It was well known for having excellent homemade candy and ice cream and it was featured in articles in Pittsburgh Magazine and the Pittsburgh Press and Post Gazette. Rege was very proud of the almost 70 year old business and all of the wonderful memories that it provided for the people of Pittsburgh. Services and entombment are private.
