Alizabeth Ann Manning - September 24, 1993 - June 18, 2023

Departed: 06/18/2023 (Richmond)
Obituary Preview: Alizabeth Ann Manning, 29, Richmond, Missouri.
On Sunday, June 18, 2023, at 2:10 AM, Beth gave up her wheelchair and grew her wings to fly. She was born September 24, 1993, with Spina Bifida and was only expected to live two hours. But in true warrior fashion, she proved all the doctors wrong. She never let her physical disability hold her back and gave a smile to everyone she met. She had a heart of gold and was always looking out for others. Even in the last few weeks of her life she was asking about donating her organs because she wanted to help others. The only thing she could not share were her country music “boyfriends”. She loved country music more than anything else and her Cole Swindell/Trace Adkins autographs were her prized possessions. She loved her family and friends, playing tri-ominos, Uno, and looking up recipes on Pinterest. She was the best candy shaker in town and beat everyone in Wii bowling. Her laugh was infectious and her love boundless.
She will be dearly missed by her mom, Bobbi Sawyers, Bryan Strader, sisters Amanda (Jonathan) Robinson, Shayna (Bailey) Busse, brother Chris (Paige) Herndon, Bobbie Strader, uncle Brad (Val) Herndon, uncle Jack (Kim) Herndon, aunt Sandy and Troy, grandpa Jim Collins, and niece Davina Herndon.
She was met in heaven by granny Susan Collins, grandpa Jack Herndon, a niece and a cousin.
A visitation will be held Friday, June 30, 2023 from 1-2 PM, followed by a memorial service at Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Richmond, 9502 Leathers Road, Richmond, Missouri 64085.
