He loved his wife; he loved his kids and grandkids. He loved his family and friends. He loved his work and his employees. He loved to fish and hunt and he loved his pups.
He loved people and people loved him. Most of all he loved his Lord. He loved so much that his great big heart needed to rest. His Lord saw this and on the morning of December 27th, his Lord said “Well done my good and faithful servant” and called him home.
Chip is survived by his wife Verna and his 11 children, Charles III (Chipper) and Nina, Joseph and Nicole, Nicole (Nikki) and Wade Absher, Christine and Brian Picard, Robert and Melinda Babiak, Fred Currie and Leah, Daina Goss Baretto, James, Daryl, Christopher and Gavin, his 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandson, his mother Diane Gooch, his father Charles Sr., 7 brothers and 2 sisters. He also will be missed by Aunt Ginnie and Aunt Gerry and longtime friends, Bob and Linda Collins, Fritz and Linda Merkh, Bill and Debbie Lynch, JP and Marilyn Canning, his many brothers and sisters-in-law and many dear friends.
Chip’s bright smile and contagious laugh will be greatly missed by all.
