She was predeceased by her husband Bill in May of 2021, and died of a broken heart. She was born January 13, 1931 in East Waterford, PA to Bruce and Mary (McMullen) Shearer. Lois graduated from Fannett Township High School in 1948 and married the love of her life William (Bill) Wert in November 1953.
Lois graduated from Lewistown Hospital School of Nursing as a registered nurse in 1953 and worked in multiple hospitals as she moved with her husband for his business relocations. Lois and Bill owned Dairyland Farms Restaurant and Dairy Store in Mansfield, PA and was a teller at Commonwealth Bank and Trust in Tioga County, PA. After retirement, Lois and Bill traveled to all 50 states and visited many National Parks.
Lois and Bill flipped houses long before it became popular. The family joke was that mom had painted and wallpapered almost every house in PA.
Lois was born into and surrounded by a large extended family and thus became a loving and caring woman, always having time for family. She loved sharing stories of her children and grandchildren with others.
Lois is survived by her three daughters: Susan (wife of Larry) Wells of Corning, NY, Constance (wife of Mark) Passmore of Pleasant Gap, PA, and Sallie (wife of Edward) Kemp of Chambersburg. She has 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bill, 2 brothers Clair and Darwin Shearer, and 3 sisters Mariam Love, Louise Shoop, and Margie Henry.

Marlene is survived by her children, Francel and Paul, seven grandchildren Sophia, Maximiliano, Jesiah and five other grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Rain, Lucinda, Yvonne, Catherine, an uncle Ed, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents Lucinda “Cinnee” Spicer-Smith and Frank “Fats” Smith, Marlene is preceded in death by her son Johnte Smith and her brother Raymond “June” Smith.

Donna was born August 15, 1942, at 11:05 AM in Detroit, Michigan, the first child of Lawrence and Myrl (Beech) York.
Donna was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence York, sister Sharon Phillips, and Grandson Max Rathel.
For her 57 years of marriage to Chuck she was a pastor’s wife. Together, they ministered as a team in churches in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Florida, Missouri, and Pennsylvania. She has taught Sunday school, children’s churches, ladies’ meetings, Vacation Bible Schools, was a girl’s counselor at youth camp, as well as teaching in private Christian schools. She was the perfect balance to the ministries God gave them. She has touched thousands of lives during their 57 years of ministry together.  She was an active member of The Open Door Church in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
As a child in Michigan, she loved ice skating and snow sports. She used her green thumb to grow and to care for her flowers and plants. She loved God, going to church, the preaching of the Word, worship and praise music, and the amazing people at church. She loved checking on people and encouraging them in their daily walk with God. Donna is survived by her husband of 57 years, Charles Rathel. Two sons, Ben Rathel (Jennifer), grandsons Zach and Spencer Rathel of West Chester, Ohio, and Nathan (Charity) Rathel, and grandsons Levi, Lincoln, and Luke Rathel of Woodstock, Georgia. Her mother, Myrl York of Springfield, Missouri, brother Bob York (Joyce) of Rogersville, Missouri. Brother Thomas York of Detroit, Michigan. Brother Martin York of Melvin, Michigan. Sister Debbie Carter (Robert) of Springfield, Missouri. Many nephews, nieces, and a multitude of friends all over the country.
Donna’s Celebration of Life service is conducted by Dr. Pete Rathel, Pastor Mike Sanders, Pastor Carl McKee, of The Open Door Church.

Betty Jane is survived by a sister, Patricia Hysaw of Texas; daughter, Vicki Munoz (Larry Lorenzo) of Arizona; son, Robert Lee Zeigler (Jacee); grandchildren: Lindsey Hocker, Kurt Zeigler, Zachary Bennie (Arizona), Jordan Zeigler and Jemma Zeigler. She has 4 great-grandchildren and 8 nieces and nephews.
Betty Jane attended Herman Ave School and graduated from Lemoyne High School. She was President of the Future Business Leaders of America Club in school. She married William Zeigler in 1952. She worked for LB Smith for a while, then worked at Girard Investment Company for 3 and 1/2 years. She accepted a position as a secretary for Gannett Fleming and worked there for 43 years until she retired in 1995.
Betty Jane was a member of Oakwood Baptist Church for many years. She volunteered for the New Cumberland Senior Center Food Distribution Program in the 1990's.

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Lillian Smeltzer Burkholder and their two children: Barry Burkholder Chambersburg and Connie (wife of Steve) Johnson of Chambersburg. He is also survived by a son in law, Rich Dangler and four grandchildren: Bethany (wife of Kurt) Eisele of Plantsville, Connecticut, Trent Dangler of Fayetteville, Toby Johnson of Chambersburg and Taylor Johnson of Chambersburg. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Dangler. Funeral services will be conducted Monday Feb. 21, 2022 at 11:00AM at Criders United Brethren Church with Rev. Ron Cook officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6:00 till 8:00 PM at the Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Chambersburg and one hour prior to the service at the church. Ron Parr officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Mr. Hart was born February 9, 1937 in Kansas City, Missouri.  He is the son of Charles and Margaret Hart.  He graduated from Paseo High School in 1955. He was an Eagle Scout.  In 1959 he graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.  He graduated from the University of Missouri Law School in 1962.  He served six years in the United States Air Force Reserve.  He served as Administrative Assistant to the Presiding Judge of the Jackson County Court from 1967-1970.  He was a member of the Missouri Bar Association for fifty years.  He was President of Insurance Concepts, Inc.  He was a member of the Life Underwriters Million Dollar Round Table, and the Estate Planning Society of Kansas City serving as President in 1989-1990.   He served on the Boards of Heart of America United Way and the Heart of America Family and Children’s Services.  He was a Deacon at the Village Presbyterian Church and active at the Village Church Food Pantry.  After moving to Pennsylvania, he joined Central Presbyterian Church in Chambersburg.  He was active in the Institute for Retired Persons and served two years as Director.  His family and friends will remember his warm and kind sense of humor and wonderful laugh.  He is survived by his wife, the Reverend Pamela Hart, his daughter and son-in-law, Sally and Elliott Sulcove and his grandchildren, Brian and Elizabeth, and nephews and niece.
