Obituary Preview: Booker T. Milton, a native of Havana, Florida, was the son of Myrtle Moore and McKinley Earl Riggins, born on November 24, 1945.
He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age under the leadership of Reverend William Maxwell.
He was a 1967 graduate of Havana Northside High School, home of the Mighty Gladiators.. He was a Drywall Subcontractor for many years before he retired.
He was a past member of the Havana Adult Basketball team, the Soul Pushers, Havana Hawk Baseball team, and Concord Warriors Baseball Team.  He served as a board member for Men Who Make A Difference, Inc. a non-profit organization.  When he wasn't working, he spent his time fishing.
He leaves to cherish his memories: four daughters; Dr. Britt Swain of Orlando, Florida, Shinika Milton, Tiajuana Milton, Nikesha Milton all of Havana, Florida; two sons: Bontarious Milton, and Briante Milton both of Havana, Florida:  thirteen brothers and sisters: Walter “Brother” Moore of Virginia Beach, Lizny Moore of New York, Lugene Moore of Pennsylvania, Percy Moore of Philadelphia, April Moore Morrison of New York, Roy Moore of Pennsylvania, Caroline Moore-Nunn of North Carolina, Linda Riggins of Georgia, Shirley Ann Milton. Dorothy Ann Milton and Martha Kincy all of Havana, Florida; seven grandchildren who were the light of his life: Saniya, Taraji, Q’Ari, Maloni, Cayden, Briante and Camryn; and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
