Obituary Preview: David Paul Haid, 30, of Perry, FL, formerly of Clarion, passed away April 9th, 2022 in Perry, FL.
David was born in Kittanning on May 6th, 1991. He was the son of Kimberly Rodgers Wolfe of Clarion, and David R. Haid of Pittsburgh.
David loved the outdoors, and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a member of a bowling team in Georgia, where he won many awards. He also loved demolition derbies, but most of all, he loved his son, Ayden James Haid of Marienville and his companions son, Sawyer Kayne Markey of Perry, FL.
In addition to his mother, David is survived by his siblings Kayla Harmon (Jared), of Clarion, Robert Kahl, of Butler, Shawna Dominguez of Georgia; two step sisters, Samantha Watterson of Strattanville, and Kathleen Swartzwelder of Pittsburgh, and his step-father Richard Wolfe of Cranberry.
David was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Virginia LeVier and an uncle, Arnold Rodgers.

Dean E. Fair - November 29, 1929 - March 21, 2022

Obituary Preview: Dean E. Fair, 92, of Buena Vista Rd., Chicora, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes Monday morning, March 21, 2022 at his home.
Dean was born in West Monterey, Clarion County, on November 29, 1929.  He was the son of the late Millard Fair and Esther Wyant Fair Stewart.
He was of the protestant faith.  In his earlier years, Dean had been employed at Pullman Standard in Butler and later as a security guard at Black Fox and Allied Security and part time at the Richard D. Hillis Funeral Home.
Dean enjoyed bowling, hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosetta L. Trayer Fair, whom he married in Rimersburg on May 12, 1951.
Surviving are three children, Dean R. Fair and his wife, Debbie, of Chicora, Debora R. Parson of Mercer, and Donald E. Fair and his wife, Robin, of Chicora; six grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren; a sister, Eva “Tootie” Smith and her husband, Gene, of Parker, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Ann.

Donald C. "Don" Ryan - January 30, 1932 - March 06, 2022

Obituary Preview: Donald C. “Don” Ryan, 90, of Petrolia, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes Sunday morning, March 6, 2022 at his residence.
Donald was born in Butler on January 30, 1932.  He was the son of the late Francis B. and Mary Irene Angert Ryan.
Donald was of the Catholic faith and was baptized at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in North Oakland.  Don served in the Pennsylvania and U.S. National Guard and was called to active duty during the Korean War, having served in Germany.
In his earlier years, Don enjoyed hunting and fishing and later, woodworking.  He was the longtime owner of Ryan’s Garage in Karns City and operated the garage for more than 40 years.
Don is survived by his children, Lawrence E. “Larry” Ryan and his wife, Susan, of Beaver Falls, Russell J. Ryan and his wife, Cathy, of Petrolia, Janice C. Hilderbrand and her husband, Larry, of Fenelton, and Kenneth E. Ryan and his wife, Carol Sue, of Karns City; a daughter-in-law, Karen L. Ryan of Karns City; 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; a brother, Regis L. Ryan and his wife, Mary, of Lincoln, NE; two sisters, Rosemary Wagner of Butler and Mary Jane Crawford of North Ft. Myers, FL, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Theodore W. “Ted” Ryan, and a number of brothers.
Friends will be received at the Hile Funeral Home of Karns City, 128 Main St., Karns City, from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday.  A service outside of mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday from the funeral home with the Rev. Obituary Preview: Larry L. “Chiz” Scott Jr., 48, of Butler, formerly of Petrolia, died of natural causes Sunday afternoon, March 6, 2022 at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Larry was born in Butler on May 23, 1973.  He was the son Marilyn “Faye” Snyder Claypoole and the stepson of Ralph A. Claypoole of Petrolia and the son of the late Larry L. Scott Sr.
He attended school in Karns City.  Larry was a heavy equipment operator and had been a supervisor for Allegheny Minerals.  He enjoyed riding his Harley, hunting, fishing, the company of his friends and family, and most especially watching his boys race their dirt bikes.
In addition to his mother and stepfather, he is survived by his children, Mogan D. Scott and his wife, Gerrica, of Cabot, Danica F. Scott and her boyfriend, Colin, of Petrolia, twins Zane Michael and Ada Jane Scott of Lancaster; four grandchildren, Caydence, Kendel, Chloe, and Kamdyn; his siblings, William “Billy” and Christine “Chrissy” Scott; his stepmother, Cheryl Scott, as well as a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his son, Hunter Scott.

Robert W. "Bob" Gifford Sr. - July 25, 1929 - February 24, 2022

Obituary Preview: Robert W. “Bob” Gifford Sr., 92, of Karns City, went to be with the Lord Thursday morning, February 24, 2022 at the home of his daughter and son-in-law in New Castle.
Robert was born in Fairview Twp., Butler County on July 25, 1929.  He was the son of the late Lorring Gifford and Mabel Mentch Gifford Claypoole and the stepson of the late Samuel Claypoole.
Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline Smith Gifford, on December 27, 2019.  The Giffords were married on October 20, 1952.
Bob was a Christian.  He attended school in Karns City and was proud to have earned his G.E.D. following his retirement.  He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War era.  He retired following many years of service at Witco Chemical in Petrolia.  Bob was known for his strong work ethic and was a skilled builder and brick layer and built the family home in Karns City.  He was a talented musician and enjoyed playing the guitar, the harmonica, and singing with his family.
Surviving are three children, Linda J. Fleeger and her husband, Jim, of Saxonburg, Bonnie E. Douglass and her husband, David, of Emlenton, and Ruth A. Mastropietro and her husband, Joe, of New Castle; a son-in-law, Tom Sylvester of Karns City; four grandchildren, Chris Cancilla and his wife, Rachel, George Cancilla, Wayne Douglass and April Douglass; two great grandchildren, Ashley and Chloe; a number of great great grandchildren; a brother, Ronald Gifford and his wife, Sandy, of Butler; his sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Gifford and Shirley Gifford, a number of other brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his son, Robert W. Gifford Jr.; three brothers, Donald Gifford, William Gifford and his wife, Jean, and Kenneth Gifford, and a nephew.
Friends will be received at the Hile Funeral Home of Karns City, 128 Main St., Karns City, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Monday.  A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. David Janz, pastor of the First United Methodist Church, Butler, officiating. Obituary Preview: Ronald L. “Ron” Miller, 68, of Chicora, passed away of natural causes following a brief illness, Sunday evening, January 30, 2022 at Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot. Ronald was born in Butler on August 16, 1953. He was the son of the late Harry and Dolly M. LaPearle Fleeger, and Noble A. Miller. He was a 1971 graduate of Karns City Area High School, and was a US Navy Veteran, having served during the Vietnam Era. Ron was an avid fisherman and hunter, and always looked forward to the next fishing trip. He had been employed as a contractor in residential construction. Ron was very fond of his longtime friends, the Scherer boys, Jeremy, Justin, Bradley, Nathan, and Jerry Jr., and he always said he “loved his daughters very much.”
He is survived by two sisters, Donna M. Bartoe and her husband, Allen of Fairview, and Bonnie K. Rossiter of Petrolia; his nieces and nephew, Diane Hughes and her husband, Greg, Matt A. Bartoe and his wife, Christy, Lynn Campbell and her husband, Mike, and Heather Hilliard and her husband, Scott; as well as a number of great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Ron was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Robert “Bob” Rossiter.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister, Joyce A. Denton and her husband, Herb, of Butler; his niece, Rochelle and her fiancé, Hakeem Dent; his step brothers and sisters, Kathy Hilliard and her husband, Joe, of Chicora, Jack Claypoole and his wife, Crystal, of Butler, Daryl “Boldy” Claypoole and his wife, Bonnie, of Butler, and Diana “Gidget” Everetts of Butler, as well as a number of other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Judy Ealy, his stepfather, Charles Claypoole, and his step siblings, Rachel Claypoole Rhinebolt, Charles Claypoole Jr., and Mickey Blystone.

Edward W. Burdett Sr. - February 02, 1934 - December 23, 2021

Obituary Preview: Bishop Edward W. Burdett Sr., 87, of Monongahela, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021. He was born Feb. 2, 1934, in Ford Cliff, Pa., the son of Edward Earl and Annie Marie Spencer Burdett. Brother Burdett entered into the ministry in 1969, and faithfully served the Lord as pastor in The Church of God for 52 years. His pastoral appointments included Rimersburg, Nectarine, Delmar, Butler, New Athens, Six Points, Uniontown, New Eagle and Monongahela. In addition to serving in the office of pastor, Brother Burdett also served the church as district overseer and in a number of committee and auxiliary appointments. Brother Burdett loved the Lord with all of his heart. He was a diligent worker, a good steward, a humble shepherd, a faithful servant and a fierce defender of the Doctrine and God's flock. He was truly an example of what it means to be a Christian, that is to say "Christ-like." Brother Burdett was always outgoing and loved to tell others about Jesus Christ. He sought to bring joy and laughter to his congregation, but most importantly, he preached the truth of the Bible unapologetically and without reservation. Brother Burdett was loved by many and will be missed by all of those who knew and loved him. We are comforted in knowing that he had finished life's race and he is now at rest in the Lord. We look forward to that glad reunion day when we shall worship with him again at the Throne of God. Left to cherish his memory are his two sons, John A. Burdett and Edward W. Burdett Jr., both of Monongahela; his daughter, Lisa, and her husband, Walter S. Smith Jr., of Dawson; his grandchildren, Walter "BJ" S. Smith III and Holly Huffine, and her husband, Tony; his great-grandchildren, Braydon, Preston and Adalyn Grace; three brothers, Wendell Burdett of Ford City, Ronald Burdett and his wife, Margie, of East Liverpool, Ohio, and Jim Burdett and his wife, Mae, of Phoenix, Ariz.; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carrol Kay Gibson Burdett, who died Feb. 26, 2013; three brothers, Stanley Eugene, Marlin Dale and Robert Burdett; and his sister, Barbara Ruth Blaniar. Friends of Bishop Edward W. Burdett Sr., who died Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021, will be received from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at Hile Funeral Home of Karns City, 128 Main St., Karns City, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday with Bishop James Horn and the Rev. Calvin was born in Butler on December 16, 1943.  He was the son of the late Andrew and Rosemary Walsh Ealy.  He grew up in Ealy Hollow and attended school in Bruin. He had been employed in the construction industry most of his working life.  He was of the Christian faith and enjoyed old country music, yard saleing, flea markets, and the company of family and friends. He was married to Angie Ealy.  Mrs. Ealy also perished in the same tragic fire. Surviving are two sons, Calvin J. Birkbichler and his wife, Christina, of Slippery Rock and Andrew W. Howard Cox and his wife, Bobbi Lynn, of West Sunbury; three daughters, Mary P.  Ealy and her fiancée Derek of Sharon and Alyse R. Ealy-Taylor and her husband Gary of Masury, OH, and Jessica L. Baker and her husband, Ian, of Harrisville; Two brothers, John Ealy and his wife, Deborah, of Karns City and Carl Ealy of Herman; a sister, Betty Pizzuto of Butler, as well as a number of grandchildren, a great grandchild, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Obituary Preview: Samuel J. “Sam” Runyan, 74, of Annisville Rd., Bruin, Parker Twp., passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at his home Tuesday afternoon, December 7, 2021.
Samuel was born in Kissinger Mills near Rimersburg on January 27, 1947.  He was the son of the late James and Ruth Priester Runyan.
He was a graduate of Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School in Foxburg.  He was of the Protestant faith.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and trips to the Casino.  Sam always looked forward to vacations at the beach.  In his earlier years Sam was employed at the glass plant in Parker and retired from Dick McCall Inc. in Petrolia.
He is survived by his wife, Robin D. Whitmer Runyan, whom he married in Fairview on June 5, 1976.  Also surviving is a son, James “Jimmy” Runyan and his wife, Billie, of Shippenvile; three brothers, William “Bill” Runyan of Crafton, Gerald “Jerry” Runyan and his wife, Shirley, of Knox, and Raymond “Ray” Runyan and his wife, Nancy, of Franklin, TN; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Kristie and Dennis Christie of Parker,  Scott and Margaret “Peg” Whitmer of Fairview, and Charlotte Runyan of Callensburg, as well as a number of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, two sisters, and two brothers.
A private visitation and funeral service officiated by long time family friend, Rev. Kenneth R. "Ken" Foster - July 30, 1944 - December 07, 2021

Obituary Preview: Kenneth R. “Ken” Foster, 77, of Chicora, formerly of the Rimersburg area, went to be with the Lord Tuesday morning, December 7, 2021 at the emergency department at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital.
Kenneth was born in Wattersonville, Armstrong Co. on July 30, 1944.  He was the son of the late James R. and Viola Mae Garris Foster.
He was a 1962 graduate of East Brady Area High School.  He was a member of the Karns City United Methodist Church and was a proud U.S. Navy veteran having served aboard the USS Bennington off of the coast of Vietnam.   Ken had been employed at Rex Hide Inc. in East Brady, Harbison-Walker in Templeton and following his retirement, he was a driver for ADESA vehicle auctions. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and woodworking. Ken was an avid automobile enthusiast. He was a proud owner of several Ford pickup trucks and most recently had acquired his much loved Austin Nash Metropolitan.  Ken participated in many ministry activities in various United Methodist churches that his late wife, Glea, pastored.  His wife, The Rev. Glea L. Bearfield Foster preceded him in death on November 29, 2011.  The couple had been married at the Lawsonham United Methodist Church on August 16, 1969.
Ken is survived by his sister, Martha Craig and her husband, Allen, of Humbolt, TN, a brother-in-law, Wade D. Bearfield of Rimersburg; his sisters-in-law, Geri Foster and Jeanne Foster, as well as 13 nieces and nephews and a number of great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents and wife, Ken was preceded in death by two brothers, William C. “Bill” Foster and Frederick W. “Fred” Foster and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Willis D. and Mabel Swartz Bearfield.
Friends will received at the Hile Funeral Home of Karns City, 128 Main St., Karns City, from 1 – 3 and 6 – 8 p.m. Saturday and at the Karns City United Methodist Church from Noon – 1:00 p.m. Sunday.  A funeral service will follow from the church at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. He was a 1980 graduate of Karns City Area High School.  Gary was a hard-working person who loved his dogs, the outdoors, cutting firewood, running machinery and ATVs. Most of all, he loved to fish.
In addition to his mother, Gary is survived by his wife, Christina Waldroup Ellenberger; his sons, Travis Ellenberger and Jacob Ellenberger; his daughters, Tiffany Collins Ellenberger, Jeanie Ellenberger and Rochelle Ealy; a sister, Diana Schubert; and a brother, David Ellenberger.

In her earlier years, she had been employed as a secretary and later as a nurses’ aid at Sherwood Oaks.

Obituary Preview: Hunter A. L. Scott, 21, of Fairview, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday evening, November 30, 2021 at his home.
Hunter was born in Butler on February 1, 2000.  He was the son of Emily J. Wiles Hutchison and the stepson of the late Scott Hutchison, who raised him, and the son of Larry Scott of Butler.
Hunter was a 2019 graduate of Karns City Area High School.  He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and outdoorsman.  He enjoyed dirt bike racing and the company of his family and friends.

In addition to his mother and father, Hunter is survived by his brother, Mogan D. Scott and his wife, Gerrica, of Cabot; his sister, Danica F. Scott of Petrolia;  his nieces and nephew, Caydence, Kendel, Chloe, and Kamdyn; his paternal grandparents, Ralph and Faye Claypoole of Petrolia; as well as a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In addition to his stepfather, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John and Lois Wiles.
Friends will be received at the Hile Funeral Home of Karns City, 128 Main Street, Karns City, from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Saturday.  A funeral service will follow 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. He was a 1978 graduate of Karns City Area High School.  He had been a member of Mater Dolorosa Roman Catholic Church in Chicora.  Don had been employed designing swimming pools, as well as in maintenance, general contracting, and masonry.  He was a “dead head”, having been an avid Greatful Dead fan. He was an avid bicyclist and had been a trail monitor for various bike trails in Allegheny County.  Don had an encyclopedic knowledge of Indy car, NASCAR, and NHRA drag racing.  He enjoyed the company of his faithful companion, his cat, “Puppy Dawg”.
He is survived by his daughter, Tricia Gilmore Evans and her husband, John, of Pittsburgh; a grandson, John Evans; his uncle and aunt, John “Jack” and Lane Benesh of Atlanta, GA; a sister, Maria A. Ray of Petrolia, and his nephew, Chase Hunter Pope of West Sunbury.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Marlene Gilmore Pope and his niece, Nicole Gaudin.

He was a graduate of Mt. Vernon High School and lived most of his life in Virginia.  He proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.  He spent most of his career in the construction trade, building new homes and remodeling older homes.  Charlie enjoyed all things construction, reading, playing games on his computer, and “picking” on his guitar.  He also enjoyed crossword and jigsaw puzzles.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife and partner of 36 years, Lorraine “Lee” Earley Robbins; a daughter, Melanie Robbins and a son, Jeremy Robbins, both of Virginia; his sisters, Judy Domac and her husband, Alan and Vicki Shirey and her husband, Mark, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; his mother-in-law, Charlotte Earley Kloker of Karns City, and his brothers-in-law, Lewis Earley and his wife, Annette of Chicora and Mark Earley and Missy of Slippery Rock.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Robbins, and a brother-in-law.

She is survived by her husband, David G. Brown of North Washington; three children, Lindsey L. Wolfe and her husband, Jeff, Sara J. Brown and Tiffany R. Brown, all of Butler; four grandchildren, Mallory, Avah, Donald, and Aaliyah; two sisters, Lydia J. Moore and her husband, William, of Parker and Bobbi Hernandes of New Castle, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Tammy, and a nephew, Cody Wiles

Mrs. Williams was born in Bradys Bend Twp., Armstrong County, on January 19, 1923 to the late William B. and Mary I. Early McGarvey.
She was a 1941 graduate of Fairview Twp. Karns City High School, and in her earlier years she had been employed as a Clerk in the Foundry Office at Pullman Standard. She also worked in the cafeteria of Fairview Township Karns City School. She later retired from Bobbie Brooks. She was a longtime, active member of the Karns City United Methodist Church, and was a member of the Sawyer Bible Class and attended the Who Do Sunday School Class, and earlier taught Sunday School. She loved spending time with her sisters and was an avid sports fan who, along with her sister, Alda Edwards and niece, Maxine McElravy, were well-known loyal fans at many Karns City athletic events. Hattie always put others first and was a selfless giving person, always complementing everyone. Everyone loved her. She enjoyed going to Church and was a true servant of the Lord all of her life, always sharing her faith with others. She truly knew her Bible and could recite the 91st Psalm by heart, along with a lot of other scriptures. She was also known as a wonderful pie baker.
She was married to Jack C. Williams on June 18, 1946. He preceded her in death on June 19, 1990. Surviving are two daughters, Nancy K. Williams of Karns City and Jacquelyn L. Williams of California, as well as a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Madge L. Bowser, Eleanor B. Hazlett, Sarah M. Shaffer, and Alda Edwards, and three brothers, William, Delmar, and Stanley McGarvey.

Bill was born on the family farm in West Sunbury on January 7, 1939.  He was the son of the late Richard J. and Viletta V. Stamm Campbell. He was a 1957 graduate of Concord Twp. High School in Hooker.  Bill served four years in the United States Air Force and was stationed in both Guam and Alaska.  First and foremost, Bill was a devoted family man.  He was an avid fly fisherman and a Pirate baseball fan.  He enjoyed golfing, attending pro tennis matches with his daughter, tinkering around the house, and fixing things.   Bill loved dancing, music and traveling with his wife.   In his earlier years, he had been employed at Armco in Butler.  He was later employed by United Telephone and Sprint and retired as a telecommunications engineer in 1997.  The Campbells attended Scrubgrass Stone Church in Emlenton
He is survived by his wife, Carole J. Rhodes Campbell, whom he married in Sacramento, CA on November 13, 1965.  Also surviving are two daughters, Kelly A. Campbell and her significant other, Kris Abrams, of Albuquerque, NM and Jennifer J. Campbell Capparelli and her husband, Louis, of Columbus, OH; a sister, Vera Edinboro and her husband, Leslie, of West Sunbury; a sister-in-law, Jan M. Rhodes of San Francisco, CA, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.
The family would like to thank the staff at New Haven Court and Amedisys Hospice for their exceptional care.

Hazel had attended Faith Community United Methodist in Bruin.  She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star in Parker and the Bruin Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.  She was well-known for being very patriotic. Hazel enjoyed playing bingo, cooking, and had been employed for many years at Miller’s Restaurant in Karns City.
Hazel was married to Arthur P. Slaughenhoupt on December 3, 1968 in Knox.  Mr. Slaughenhoupt proceeded her in death on September 25, 2004.
Surviving are three daughters, Julie Slaughenhoupt of Lancaster, Judy Brown and her husband, Derek, of Butler, and Jessicca Noblit and her husband, Gary, of Wrightsville; her son, with whom she resided, James A “J.A.”  Slaughenhoupt of Bruin; two grandchildren, Eva Madeline Brown and Alexander Pierce Brown of Butler; a sister, Fern Bigley of Knox, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Barbara was married to James A. Brown on May 20, 1952 at the Memorial Church of Our Father Episcopal in Foxburg.  Mr. Brown preceded her in death on August 3, 2020.
In her earlier years, Barb was employed at W.A. Moyer Level Works in Parker as well as Rachel Lineman’s Flower Shop and Dean’s Flower Shop.
Barbara was a long time member of Martinsburg Church in Bruin.  She enjoyed flower gardening, the company of her grandchildren and family vacations.  She and her late husband enjoyed traveling for many years and had visited every state in the Union.
Surviving are three children, Laurie L. Mueller and husband, Carl, of Bruin, Sharon L. Brown of Bruin, and David J. Brown of Mount Pleasant; eighteen grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren; a brother, William “Bill” Shirey and his wife, Jeanne, of Emlenton, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jamie L. Bowser, whom she married in Karns City on November 8, 1997.  Mr. Bowser passed away on August 27, 2020.
Surviving are three children, Brittnee M. Derberry of East Brady, Joshua J. Snow of Fairview, and Lauren L. Bowser and her fiancé, Dylan Schlagel, of Bruin; her four grandkids, who were the love of her life, Landen, Arabella, Cayson, and Coleson; her brother, Bill Helzer of Butler; three sisters, Barbara Derberry of Pittsburgh, Renee Leitem and her husband, Glenn, of Chicora, and Dorothy Snow of Butler, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
