Thomas Watson Tessman - March 22, 1952 - May 04, 2024

Departed: 05/04/2024 (Belleair Bluffs)
Obituary Preview: Tessman, Thomas “Tom” 72 went home to be with the Lord God on May 4, 2024. He was born in Hollywood, California and worked in the restaurant industry. He loved surfing and the water and was that free-loving Hippie Guy from California. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Linda and many extended family who loved him dearly.
He had a deep love for travel and adventure which led him to live most of his life “On The Road”. He met his wife in 1975 and she shared his passion. They chose not to have children or own a home. The road was their home. They traveled cross country more than 72 times and lived in Hawaii, Spain, France and Luxembourg. They lived in two castles, one in Luxembourg and one in France. They also found work in National Parks. Their favorite was Death Valley in California, followed by Glacier in Montana.
Another love he had was treasuring, enjoying and appreciating his family and friends. One of his favorite sayings was “I’ve Had A Good Run”. He loved and appreciated life. He’ll be missed by all who ever crossed his path. He succumbed to prostate cancer that spread to his bones, liver and lungs. God was kind and took him quickly, especially in the end. He’s now in heaven, his real home enjoying what we were all created for: “Eternal Life”. It’s simple really. We’ve all sinned and the penalty for that is death and separation from God.
However, God loved us enough to become one of us and take the punishment for us. He then offers it to us as a free gift, eternal life with him in heaven. We can either take it or leave it. He will not force it upon us, but it’s the only way to get to heaven. This was his sole mission for coming to earth. Sin comes with a price and he paid it for us. . Tom wasn’t the first hippie, Jesus was. Jesus also lived his life “On The Road” and didn’t own a home. Tom chose to follow along those lines and to accept the free gift of Eternal Life and that’s where he is now, living happily ever after in heaven after Having “A Good Run”.

Grace G. Mannino - June 13, 1926 - March 11, 2024

Obituary Preview: Grace Mannino, passed away peacefully at the age of 97 on Monday, March 11, 2024. She will be greatly missed by her two surviving daughters, 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Grace was proud to be born in Brooklyn where she met her husband of 66 years, Anthony. She had several occupations during her life – seamstress, retail salesperson and homemaker. She was a great people person, fun, friendly and outgoing. If you asked anyone who knew her what they thought of her, they would say she is unfiltered and always spoke her mind. That’s what they loved about her.
Above all she was a mom first. Family was her most valuable asset. She loved cruising, going out dinner and in her younger days she was a great dancer, but her favorite pastime was BINGO. She and her husband played every week and made many lasting friendships.
The next chapter at Assisted Living gave her the opportunity to make new friends and yes, they had BINGO. She never saw herself as aging, but always sought to give assistance and look after those around her.
A light went out for us here, but there is one shining brightly now above.
