William has been a lifelong fan of sports as a player and following the Cubs and Green Bay Packers.
After moving to Maysville, he found a love of golf which he shared with his son.
He made his presence known at work through his work ethic and friendliness, keeping coworkers laughing.
He is survived by his mother and the love of his life, Nikole Abbott and his son, Benjamin Parsons. He is also survived by his sisters, K. Elizabeth (Shawn) Lemaster of Mt. Sterling, KY, Jennifer (Buck) Hutchinson of Maysville, KY, and 8 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Gary, his grandparents Bill and Dorothy Parsons, and Grandmother Kathryn Corn.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard M. Christy, her daughter, Hawley Martinez, her daughter-in-law, Donna Christy, and her siblings, Herbert Bishop, Paul Bishop, Joyce Garman and Bill Bishop.

She considered herself a master wallpaper hanger, loved to dance, and enjoyed visits from her many friends and family members.
She is survived by her husband, Eddie Hedgecock; her children, Susan Hicks, Tina Hicks, Kendall Dethrage, Chris Dethrage, and Eric Hedgecock. She is also survived by her siblings, Angie Calland, Lisa Barrett, Keith Adams, and Kevin Adams; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Penny also leaves behind special friends, Barb Wadell, Rhonda Gaunce and Anita Henderson.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date, and burial will be at Bracken Memorial Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Judy Pollard Kurtz, and their children, Louci Kurtz Wylie of Maysville, KY, David Isaac (Anna) Kurtz of Fairfax, VA, and Wendy Kurtz of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandchildren, Olivia Peed, Jonah Cecil Peed, Josiah Peed, Adeline Kurtz and Austin Kurtz.
He is also survived by his brother, Rick (Melinda) Kurtz; and nieces and nephews, Godchild,Gracie (Steven) Cummins, Cheri Heater, Aaron Heater, Michael Kurtz and Robbie (Amy) Pollitt.
