The Celebration of Life Service will be held at 9:00am on Wednesday March 6, 2024 also in the Chapel of Ivers & Alcorn Funeral Home with burial to follow at 1:00pm at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery located at 32053 West McCabe Road in Gustine, California. Nancy's family respectfully ask that we honor her wishes and zest for life by leaving the traditional black clothing at home.

Obituary Preview: Ernest (Ernie) G. Pinheiro, passed away on January 17th, 2024. He was born on September 14th, 1946, to Ernest & Mary Pinheiro, and grew up in Atwater, CA, graduating from Livingston High School.
In his early 20’s, Ernie was drafted into the United States Army where he served 2 years. He went on to work for Merced Irrigation District for 25+ years where he eventually retired from. As a pastime after retirement, he found a love for bowling and joined a bowling team in Atwater. Throughout his adult life he had a passion for farming, specifically sweet potatoes & almonds. He loved his sidekicks “Jack & Pennie” – his labrador retrievers, who loved to go for rides with him around the orchards in the ranger. He was a huge fan of the San Francisco Giants and the San Francisco 49ers, never missing a game.
Ernie was a simple man with a heart of gold! He loved his family and friends and would help them out whenever he could; he always saw the good in people. He was always appreciative of anything anyone did for him, it didn’t take much to make him happy. He was the heart of his family and will be dearly missed by all that knew him.
Ernie is survived by his wife of almost 11 years, Theresa Pimentel Pinheiro, stepdaughter Nicole Eason (Chewy Lopez), son Anthony Pinheiro (Shanell), sisters Marilyn Gould (Loy), June Sequiera (Dave) and Elaine Garca. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren who were his pride and joy and many nieces and nephews.
Ernie is proceeded in death by his parents, Ernest & Mary Pinheiro, sister Kathleen Rose Pinheiro and his late wife Linda Pinheiro, whom he was married to for almost 30 years and his brother-in-law Richard Garcia.
A viewing will be held at Ivers & Alcorn Funeral home in Merced, California on Tuesday, January 30th, 2024 from 5-7pm; a Rosary will begin at 10am on January 31st, 2024 at Shrine of Saint Jude Thaddeus in Livingston, California with the Funeral Mass to immediately follow. There will be a private burial for family only. A gathering to celebrate the wonderful life of Ernie will follow at The VFW Hall in Atwater, doors will be open at 11am.
We would like to give a heart-felt thank you to Father Harvey for officiating the mass and graveside prayers.

Obituary Preview: Jack is survived by his wife, Sharon Haygood Haynes Wilkerson of 27 years, his sons, Troy Wilkerson of Delaware, Adam Wilkerson of Merced, two daughters, Leslie Stayner and Jessie Stayner, his brother Donald Wilkerson and two sisters, Sharlyn Wilkerson and Deborah Busby and 6 grandchildren.
Jack was born Jan. 11, 1949, to Gerlean Pendergrass Wilkerson and Everett Wilkerson, in Biggers, Arkansas.
Aside from serving in the Army, Jack would consider himself a “Jack of all trades,” and a master of two; Carpeting: Not only was he a member of the Carpenter’s Union, he was also a Union Rep. secondly, he was an owner/operator of his own Trucking Company before he decided to go to work at Richwood Meat Co. and Budweiser Beer.
Jack never slowed down in his retirement. He and Sharon continued to be inseparable as they paired up to make several events happen. They were real leaders in this community. Boating, fishing, camping and helping others in need, were his claim to fame.
In ending, let it be known that Jack Wilkerson was truly Bonified.
In remembrance, a Candle Light Vigil and birthday celebration to be held on January 11, 2024 at 5:30pm at, Castle Wood Gated Community 2601 Buhach Rd, Atwater, CA 9530.

Obituary Preview: MARY ALLISON Obituary Mary Theresa Allison 1928-2023 Mary was born and raised in San Francisco. She was there at a time of fun in the city at the Sutro Baths, when the Golden Gate Bridge was built, when Fun Land at Ocean Beach was thriving. She was involved in sports in high school and was active in the Girl Guides, taking part in nature trails and camps in Mariposa County. As a young adult she moved to a working cattle ranch in Mariposa County and was a cowgirl. She met and fell in love with Hugh Allison and married him. Mary and Hugh moved to Merced county in the 1960s and she never left. They had a working cattle ranch in Snelling for years. Traveling the Southwest and Mexico were their favorite past times and her collections of western art were impressive. Mary is survived by 5 nieces and nephews: Theresa Martinez, Katherine Rittenberg, Joseph Peirano, Christina Ramirez, Daniel Peirano. She is preceded in death by two nephews: Lawrence Peirano III, Michael Peirano, her husband, Hugh Allison, her brother, Lawrence Peirano II, and sister-in-law Barbara Sands. She leaves behind a good friend in Jennifer Palmer, sister-in-law Mary Peirano and many others. As per Marys request, there will be no services. If you feel the need to do something for her, please donate to your local humane society as Mary was a lifelong lover of animals.
