Bill served in the Army National Guard as a Military Police Officer. He was very fond of Cadillacs and Motorcycles. As a skilled machinist, Bill proudly produced parts that can be found on aircraft, nuclear weapons, and the Voyager Spacecraft. Sadly, after the day Richard held him, they would not meet again in this world. May they enjoy their reunion in the company of the Lord. However, Bill got to know Frances Pecha (wife of Richard) and half-siblings Deborah, Anthony, and Charles of Cleveland. They stated that Bill’s resemblance to Richard was uncanny, and that they both shared a fondness of Cadillacs. Bill was also able to build a relationship with maternal half-sibling Brad Allen Tidik.
