wishes, cremation services have been entrusted to Muir Brothers Funeral Home in Lapeer. A memorial service will be held on Monday April 29, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Muir Brothers. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 the morning of the service. Pastor Curtis Suuppi will Officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
