Some would say that Carl was top-notch in his trade. Carl "Teddy" married Nancy Corley Allen on May 18th, 1974. He loved her dearly for 49 years. She retired as a seamstress with Aiken Industries. She also worked at The Salvation Army Shelter in Aiken. Annie Mae was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Jerome Cannon; her parents, Willie 8 Capitola James Ham; her daughter, Lillie Jean Cannon Sanders; her siblings, Pearl Lee Ham, Joe Nathan Ham, Idell Cannon, Minnie Bell Ham Gurley, Inez Ham Wingate, Kate Ham Louis, and Thelma White. She then began her vocational career at Seminole Mill in Graniteville, SC. She then became employed at Pepperidge Farm industrial mill.
