Obituary Preview: Ella Jean Scholze, 94, of Rudolph, WI, passed away peacefully Wednesday morning, February 7, 2024, at Cranberry Court Assisted Living in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.
Ella Jean Durst was born on June 18, 1929, in Fairchild, WI, the youngest daughter of twelve children born to LeRoy and Janie (Lightfoot) Durst. She attended Lone Pine grade school in Fairchild and graduated from Humbird High School in 1947. She worked at National Presto Cooker Company in Eau Claire, WI, until her marriage to Clarence Paul Scholze on Sept. 12, 1953, at St. John’s Evangelical and Reformed Church in Humbird.
In the early part of their 51 year marriage, Clarence worked for Rowe and Algier Construction Co., Inc. and moved from Dodgeville to Menomonie and Marionette, WI. In 1960, they bought A & B Plumbing and Heating shop in Rudolph, WI, and built their home.
Throughout her life, Ella Jean was active in Women’s Fellowship at the Rudolph Moravian Church. She served as the treasurer, secretary, altar guild, Sunday school teacher, sang in the choir, and cleaned. She enjoyed spending her time sewing clothes and dolls, quilting, crocheting Afghans, knitting hats, mittens, and scarves, and gardening. Clarence and Ella were snow birds and loved traveling in their mobile home down to the valley in Texas to escape cold Wisconsin winters.
Ella Jean is survived by two sons; Ronald (Elizabeth) Scholze of Miladore, Wi, and Bruce (PollyAnn) Scholze of Colliersville, TN; two daughters, Vickie (Gene) Parker of Hayward, WI, and Jane Martinez (Val Jaramillo) of San Antonio, TX; one grandson Dominic; four granddaughters; Elizabeth, Manuela, Alexandra, and Anatasia (Jason), and one great-granddaughter, Kierra Estella, born on Feb 5 to Anna and Jason Mutter. She is survived by her brother-in-law, Frank (Ilene) Scholze of Osseo, WI, and two sisters-in-law, Verna Scholze of EauClaire, WI, and Nancy Scholze of Fairchild, WI.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers and sisters, Virgil (Amy), Ethel (Alvin) Schutte, Eva (Bill) Kurasz, James (Martha), Dorothy (Rolla) Sieg, Betty (Walter) Marg, Leone (Edwin) Scholze, Vivian (Hank) Schutte, Ivan (Gertrude), Neil (June), and Raymond (Ilene). Ella Jean’s death is the last of the siblings born to LeRoy and Janie Durst – the last of an entire generation.
Visitation will be at the Wisconsin Rapids Moravian Church in Wisconsin Rapids from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday, February 23. Services will follow the visitation with entombment at the Forest Hill Mausoleum.

Goldabell "Goldie" Alice Mews - June 13, 1935 - November 18, 2023

Obituary Preview: Goldabell (Goldie) Alice Mews, 88, was called home to our heavenly Father on November 18, 2023, with her family by her side.
Goldie was born June 13, 1935 to Albert and Hilda (Schorer) Genett of Spencer WI, the second of seven siblings.
Her life began with working the family farm in Spencer and led to her graduation from Spencer High School.
Goldie started her family in Marshfield, WI prior to moving to the Wisconsin Rapids area.
Her life involved working for area businesses and services on the WI Selective Service Board. She also volunteered her time to area shelters as one of the originators of the Wisconsin Rapids Women’s Shelter.
Through the years, she provided house cleaning services for various hotels and business owners. She dedicated countless, selfless hours caring for home bound individuals during the years she also drove area school bus.
Goldie had an unwavering desire to help anyone in need, including being an area school crossing guard. In her spare time, she enjoyed writing columns for area newspapers and knitting blankets or articles of clothing for those in need.
Goldie loved social events in area concerts to ballroom dancing. She also practiced her devotion to faith weekly.
After her retirement from Schreiber Foods of Wisconsin Rapids, Goldie enjoyed traveling and spending time with close family and friends.
Goldie was preceded in death by her parents, extended family and son, Terry Mews.
She is survived by daughter, Debbie Mews of Necedah and two sons, Timm (Patty) Mews of Marshfield and Tom (Elaine Clapero) Mews of Wisconsin Rapids. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, Zachariah Mews, Erin Mews, Amy Mews, Lyric Mews, Charlotte Mews and Maverick Mews.
She is also survived by her two sisters, Susie and Janet and brother Jeff and many nieces and nephews.
By Goldie’s wishes, a private family ceremony will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at John J Buettgen Funeral Home, 631 E. Grand Avenue in Wisconsin Rapids. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. with a service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow to Restlawn Cemetery.
Memorial donations will be put towards local food drives.

She is survived by her loving family, her children Lynn (George) Smazal, Victoria (Kevin) Miller, Brian (Jami) Strnad, grandchildren, Nicolas Strnad, Tyler Koltz, Sarina Strnad, Zak Strnad, Shaundra Miller, great granddaughter Reign Vankirk, sister Barbara (Jack) Mohr, brother Mark (Jean) Wojtyla.
She was proceeded in death by her loving husband Milton Strnad, her son Milton Strnad, Jr., mother Josephine Wojtyla, father Stanley Wojtyla and granddaughter Savannah Drinka.
Josephine worked at McCain Food for 33 years. She enjoyed word find puzzles, crocheting, watching hummingbirds, being with her children and grandchildren, her dog Jack, and her cats.
She was a breast cancer warrior. She enjoyed life though her sense of humor and sassy ways.
The family would like to say a special thank you to Compassus Hospice, especially Doreen, Mary and Alex for the caring and compassion they gave to Josephine. Thank you to Dr. Hahn and her team for excellent care over the past several years and John & Sharon Buettgen for her Celebration of Life.

William was born in Chicago on 06/02/1942 to Lawrence and Dorothy (Laird) Van Dam. He graduated from West Milwaukee High School where he met the love of his life Paddy. Together they were blessed with 6 children. They enjoyed traveling together especially trips to Ireland.
William belonged to Saint Peter & Paul Catholic Church and previously Saint Jerome's Catholic Church in Oconomowoc.
William is survived by his children Jeff (Lynn) Van Dam, Tracy (Dave) Engle, Kelly Van Dam (Michael Williams), Tim (Kris) Van Dam, William (Heather) Van Dam. Grandchildren Melissa (Brian), Laura (Jacob), Jason (Becca), Stephanie (Brian), Lindsay (Tyler), Charlie (Tricia), Molly (Jordan), Tommy (Lexy), Alexander and 12 great grandkids. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his siblings Lawrence (Janette) Van Dam, Kenneth (Marlys) Van Dam, Jack (Darlene) Van Dam, Marilyn Van Dam. Wife Patricia,Infant Daughter Jeanne Katherine, and grandson Billy Wadsworth.
Special thank you to Ashley Midthun and Julie (Urology) of Aspirus. Interim home care/hospice/palliative care, Hometown Pharmacy and nephew Tristan O'Driscoll.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 29th 2023 at Saint Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Wisconsin Rapids, with visitation at 9:30 am until the time of mass at 10:30 am. Father Robert Schaller will be officiating. Burial to immediately follow.
A celebration of life will be held in Oconomowoc on Saturday, October 7th 2023 from 11am-3pm. Located at the Mapleton Community Center N87W35493 Mapleton Road, Oconomowoc, WI.

He was 62 years old.
He is survived by his sisters, Brenda Vavrina of Wisconsin Rapids and Vicki (Richard) Laws of Footville, WI., nieces Megan Overfelt (Andrew), Lindsay Patterson (Tyler), nephews Derek, Jason, and Scott Peterson, great niece Marley Overfelt, and great nephews Owen and Oliver Patterson.
A special thank you to the many staff at Norwood Health Center who watched over Todd for the many years he called it home and most recently the staff from ProMedica hospice that took care of him the last several months.
His funeral will be a private ceremony with only close family members present.

She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1945. Virginia married Oscar Alft June 14, 1947; he preceded her in death on February 22, 1994.
She is survived by her children Sharon Mras, Michael (Debra) Alft, Sandy (Earl) Rodock, Carla (Tom) Wirl, Gary (Jodi) Alft, Diane (Timothy) Klesmit, Kenneth (Lisa) Alft, Linda Leinweber, Mary (Kurt) Dorski, James (Ronda) Alft, 20 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, 3 sisters-in-law, 1 brother-in-law, many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar, her parents, her brother Lawrence Arnold, son-in-law Rodney Leinweber and several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Virginia was a very dedicated mother who loved her family. She worked seasonally at cranberry marshes and green houses. She enjoyed playing cards, bingo, baking, and dancing. She also enjoyed her Tuesdays at the senior center and her outings with her friends from Reeves Greenhouse!
A funeral Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 23, 2023, at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church with visitation from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass 10:30 a.m. officiated by Father Joe Bathke. Burial will be held at Restlawn Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband Larry Whitinger, son, James (Sherry) Whitinger, John Whitinger and daughter Kathy (Rick) Wells, De Bary, FL, sister Nancy (David) Flick, Duluth, MN, seven grandchildren Austin Aslakson, Emma, Iver, Jamison Whitinger, Britney, Brooklyn, Linsey Ross, 6 great-grandchildren.
Rosemary was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed reading, word puzzles, cooking and being a mom. She will forever be in our hearts and greatly missed by all.
Services will be held at John J. Buettgen Funeral Home 631 E. Grand Ave., Wis. Rapids on Saturday, June 3, 2023. A gathering of friends and family will start at 12:00 p.m. with a service at 1:00 p.m.

She was born on October 6, 1941, and raised on a farm in Sherry, Wisconsin, the daughter of Hubert and Marietta (Sprangers) Bayerl. She had many jobs but enjoyed anything that involved helping people, both young and old. She will always be remembered for her huge smile and laugh, love of alarm clocks and classic country music.
Marie is survived by two sisters, Jean Jungles and Claire Bayerl, a brother, John Bayerl and her nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law Jim Jungles.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 21, 2023 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Wisconsin Rapids, with visitation starting at 10 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11 a.m. Burial will follow to Calvary cemetery.

Robert graduated from Lincoln High School in 1973. He worked at Consolidated Papers for 5 years. He was self-employed as Owner Operator until going to drive for Martin Brower.
Bob loved the Green Bay Packers and always said to keep faith when the score was low, and they would usually end up winning. He loved his family, and you could always count on his stubbornness to give you a laugh. He enjoyed traveling.
He is survived by his children; Amy (Kurt) Bender, Robert (Sherri) Luedtke and Ashley (Mitch) Karras. Grandchildren, Tyler and Jacob Bender, Maci Luedtke, Kye Karras and his sister, Denise Reese.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Ryan Reese.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 22nd, 2022 at John J. Buettgen Funeral Home, 631 East Grand Avenue, Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Friends and family will gather at 9:30 until the time of the service at 11:00. Burial will follow at Restlawn Cemetery.

Melvin was born on May 29th, 1938, to Roman and Agnes (Kronstedt) Deranick in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. After graduating from Lincoln High School in 1956, Melvin went on to serve in the United States Army from 1961- 1963 in Germany. Upon his arrival home, he was employed by Consolidated Papers, and later employed by various building construction contractors. Melvin was an avid hunter, fisherman, and a lifetime member of the Wilderness Sportsman's Club. Melvin was loved by many and was known to keep his hunting buddies always laughing. Melvin enjoyed NASCAR, was a huge Dick Trickle fan and even traveled to NASCAR events with his friends. Of course, he never missed a Packer or Brewers game!
Melvin is survived by his sister-in laws, Judy Deranick and Karen Deranick; nephews and their spouses, Mitchell and Meg Deranick, Daniel and Mary Deranick; nieces, Diane Deranick and Jody Rangel; great nephews and nieces, great grand nephews and nieces, along with many cousins, relatives, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; baby sister, Beverly; brothers, Norman, and Marvin, and nephew, Michael. A memorial visitation for Melvin will be held at John J. Buettgen Funeral Home 631 East Grand Avenue Wisconsin Rapids, WI. On November 30th visitation from 3:00PM -5:00 Pm with services to follow.

Bob was born August 9th, 1944, in Wisconsin Rapids, WI to parents Howard and Dorothy Fields. He is survived by his loving wife Mary, sons Bart and Luke, daughters Mandy and Bobbie Jo, and sister Barbara. Bob is also remembered by his 4 grandchildren, Logan, Caleb, Jazmine and Jordan.
Bob is preceded in death by his father Howard, his mother Dorothy, stepfather Clifford (Bud) Burgeson and brother Richard.
Bob retired from a long career in real-estate, eventually owning his own business, he enjoyed selling many homes to many people over the years. Bob was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved spending time with his family and friends sitting around a campfire in campgrounds around Wisconsin. Bob enjoyed reading novels, watching old movies and the Packers on Sundays with his family.
Bob will be extremely missed by those who loved him.
A celebration of life will be held at Pittsville Crossroads Church on Saturday, November 12th, 2022, with visitation at 3:00 p.m., service at 4:30p.m., and celebration dinner following.

Roger Lee Ellis - October 29, 1954 - September 21, 2022

Obituary Preview: Born to eternal life sometime after 1976, Roger Lee Ellis has been and always will be deeply missed. The eldest son of Elaine (Frasch) and Floyd Rogers Ellis, Roger was born October 29, 1954 in Wisconsin Rapids where he grew up with his younger siblings, Frederick and Cynthia. He attended St. Vincent de Paul School and Lincoln High School. He took a keen interest in electronics and assembled a radio when he was in third grade. He could always be depended upon to fix anything around the house. He was creative and a hard worker. He put up speakers on the roof at Christmas time so the neighbors could hear carols as they shoveled their driveways. He loved music and played the guitar and drums. He loved animals and had several pets over the years: Brownie, Bootsy, Nosy and Coco. He loved to go out to his cousins’ farm and ride horses. Nature nourished him.
Survived by brother Frederick of Onalaska, sister Cynthia (Patrick Keyser) of Wauwatosa, nephew David and nieces Christina and Megan. Further survived by his godfather Frederick Wilkens of Illinois, his aunt Margie Barlow of Stevens Point and many cousins. Preceded in death by many aunts and uncles, godmother Leona Frasch, parents Floyd and Elaine Ellis and his niece, Elizabeth Grace Keyser.
There will be a visitation from 10:00 -11:30 AM, followed by a mass of Christian burial at 11:30 at St. Vincent de Paul Parish in Wisconsin Rapids on Saturday, September 24th. Burial immediately following at Restlawn Cemetery.

Obituary Preview: Kaitlyn Rae Czaplewski, age 28, passed away unexpectedly on June 1st, 2022 at her home. She was the daughter of Paul J. Czaplewski and Roxann Kahl Alioto. Kaitlyn was born in Wisconsin Rapids, WI on August 10, 1993 at Riverview Hospital, and attended local grade schools and attended high school at Stevens Point Area Senior High.
Kaitlyn worked in hospitality as a supervisor. She loved her son Zaylin and spending time with him, and was also looking forward to giving birth to her newborn son Raylin, who was also tragically lost. She loved to be around her friends and family along with making sure everyone had a smile to her funny jokes. She had a passion for the arts whether it was making homemade gifts, drawing, or singing she had an inspiration to create from her heart.
Kaitlyn is survived by her son, Zaylin Czaplewski of Plover, WI; father, Paul Czaplewski of Plover, WI; mother, Roxann Kahl Alioto (Joseph Stodall) of Shawano, WI; siblings Curtis (Elizabeth) Wheeler of Shawano, WI; Bridgette Wheeler of Shawano, WI; Alex Stodall of Shawano, WI; Step Grandfather Denny (Kathy) Thompson of Shawano; and nieces and nephews, Andrew, Austin, Brandon, NY, Masonn, Meiah, Deionee, and Denali, many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Kaitlyn was preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents, and two aunts, Ann Ray, Cindy Monroe, four uncles Edward Czaplewski III, Victor Rohn, Darrin Ray and Tom Smalley A celebration of Kaitlyn’s life will take place at John J. Obituary Preview: Judae Scheibe 82 of Hewitt, WI passed away peacefully at Hilltop Assisted Living in Wisconsin Rapids on April 28, 2022.
Judae was born January 15th, 1940 in Marshfield, WI to William and Mary Cliver. She attended St. Mary’s Catholic grade school and graduated from Columbus High School in 1958. She worked at Pritzl Hardware in Marshfield for 22 years. She then worked at Grant Elementary as a teacher’s aide, and St. Vincent de Paul. She worked 13 years at St. Joseph's Hospital, retired in 2000, and continued to work part-time in Home Health Care for a working career of 45 years.
Judae had a sweet, fun loving, nonjudgmental personality with a quick smile, and was loved by many. One of Judae's proudest moments was being elected the Marshfield Centennial Queen of 1972. She enjoyed camping with family and friends, as well as many years of Packer parties. She found pleasure motorcycling with Ray and the Wisconsin Tour Riders to various rallies and travel destinations. She always looked forward to attending plays and the theatre, especially musicals and music venues. She enjoyed gambling, and staying at either Yogi’s or Debbie’s cabins whenever possible. She had a warm spirit for animals and especially loved Kelly’s cats, Mark’s horses, Kim and Reza's bird (Ms. Cheeks), as well as all family dogs. She especially loved spending time with all her children, and spent many winter months along with Ray at her daughter Kim’s in Arizona.
Judae is survived by her partner of 36 years Ray Rhodes, as well as children Mark Scheibe of Marshfield, WI, Kathy (Kurt) Matthes of Zimmerman, MN, and Kelly Scheibe of Jackson, WI. She is survived by her son in-law Reza Footohi-rad of AZ, her grandchildren Kyle Matthes of MN, Kari Morgen of MN, as well as Ray's children Eric and Mark Rhodes.
Judae is survived by her siblings: Billy ‘Yogi’ (Chris) Cliver, Terry (Bernice) Cliver, Bruce (Joan) Cliver, Kay (Jerry) Stephens, Ellin Freestone, Patty (Greg) Ignatowski, Debbie (Keith) Parochka, Susan (Bruce) Kolb, and David (Wanda) Cliver. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Judae was preceded in death by her daughter Kim Footohi-rad, son Michael Scheibe, sister Mary Lou, and brother-in-law Harry Ellis.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. John’s Catholic Church located in Marshfield on May 18, 2022.

Graveside Services will be at 10am on Thursday, April 28th, 2022 at Forest Hill Cemetery in Wisconsin Rapids. Officiator TBA. A time to share memories, and refreshments for relatives and friends will be held from 10:30am - 1:30pm at Kiwanis Club, Kellner, Wisconsin. Allen was born June 07, 1965 in Wisconsin Rapids to Roger and Joyce (Williams) Larson. The youngest of four children. He attended Immanuel Lutheran and Lincoln High School and then attended Diesel Truck Driving School in Sun Prairie, WI
Allen found his purpose in life driving semi-truck over the road for over 30 years while sharing his love for Jesus Christ and spreading the Word of God from coast to coast to anyone who would give him an ear. After 30 years, health issues forced him off the road. Only the loss of his mother was more of a heartbreak.
Allen loved to DJ and play and sing Karaoke when he was home. This endeavor was known as Twuck’s Backyard DJ and Karaoke. His favorite pass times were riding his Harley Davidson and video gaming or racing with TORN and iRACING online. He quickly became good friends with many of the other players. Allen loved everyone. He was never shy and would approach absolutely anyone to introduce himself and strike up a conversation.
Allen married his devoted wife Tina Webb on October 5th, 1991. He is survived by his wife, daughter Anna Allord of Wisconsin Rapids; brother Donald (Becky Sersch) of Vera Beach, Florida; sisters Karen Larson- Fleischman and Debi Larson both of Wisconsin Rapids; 3 nieces and 9 nephews. He had a deep passion for cars and worked as a mechanic for most of his life. Whether it was fixing cars, attending car shows or just “collecting cars to fill his driveway”; as he liked to say.
A proud Mobile Link Sound Off Competition winner, he sure loved his subs. He was a man of many interests including; racing, ice fishing, and scuba diving.
A loving father who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Especially his daughter Brokklyn, who was his best friend. Isakk was a reliable, helping and caring person. Anyone could count on him at any time. Some of his fondest moments were simply spent working in the shop alongside his father in law, Al.
A beautiful soul that will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved him. Until we meet again.
Isakk is survived by his daughter, Brokklyn and wife, Jessica. His mother Josefina and father Luis Salvador. Father in-law Alan and Mother in-law Kathi Chojnacki. Siblings; Ana, Grecia, Luis, Miguel, Karla, Jasmin, Kelvin, Rochell, and Luna. and many many nephews, nieces, uncles, and aunts.

Rapids, daughter Teresa (Gary) Aschenbrenner, grandchildren Trevor and Michaela Aschenbrenner, Shawano, son Pat Hamm, grandchildren Dalton and Miranda, Colorado, siblings; Lewis Perkins and Doris (John) Krueger.
Dawn worked for Consolidated Papers and Butler Papers in the offices. After that, due to her great love of all animals, her dream job was working for Doctors Good and then Rasmussen in the Veterinary offices. She was one of the most caring persons you could ever know. She and Leroy enjoyed 62 years of marriage. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Services will be held at St. Lawrence Catholic Church on Monday, January 3, 2021 with Visitation at 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. officiated by Father Janusz. Burial will follow at Restlawn Cemetery.

Marion was a homemaker to her eight children, loved attending Mass and prayer hour as well as spending time with her family, especially up on “The River”. She was a proud 50-year member of the Catholic Daughters.
Survivors include her eight children, Terese (Jay) Zinn of Milwaukee, Joseph Villeneuve Jr. of Wisconsin Rapids, Paul (Dianne) Villeneuve of Wisconsin Rapids, Mary (Michael) Schnell of New Port Richey, Florida, Luanne (Doug) Slovensky of Wisconsin Rapids, Sara (Pat) Schmidt of Pittsville, Lisa Rasmussen (Doug Olsen) of Wisconsin Rapids and Tom (Jan) Villeneuve of Wisconsin Rapids. She is also survived by her 18 grandchildren; Lee Zinn (Julia Sapozhnikov), Tyler Villeneuve, Megan (Seth) Follett, Luke (Shannon) Villeneuve, Cianna Villeneuve, Paul Villeneuve Jr. (Christine Webb), Kristin (Dan) Hager, Rachel (Jason) Larkee, Dan (Alli) Fink, Mary (Karl) Hockerman, Lizzy (Jake) Kempfer, Bob Slovensky, Jeremy Alft, Dustin Alft, Bayley Schmidt, Derek Rasmussen, Dylan (Morgan) Rasmussen and Kallie Villeneuve (Trenton Peters) as well as 17 great-grandchildren with two on the way.
Marion was preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband, Joe; her brother, Edgar; infant sister, Ida; daughter-in-law, Patricia and twin granddaughters.
Visitation will be from 9am to 10:30am on Monday, December 20, 2021 at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Wisconsin Rapids followed by a Mass of Christian burial officiated by Rev. Schaller. Following Mass, there will be an entombment at Forest Hill Mausoleum.

On April 25, 1964, she married Ernest James Kiedrowski at St. Vincent DePaul Church in Wisconsin Rapids. They were married 49 years before Dad’s calling to heaven in April of 2013. Lenora was very active with all of her children and grandchildren activities. She was a long-standing member of the Grand Rapids Lioness. She loved spending time with her seven wonderful grandchildren, and spending hours on end talking on the telephone with her family and friends
She is survived by her son's John (Sue Strecker) Kiedrowski, of Jackson Mississippi, James (Wendy Alft) Kiedrowski of Lewiston ID and her daughters, Joanne Hamelink, of Port Edwards, Janel Stenzel, Jackson, Mississippi, Grandchildren Ernest (Little E) Kiedrowski, Stephanie (Josh Seebrook) and Stephan Hamelink, Cody and Cassandra Kiedrowski, Chrystal and Jena Stubbe Step granddaughter Susan (Daniel Hickman). The have 5 grandchildren together, Brandon (Robyn) Vicker of Stevens Point, Mark Vicker (Stevens Point) Dawn (Nathan ) White of Reedsburg, Jason (Elizabeth) Brost of Nekoosa, and Jamy Brost (Perry Carlstrom)of Nekoosa. The couple was also blessed with 13 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandsons. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Darlene is further survived by her sister Sarien (Willaim) Friar.
Darlene was preceded in death by her her husband, parents, sister Winona Pisula and brother Larry Sparks.
Darlene loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. Her favorite event of the year was the Corvettes of the North Car cruise where she waved and smiled at every vehicle that passed. She loved to cook and always had enough to feed anyone that showed up at her house. She worked many factory jobs throughout her life and loved to help with rummage sales.
The family would like to give a special thank you to our Aunt Sarien, Moms only living sibling, for being such a special part of our Mothers life.
