Born December 8, 1938, in Glenville, PA, he was the son of the late Jacob H. and Kathryn E. (Rohrbaugh) Graf.  Ivan was the loving husband of the late Patsy Ann (Heindel) Graf with whom he shared 60 years of marriage until her passing on June 28, 2020.

Ivan attended Hanover First Church of God, Hanover, PA.

Ivan was a 1956 graduate of Eichelberger High School.  He was a machine operator at Black & decker for over 30 years, then worked as a painter for many years until his retirement, and then worked part time at The Weis Markets.

Ivan enjoyed hunting, and spending time with his family and friends.

Ivan is survived by his children, Sandra J. Pickett and husband Robert of Hanover, PA, Michael S. Graf and wife Pamela of Hanover, PA, and Robert I. Graf and wife Jeannette of Newport, NC; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a brother, Dale Graf of Hanover, PA.  He was preceded in death by one son, Jeffrey Graf, and his siblings, Helen Cave, Wilson Graf, Richard Graf, Donald Graf, Albert Graf Gussie Elicker, Dorothy Chronister, and Elizabeth Cox.

A funeral service to celebrate and remember Ivan will be held 12 PM, Friday, May 10, 2024, at the Kenworthy Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA, with the Rev. Scott Sager officiating.  Burial will be in Marburg Memorial Gardens, Hanover, PA.  A viewing and time to share memories with the family will be held from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM, Friday, May 10, 2024, at the funeral home.

Born April 15, 1926, in Hanover, PA, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Mary (Wildasin) Sheaffer.  Doris was the loving wife of the late Harry F. Rother with whom she shared 69 years of marriage until his passing on January 27, 2015.

Doris retired from Hanover Brands after 21 years of service as a lab technician. Doris loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren

Doris is survived by her daughter Ginger Wolf, three granddaughters, Stacey May and husband David, Heather Bankert Weaver and companion Ralph, Wendy Wolf, her great-grandsons, Colby Weaver, Caleb Wolf Horst, her brother, Dennis Sheaffer, her sister, Iva Kessler and her son-in-law, Thomas Bankert.  She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Lou Bankert who died July 13, 2000, her brother, Alvin Sheaffer, and sisters, Lorrine Rohrbaugh and Janice Sheaffer.

A graveside service to celebrate and remember Doris's life will be held 11 AM, Friday, May 10, 2024, at St. Paul's (Dubs) Church Cemetery, Hanover, PA with the Rev. Doug Shenton officiating.

Born January 28, 1948, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late David W. Burket and Almeda B. (Rabenstein) Kuhn.  Darlene was the loving wife of the late Ronald B. Short, with whom she shared 57 years of marriage.

Darlene is survived by four children, Connie Johnson of Hanover, PA, Ronald Short, Jr. of Catawba, SC, Lisa Olson of Kearney, NE, and Daniel Short of Hanover, PA; ten grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Following cremation, services will be private and at the convenience of her family.  Inurnment will be with her late husband in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.

John B. Fabula - April 02, 1927 - April 30, 2024

Obituary Preview: John Benjamin Fabula, 97, of Glenville, PA, entered God’s eternal care, Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at home with his loving family by his side.

Born April 2, 1927, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late John A. and Wanda V. (Biernacki) Fabula.  John was the loving husband of Joan A. (Schwarzman) Fabula with whom he shared over forty-four years of marriage.

Mr. Fabula was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hanover, PA.

John was a graduate of Mt. St. Joseph High School, Baltimore, MD, and a 1971 graduate of the Johns Hopkins University with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Mr. Fabula served his country proudly in the U.S. Army during WWII.  He worked as a civil engineer with the U.S. Coast Guard Yard in Curtis Bay, MD, for 30 years until his retirement in 1984.

John enjoyed hunting when he was younger, but loved fishing, fishing & fishing!  He loved building structures and furniture, and loved farming – raising steers and chickens, and his own garden with vegetables and was especially proud of his tomatoes.

In addition to his loving wife, Joan, John is survived by his daughters, Theresa Fabula of New Windsor, MD, and Carole L. Belkin of Winchester, VA;  Sandra Wright of  Spring Grove, PA, and  Kimberly Russell of New Freedom, PA, nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and four siblings, Mary Cooper of Baltimore, MD, Sylvester Fabula of Baltimore, MD, Albert Fabula of Severna Park, MD, and Edward Fabula of Baltimore, MD.  He was preceded in death by one son, John D. Fabula, and four siblings, Joseph Fabula, Carroll Fabula, Matilda Fabula, and Richard Fabula.

A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate and remember John will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 5055 Grandview Road, Hanover, PA, with Monsignor James M. Lyons as celebrant.  A viewing and time to share memories with the family will be held from 10:00-11:00 AM, Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at the church.  Burial will be St. Jacob’s Stone Church Cemetery, Glenville, PA.

Norma was a member of Calvary Bible Church, Hanover, PA, and a life member of the Turkey Federation.

Norma enjoyed shopping, and family gatherings.

Norma is survived by her children, Brent L. Meckley and his companion Leslie of Glenville, PA, and Allen L. Meckley and wife Rhonda of Hanover, PA; three grandchildren, Jacob Meckley, Luke Meckley, and Jeremiah Meckley; and three great-grandchildren, Brenna Meckley, Alanna Meckley, and Rissa Meckley.  She was preceded in death by two brothers, Earl D. Grimm and Phillip L. Grimm; and a sister, Alberta A. (Grimm) Lawyer.

Hucks and Talon Orndorff; and six siblings, Karl Orndorff, Chris Gallagher, Roy Orndorff, Ed Orndorff, Benita Lehto, and Judy Reed.  He was preceded in death by two siblings, Ray Orndorff and Anita Orndorff.

Born May 21, 1952, in Hanover, PA, she was the daughter the late Cletus Barnhart and Mary (Rohrbaugh) Barnhart Landis.  Anna was the loving wife of the late Larry L. Wilson Sr. with whom she shared 44 years of marriage until his passing on June 11, 2016.

Anna was a 1970 graduate of South Western High School and earned her Master Gardner Certification from Bloomsburg University.

Anna had a career in the upholstery industry for over 45 years and was the owner of Anna’s Upholstery for over 20 years.

Anna was a member of the York County Rose Society as well as many other various Garden and flower organizations.

Anna is survived by her children, Dennice Miller-Arnold of Spring Grove, PA and Larry Wilson Jr. of York, PA, four grandchildren, Amanda Wilson, Nickolas Wilson, Haley Miller, and Austin Miller, five siblings, Phyllis, Gloria, Henry, Mary Jane, and Joy, two step brothers, Sam, and Carl, and three step sisters, Jean, Diane, and Mary.  She was preceded in death by six siblings, Linda Mae Barnhart, Susan Barnhart, Michael Barnhart, Oren Barnhart, Dale Barnhart, and Ronald Barnhart.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.  Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Hanover, PA.

Kenneth L. Smith - March 26, 1940 - April 23, 2024

Obituary Preview: Kenneth Lloyd Smith, age 84, entered God’s eternal care on April 23, 2024 with his three children by his side. He was the husband of the late Dr. Martha A. “Molly” (Baker) Smith.

Born March 26, 1940 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, he was the son of the late Howard and Beatrice Smith, and was preceded in death by his brother John Smith and sister Bonnie Dise. Ken is survived by his children, Bradley Smith of York, PA; Victoria Smith of Suches, GA; and Elizabeth Smith of Boca Raton, FL.

Ken began his life-long relationship with Molly in seventh grade and together they remained, even following each other to both attend college at Western Michigan University. Ken and Molly married in 1962 during their senior year and celebrated 42 years together before her passing on October 1, 2004. They enjoyed to travel and did so extensively throughout the Caribbean, Europe, Russia, and China, among others.

After Ken graduated from Western Michigan University in 1963, he began his career with the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, eventually becoming the youngest District Agent in that company’s history at the time. Through various promotions, he moved his family from Grand Rapids, MI to Dayton, OH, to Harrisburg, PA, and to York, PA, at which point he joined the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company in 1977. He would remain with Northwestern as the District Agent until his retirement in 2011.

A consummate professional, his honesty, integrity, and hard work ethic made him a top agent with a successful career. Ken was a Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) and a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT).

Ken was active in his community. He was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Hanover, having served on their Board of Directors and Finance Committee, as well as a member of the Arcadian Club and Buchanan Valley Rod and Gun Club. He also was a member of Hanover Country Club and enjoyed golf and the golf outings and trips with friends. Ken always enjoyed the great outdoors; earlier in life as a hunter and fisherman and later in life as an admirer of the beauty of nature and wildlife.

His children are extremely proud to have called him their father.

A visitation will be held at 10:00 AM, service at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 29th at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 30 W Chestnut Street, Hanover, PA 17331 with burial immediately following at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 725 Baltimore Street, Hanover, PA 17331.

Charlotte R. Worley - Unknown - April 21, 2024

Obituary Preview: Charlotte R. Worley, 89, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care on Sunday, April 21, 2024, at the Homewood at Plum Creek Nursing Center.

Born December 2, 1934, at the York Hospital, she was the daughter of the late Edwin L. Bubb and Romaine S. (Little) Bubb Ford and step daughter of the late Anna (Diehl) Bubb.  Charlotte was the loving wife of the late William J. Worley with whom she shared 55 years of marriage until his passing on May 29, 2007.

Mrs. Worley was a 1951 graduate of Eichelberger High School.  She retired from Sears, Roebuck, & Co., and maintained a booth at Hanover Market for over 25 years.    She was a gifted “crafter” showcasing her artistry in crochet and sewing at her stand at the market, known as “The Corner Fair”.    C&W Crafts (Charlotte & William Crafts) made everything from woodworking crafts to various needlecraft items.  Charlotte was also an avid baseball fan and you could often find her watching back-to-back to back games featuring the Orioles, Phillies, and Nationals.

Charlotte was a member of Hanover First Church of God, Hanover, PA, where she sang in the choir, was a member of the Heart-to-Heart club, and sewed costumes for many church musicals and cantatas.

Charlotte is survived by her sons, Dennis W. Worley and his wife, Cathy of Hanover, Larry E. Worley and his wife, Vicki of Hanover, and Richard A. Worley and his wife, Amy of York; six grandchildren, Jennifer Wagaman, Chad Worley, Brett Worley, Austen Worley, Keegan Worley, and Seth Worley; eight great-grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; one sister, June Winter of Carlisle, PA; two step brothers, Irvin Diehl of Hanover, PA and George Diehl of York, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth Bubb and Raymond Bubb; and two sisters-in-law, Sofie Bubb and Jane Bubb.

A funeral service to celebrate and remember Charlotte’s life will be held 11:00AM, Friday, April 26, 2024, at Hanover First Church of God, 600 Fairview Drive, Hanover, PA.  Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover, PA.  A viewing and time to share memories with the family will be held from 6:00-8:00PM, Thursday, April 25, 2024, at the Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA, as well as from 10-11 AM, Friday, April 26, 2024 at the church.

Glenn R. Rohrbaugh - November 11, 1938 - April 21, 2024

Obituary Preview: Glenn Richard Rohrbaugh, 85, of Spring Grove passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2024 in his home, surrounded by family.

Glenn was born on November 11, 1938, to Daniel Rohrbaugh and Ruthetta (Bolden) Rohrbaugh in Spring Grove. He grew up on a dairy farm and was one of 7 children. To his siblings, Glenn was known as “Billy”.

Glenn was always a farm boy at heart and had a love for the outdoors. When going for a ride with him, you wouldn’t be able to pass a farm or farmland without hearing about the grazing livestock or the crops growing in the fields. He would be eager to tell you how he was out plowing fields at a young age and all the hard work that went with being raised on a farm.

He was a simple guy and his go to outfit was usually a flannel… sometimes with jeans, sometimes with overalls and sometimes with a pair of gray sweatpants… just because he could.

He enjoyed hunting and would get his 1949 8N FORD tractor up and running every spring to ride around and reminisce of being a farm boy once again.

Glenn attended Spring Grove high school and started a family early. In 1957 he met his late wife, Donna (Groft) Rohrbaugh. Glenn and Donna went on to have 2 children, Andrew and Victoria.

Glenn worked on Western Maryland/CSX/Chessie System Railroad for 44 years and always put in long hours to provide for his family. To the railroaders, Glenn was known as “Whimp” and also a first-class agitator to many, just to get a laugh.

He was proud of this career and again, could fill much time with stories. Glenn  retired in 2000. He and his late wife Donna got to do some traveling with family and friends before her passing.

Most of Glenn's weekends were spent at a neighborhood dirt track enjoying the races. That love of racing took him to tracks out of state such as Ohio, North Carolina and his all-time favorite was every August to Knoxville Iowa, with his grandson Chad Rohrbaugh.

Glenn made friends wherever he went because his smile was infectious, and his energy was kind. He liked to hassle those he thought fondly of.... and will be missed by many.

Glenn was preceded in death by his Father... Daniel A. Rohrbaugh ,Mother Ruthetta I. (Bolden) Rohrbaugh, Brother Daniel Rohrbaugh Jr.  Most importantly his wife Donna (Groft) Rohrbaugh of 54 years of marriage, whom I'm sure will be the first waiting to embrace her husband once again.

Family he has left behind: Children.... Andrew Rohrbaugh & wife Amy, Victoria Smith & husband Charles; Grandchildren....Chad Rohrbaugh & wife Aimee, Ashley Longeberger & husband Jeremy, and  Lacey McClane; Great-Grandchildren....Tanner Rohrbaugh, Bryce Rohrbaugh, Brinley Longeberger, Kensley Longeberger and Hadley Longeberger; Great-Great-Grandchildren....Hayden Rohrbaugh and Siblings.... Donald Rohrbaugh, Doris Meckley, Linda Madison, Carol Krout, and Bonnie Keiser. Death Leaves A Heartache No One Can Heal, Love Leaves A Memory No One Can Steal!!!

Glenn's wishes were to be cremated with no service.

Barbara A. Orndorff - Unknown - April 21, 2024

Born April 22, 1960, in Hanover, PA, she was the loving daughter of Therese H. (Seymore) Eckenrode and the late Richard F. Eckenrode.  Barbara was the loving wife of David F. Orndorff with whom she shared forty years of marriage.

Barbara was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Bonneauville, PA.  She was a former CCD Coordinator, a Eucharist Minister, and a Cantor.

Barbara was a 1978 graduate of Littlestown High School, and 1981 graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College.  She was an administrative assistant for UPMC Hanover for eighteen years until her retirement in 2017.  Barbara’s family was her whole world. She loved spending time with and spoiling her grandchildren whom she adored, was a best friend and confidant to her husband and daughters, and was a proud daughter, sister, and aunt. She had numerous friends and “adopted” children through her various types of work, including coaching cheerleading, running her church’s CCD program, and her work at the hospital. Everyone who walked through her door knew they could count on her to be a listening ear with sage advice, and she became like another parent to many of her children’s friends. Barbara always loved music and was a part of several musical ensembles throughout her life, not only showcasing her beautiful voice, but also her skills in playing the bass guitar. She was also an avid gardener who could grow anything and was always outside tending her plants and creating magical spaces around her home. Her creativity also knew no limits. She was constantly working on sewing and craft projects, usually making things for her grandbabies, or finding a new project for her home. She had an adventurous side, with a love for travel and meeting new people. She loved Ireland,  and St. Patrick’s Day was one of her favorite holidays. She was famous for her delicious Shepherd’s Pie that she made every year. Her faith was her rock and foundation and all who knew her knew of her love and service for God.

In addition to her loving mother, Therese, and loving husband, David, Barbara is survived by three children, Meghann T. (Orndorff) Shaffer and husband Christopher of Glenville, PA, Katelyn M. (Orndorff) Welch of Hanover, PA, and Allyson R. (Orndorff) Shaffer and husband Nathan of Littlestown, PA; seven grandchildren, Anastasia, Liam, CJ, Quinton, Flynn, Emma, and Lana; and her siblings, Richard F. Eckenrode, Jr. of Gardners, PA, Diane C. Hancock of Hanover, PA, and Daniel L. Eckenrode of Gautier, MS.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11AM, Friday, April 26, 2024, at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 8 East Hanover Street, Gettysburg (Bonneauville), PA, with Father Joseph Gotwalt as celebrant.  A viewing and time to share memories with the family will be held from 6-8PM, Thursday, April 25, 2024, at the Kenworthy Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 66 East Hanover Street, Gettysburg (Bonneauville), PA. Please feel free to wear pastel colors, especially yellow, as that was her favorite color.

Fred was born in Hanover, PA in 1964.  He is survived by his mother Florence (Trish, Baber) Stewart, his stepfather Jack Stewart, and his loving wife Debra (Rega) Baber, with whom he shared 30 years of marriage.  Fred was predeceased by his father, Cecil D. Baber.

Fred graduated from Hanover High School in 1982 and went on to study at Penn State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance.  After graduating, Fred began a 30-year career in banking and mortgages.  Most recently, Fred was employed in the rental division of the Hanover Auto Team.

Fred loved the Hanover Community and was actively involved in a number of local organizations.  He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, now First Church of Hanover and spent many years as a lay leader.  He was a member and a past president of the Methodist Men, where he was named Methodist Man of the Year in 2006.  He also enjoyed fellowship with the Covenant Brothers and the Christian Business Men’s Connection.

Fred was a member and a past president of the Hanover Lions Club and was active with the Hanover, New Oxford, and Gettysburg Chambers of Commerce.  He was a past member of the Hanover Area Jaycees and was twice awarded Jaycee of the Year. In 2008, the Pennsylvania Jaycees honored Fred as an Outstanding Young Pennsylvanian.

Fred’s love of music began in grade school and continued throughout his entire life. He was very proud when his high school marching band won the national championship in 1979.  He also enjoyed his years marching with the Hanover Lancers Alumni Drum and Bugle Corps. Fred always made time to enjoy God’s glory through his love of the outdoors and hiking.  The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life was one of his passions even before he knew he would have to walk that path himself.  Fred’s smile and joyful spirit were contagious.  He inspired us all by constantly making sure we knew that “GOD’S GOT THIS.”

A Celebration of Fred’s Life will be held at 3:30 pm on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at First Church of Hanover, 200 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA 17331.  Visitation and a time to share memories with friends and family will precede the celebration from 1:30 - 3:30 at the church, and fellowship will follow the celebration.

Born January 18, 1929, in Hellam, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Laura (Hursh) Grosh.  She was the wife of the late Leroy H. Hertzler who passed away in April, 2021. They had been married for 71 years.

Blanche was a member of the Hersheys Mennonite Church.  She is survived by three sons and three daughters: Elvin of Ormond Beach, FL; Laura Rohrer and husband Jason of East Berlin, PA, with whom she resided; Joyce Bange of Three Springs, PA; Linda Grove of Thomasville, PA; Glenn Hertzler of Columbia, PA; and Paul Hertzler of Gettysburg, PA; 25 grandchildren; 90 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren; one sister: Miriam Burkhart, wife of Clair of Cochranville, PA; one sister-in-law: Shirley Grosh.

She was preceded in death by three brothers: Harvey, John, and James; two sons-in-law: Paul Bange and Dale Grove; one daughter-in-law: Anna Mae (Slaymaker) Hertzler; four grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at the Kralltown Mennonite Church with the burial following at Hersheys Mennonite Church Cemetery.  Viewings will be from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM,  Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at the church.

Obituary Preview: William Leroy Ness passed to Eternity on Friday, April 19, 2024, at Hanover Hall, Hanover, Pennsylvania.

Leroy was born January 6, 1934, the first child of Reuben and Ruth (Kuhns) Ness at 2288 Grandview Road, Hanover. He died at age 90 years, 3 months, 13 days.

He developed epilepsy at age 10 which disrupted his schooling. At age 13 it was advised that he discontinue attendance and he began assisting his father at York Road Cemetery. For SEVENTY years he faithfully cared for that cemetery plus Bair’s Mennonite Graveyard, Hostetter Mennonite Cemetery, Littlestown and Zimmerman Mennonite Graveyard at Millers, Maryland.

For many years he was janitor for the Bair’s Mennonite Church and Shekinah Christian School at the same location. He was a member of the Hostetter Mennonite Church, enjoyed recording special services at churches and maintained the family genealogy records for the Kuhns family, mostly in Franklin County, Pennsylvania.

Leroy is survived by brothers Daniel and wife Mary Ellen (Umble), Lititz PA; Charles and wife Janet (Nauman), Skippack PA; Marlin and wife Shirley (Lucero), Greeley CO, sister-in-law Nancy (Musselman) Ness, New Oxford PA, 13 nephews and 3 nieces.  He was preceded in death by sister Mabel wife of Louis Baral, Heidlersburg PA; Reuben Ness, New Oxford PA; Adam, Phoenix AZ and a niece.

Services will be held at Bair’s Mennonite Church, 6925 York Road, Hanover;  Saturday, April 27, 2024, viewing at 9:30am, service at 11am.  All are welcome.

The family appreciates the friendship shared with Leroy during his life, including several years at Columbia Cottage, built on the land where he was born, and recently at Hanover Hall.

Born February 12, 1946, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late William L. and Thelma E. (Gessner) Ziegenhein.  Dana was the loving husband of Beverly J. (Tinsman) Ziegenhein with whom he shared 56 years of marriage and together were known affectionately as “Ziggy and Zag”.

Dana was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served his country proudly from 1967 to 1971.

Dana was a track repairman for the Maryland Transit Authority for thirty-one years until his retirement.  He was a member of the Arbutus Fire Department – Coffee Wagon 155.

Dana loved fire shows and collecting fire toys.  He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandson, David.

In addition to his loving wife, Beverly, Dana is survived by his daughter, Yvette Budzik of   Edgewood, MD; his grandson David Budzik; and two siblings, Diana Arnold of Florida, and Jack Ziegenhein of Severna Park, MD.

Judy is survived by her twin sister and best friend in the whole world, Jill Markle, of Hanover, PA, and will be greatly missed.

Bunk is survived by his devoted wife, Anna G. (Clabaugh) Sneeringer to whom he was married for 71 years.  He is also survived by children Donna Hooper and spouse Wayne, William Sneeringer and spouse Cathy all of Hanover and Julie Ripple of McSherrystown.  In addition, grandchildren, Amy Secor, and spouse Michael of York, PA, Matthew Smith and spouse Amie of Tomball, TX, and Andrea Rebert and spouse Kyle of Aurora, CO, Justin Ripple, and five great grandchildren, Ryan Secor, Charlotte Smith, Olivia Smith, Anna Rebert, and Michaela Rebert; as well as brother Benjamin Sneeringer and sister, Justina Meckley.  Bunk was predeceased by brothers, Rodney and Francis Sneeringer, and sisters, Rita Walter, Anna Miller, Sr. Dolores Sneeringer, Loretta Orndorff, and Catherine Teresa Sneeringer and grandson, Justin Noel.

Bunk graduated from Delone Catholic High School in 1946.  He served in the U.S. Army in Guam and Korea from 1948- 1952 when he was discharged as Sgt. 1st class.  He retired from Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg after 33 years of service.

Bunk was a member of the Bonneauville Catholic War Veterans, the Gettysburg American Legion, and the Hanover Standardbred Chorus.  He was an active member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Bonneauville, where he served as Eucharistic Minister, Lector, CCD teacher and choir member.

Bunk loved sports, especially his beloved NY Yankees and Notre Dame Fighting Irish.  He spent much of his free time singing with his Barbershop Quartet, The Sounding Board.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 AM, Monday April 15, 2024, at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 12 E. Hanover Street, Gettysburg (Bonneauville) PA, with Rev. Joseph Gotwalt as celebrant.  Burial will be in St. Joseph the Worker Church Cemetery.

Larry was a member of the Hanover Professional Fire Fighters Association Local 2045, the International Association of Fire Fighters, the International Fire Photographers Association, a life-member of Clearview Fire Co. #3, the Train Collectors Association, a life-member of Friendship Fire Company of Hanover, and the AARP.

Larry is survived by two brothers, Donald Rosenzweig and Jerry Lee McSherry; three sisters, Sandra Brooks, Brenda Reaver, and Dawn Reichert; his nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce A. Shaffer.

Judy worked as a Tax Preparer at H & R Block for 19 years. She enjoyed working and preparing taxes.

In her free time, Judy enjoyed spending time with her family, going out to eat, watching the wildlife outside, and caring for animals. When she was younger, Judy enjoyed playing the piano and the organ at her church.

In addition to her husband Frank, Judy is survived by her two children, daughter Michelle L. Crisfulli and her husband Thomas of New Oxford, and son Patrick W. Harner of Hanover, and one grandchild, Ryan J. Crisfulli.  Judy also leaves behind one sister, Charlene Hutzell of Boonsboro, MD.

Mike retired from Columbia Gas with over 32 years of service.

Mike was a lifelong New York Yankees fan. He enjoyed going for rides with his wife, crossword puzzles, and listening to the oldie’s music of the 60’s.  He loved spending quality time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mike was a former member of the McSherrystown Home Association, the Hanover Republican Club, and the McSherrystown Moose.

In addition to his wife, Kay, Mike is survived by his children, Michael Culp, Jr. and wife Denise of Spring Grove, PA, Craig Culp of New Oxford, PA, Marisa Culp of Hanover, PA, Ron Wolford and wife Jackie of New Oxford, PA, Stacey Stevens and fiancée Frankie Boyle of Hanover, PA, Deanna Markle and husband Jim of Hanover, PA, and Ryan Storm of Hanover, PA, 13 grandchildren, Justin, Adam, Bryce, Ally, Nichole, Natasha, Ron, Lily, Emily, Hunter, Hannah, Addison, and Davaughn, and two great grandchildren, Raelynn and Odin.  He was preceded in death by a grandson Nathan, and two brothers, T. Kerry E. Prickitt - March 31, 1954 - March 20, 2024

Obituary Preview: Kerry Evan Prickitt, 69, of York, PA, left our lives after a beautiful vacation in Florida with the love of his life on March 20, 2024. He suffered a very brief illness and passed peacefully.

Born March 31, 1954, in Norristown, PA, he was the eldest son of Howard Evan and Iris Colleen (Reichenbach) Prickitt.  He was the adored husband of Lori L. Bollinger-Prickitt, whom he married at Soldier’s Chapel on June 18th, 1991, in Gallatin Gateway, Montana.  Together they were a beautiful team and shared 32 years of friendship, marriage, and the adventure he called Life.

Kerry was raised in Collegeville, Pennsylvania and was a 1972 graduate of Methacton High School. He attended York College in 1989, where he met his sweet Lori.  He began a career in 1974 at Maple Press, assisting in the production of books. He started as a machine operator working on “the quads,” where he made so many lifelong friends. He rose to Supervisor of Case Making/Stamping Department and then on to Supervisor of the Maple Distribution Center. He realized he wasn’t made out for night shift and returned to “the quads” and ultimately retired in 2020 beautifying books as a Stamper Machine Operator.

Kerry honestly appreciated everything about nature: the beauty and science. He was a spiritual man who believed that being in a church made him as much of a Christian as being in a garage made him a car; he practiced his religion around the campfire. Kerry loved being near the water and was once an avid fisherman in all seasons.  He was fond of all animals, especially his dogs.  He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, and Penn State fan. We will carry on the Sunday tradition- Fly, Eagles, fly! Last of all, he was an avid reader of obituaries; here you go, Dad.

Kerry loved his family above all; nothing mattered more.

In addition to his wife Lori, Kerry is survived by his truly beloved daughter, Lisa Diane Prickitt of Aspers, PA. He was so proud of his two grandsons in Michigan, Riley Evan Ashton Quinn and Aidan Patrick Sebastien Quinn. He is also survived by two sisters, Denise Renee’ (Prickitt) Whitacre of Seneca Rocks, WV; and Sylvia Eileen Prickitt of Frankfort, KY. His beautiful nieces were like daughters to him, and to them, he was their patriarch.

In addition to her husband Frank, Linda is survived by her three sons, Douglas S. Bream and companion Lauri Leshem of Red Lion, Thomas A. Bream and wife Patti of Dallastown, and Timothy A. Bream and wife Tara of Honey Brook, PA, five grandchildren, Chris, Trevor, Nicole, Josh, and Nathan, five great grandchildren, Natalie, Jackson, Arya, Noah, and Dylan, and one brother, Gary M.
