Surviving are her children, Becky (Philip) Valentine of Campton, Kentucky, Angela Mosley of Garrison, Kentucky, Timmy Plank of Tollesboro, Kentucky, Brandi (Matthew) Stone of Lexington, Kentucky, Roger (Lashanda) Mosley of Garrison, Kentucky, Stephanie (Kenneth) Flinders of Vanceburg, Kentucky, Michelle (Ricky)Roe of Firebrick, Kentucky.
Grand children, Waylon, Christopher, Austin (Briana), T. Drew (Isabella), Sierra (Hanford), Sebastian (Jayda), Lexus (Nick) Laken ( Dalton) Kylie, Mariah, Brooklyn, Nathan, Irelyn (Braxton), Javen, Nakota, Gatlin, Levi (Mary), Ashlyn (Mark) and Evan.
Great-grandchildren, Aubrey, Chancellor, Brentlee, Dailee, Sophie, Hunter, Everleigh, Kashus, Wesson, Ensley, Stormi, Paislee, Raedynn, Xavian, Kymbrii, Ryatt and Grayson.
She was one of Jehovahs Witness and was baptized June 2007. She was a member of Carpenters Local #698 out of Cincinnati Ohio.
Preceded in death by two sisters, Lisa Davis, Tammy Jo Horsley, and one brother, Mick Mull; surviving siblings, Deb, Howard (Tracy), Doug, Greg (Sandra), Justin, Susan, Jake, Troy, Tyler, and Jessica.
Roxanne was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose love knew no bounds. She cherished her family above all else, finding joy in the laughter of her children, the warmth of her grandchildren, and the precious moments shared with her great-grandchildren.
Her unwavering faith in God, was the cornerstone of her life, guiding her with strength and grace through every triumph and challenge. She found solace and inspiration in her spiritual journey, and her love for God radiated in every aspect of her life.
Beyond her family and faith, Roxanne found immense pleasure in tending to her garden. The earth seemed to come alive under her nurturing touch, blooming with vibrant colors and lush greenery. Her garden was not just a hobby, it was a sanctuary where she found peace and tranquility amidst the beauty of nature.
Her legacy of love, faith, and passion for gardening will continue to inspire all who knew her. Though she may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the hearts of those who were touched by her kindness, her wisdom, and her unwavering love. “I lived, I learned, I loved to the end!

He was born Thursday, July 13, 1939, in Munfordville, Kentucky, a son of the late Joseph and Dorthea Kerr Fannin.
Joseph was a member of Garrison United Methodist Church and a member of Iron Workers Local 769. He enjoyed working puzzels, model ships, watching Lewis County Sports and spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 42 years, Georgene Hickle Fannin and one daughter, Crystal Fannin.
He is survived by four sons, Joseph Fannin III of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, John Fannin of Portsmouth, Ohio, Matt (Angie) Yates, James (Jackie) Fannin all of Vanceburg, Kentucky; one daughter, Rebecca (Steve) Clark of Qunicy, Kentucky; 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; four sisters, Sue Davis of St. Petersburg, Florida, Holly Fannin of Garrison, Kentucky, Tracy (Tony) Porstmouth, Ohio. Missy Woloschek of Wheelersburg, Ohio; one brother-in-law, Roger Hickle of Garrison, Kentucky, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, March 30, 2024, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services, 103 Dudley Avenue, Garrison, Kentucky, with Brother Tim Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in the Waring Cemetery in Garrison, Kentucky.

She was born November 30, 1949, in Carter County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Ernest and Beulah Johnson Lowe.
Pam was of the Baptist Faith and was a retired employee of Lewis County Board of Education.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 32 years, Lonnie Wright Sr. Also, welcoming her to her heavenly home are her two sons, Timothy Wright and Barry Wright.
Pam is survived by two sons, Lonnie (Mary) Wright Jr. of Wallingford, Kentucky, Bryan (Amy) Wright of Vanceburg, Kentucky; her companion of 16 years, Gary Barton of Maysville, Kentucky.
Left to celebrate her memory are her five grandchildren, Lacey (Jarrod) Lykins of Walton, Kentucky and Kelsey Wright of Vanceburg, Kentucky, Jonathan (Hannah) Wright of Lexington, Kentucky, Kelly (Seth) Fogelman of Mayslick, Kentucky and Seth Wright of Vanceburg, Kentucky; three great-grandchildren, and many nieces, and nephews, and special friends that will sadly miss her dearly.

She was born Friday, November 1, 1918, in Carter County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Albert Troy and Cynthia Baker Erwin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Glen Bruce Osborne, father of their three children and her second husband, James “Bill” Stallard; one son, Arnold Osborne; one granddaughter, Diane Adams; two great grandson’s, Jacob Tyler McCane and David Adams Jr.; five brothers, Walter Erwin, Sam Erwin, Troy Erwin, Lloyd Erwin and Frank Erwin and one sister, Ermel Parish.
Violet is survived by one daughter, Esther Burton of Portsmouth, Ohio, one son and daughter-in-law, Glen Eugene and Kathy Osborne of Garrison, Kentucky; two grandsons, David Adams and Jamie Burton, both of Portsmouth, Ohio; one granddaughter, Cindy and Steve McCane of Sumter, South Carolina; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; one extraordinary and special great grandson, Robert McGlone of Portsmouth, Ohio.
Violet was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Garrison, Kentucky.
Violet and her first husband, Glen, along with their children, worked many years on their farm, owned and operated the Kinney View Dairy Bar in Garrison, Kentucky.
Violet enjoyed making quilts, canning, cooking, and sewing, traveling to the Grand Ole Orpy where her late husband, Bill Stallard (Billy Starr), whom was a member and rang in the late 1940's. She enjoyed looking forward to the Erwin Family Reunion every year and her greatest joy was watching her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren grow.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Friday, March 22, 2024, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services, 103 Dudley Avenue, Garrison, Kentucky, with Sister Wilma Erwin officiating. Burial will follow in Waring Cemetery in Garrison. Friends may visit after 12 noon, Friday, March 22, 2024, at Globe Family Funeral in Garrison
until the service hour.
Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.

He was born Wednesday, August 26, 1936, in Lewis County, Kentucky, a son of the late Raymond and Della Gifford Collier.
Harold loved farming, gardening, and sharing the bounty with everyone. He never missed an opportunity to play with his grandkids and great grandkids. He was famous for his unique inventions that solved problems and made life more interesting. One of his famous lines when leaving was “See ya next trip!” Pappaw we will make sure to close the gate for you.
In addition to his parents, Harold was preceded in death by his loving wife of 54 years, Pauline Stapleton Collier; one daughter, Polly Ann Collier; one granddaughter, Amy Caseman; two brothers, Delbert Collier and Marshall Collier.
He is survived by two sons, Lonnie (Karin) Collier and Kirk Douglas (Alma) Collier; one daughter, Gaila (Ron) Brown all of Garrison, Kentucky; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four brothers, Raymond Collier, Paul Collier, Darrell Collier all of Garrison, Kentucky, Hershel Collier of Bellefonte, Kentucky; two sisters, Loretta Hall of Garrison, Kentucky and Beulah Jones of Knoxville, Tennessee, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.

Manneth Ray Collier - September 25, 1952 - December 08, 2023

Obituary Preview: Manneth Ray Collier, age 71, of Quincy KY, passed away December 8th 2023 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus OH after a brief illness.
Manneth was born at home near where the McDowell Creek enters the Kinniconick Creek in Garrison KY, on September 25, 1952, a son of the late Howard Bruce Collier Sr. and Shirley Naomi Foreman-Collier.
Manneth was of the Christian faith, and had always given of his time, talent, and treasures to help the churches throughout his life, Bivens Chapel as a child, Hilltop Tabernacle while raising his children & most recently The Bridge Church where his son Ben is the Pastor.
Manneth enjoyed babysitting grandkids and great grandchildren, playing his guitar, and hosting big dinners with family and friends at his home on Hackworth Hollow. He had kept a daily log of weather, daily accomplishments, and important happenings since 1973. He was proud of his years of hard work and buddies made at Detroit Steel Mill New Boston OH, Tram Construction Garrison, he later went on to work Piping Construction projects and ended his career as a proud retiree from United Association Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 248, where both his sons and grandson are members. He was very blessed with a host of great friends who helped him enjoy refinishing old equipment and rusty stuff from Wheelersburg flea market and Livingstons Recycling Center; plastic just wasn’t his thing. Most of all, Manneth loved to help his neighbors and community when there was a need, neighboring was easy for him.
Survivors include his wife Bonnie Marie Kirby-Collier of 49 years of marriage, two sons, Howard “Howie” Q Collier age 48 of Dummitt Ridge in Garrison, Benjamin D Collier age 47 (Leslie) of Dry Hollow in Garrison and one daughter, Mannetta Rae Collier-Howard age 41 (Jeremy) of Minford Ohio. One grandson, Skyle Braxton Collier age 24 (Shanda) w/children, Skye Kelly Collier age 4 & Raylan Boone Collier age 2. Two granddaughters, Bailey Howard age 19 & Brinley Howard age 13. Two sisters, Geraldine Collier-Thurman & Teresa Collier-Lewis both of Garrison and one brother, Charles “Charlie” Collier (Rhesa) of Willard KY. Nephews, Micah Lewis, Eric Kirby, Allan Collier, Shawn Dale Collier, Jason Collier and one niece, Amy Lewis-Collins, along with a host of great nephews, great nieces and his chosen kin who called him Papaw Manny and Uncle Manny. He also leaves many other extended family members, friends and neighbors who will sadly mourn his passing.
In addition to his parents, Manneth was preceded in death by two brothers, Howard Collier Jr. and Duane Collier.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel in Garrison, Kentucky, with Reverend Dusty Caseman and Brother Jerry Noble officiating. Followed by a graveside service, lead by Brother Travis Cooper at Skidmore Cemetery which is only about 200 ft from Manneth’s birthplace.

She was born December 22, 1969, in Portsmouth, Ohio a daughter of Betty Evans McGlone of Vanceburg, Kentucky and the late Nathan McGlone.
Kim was an avid reader and loved to read and listen to books. She was a master of English and English Literature, a lover of the classics, such as Shakespeare, but also, contemporary authors, such as Stephen King. She adored her students and teaching was her passion and was a refuge for the students who others overlooked. Her strong work ethic and nurturing spirit, she learned from her mom. Her captivating smile and laugh came from her father. Kim was a devoted wife to her husband, John whom she married April 14th, 1990. Their passion and love for one another was unwavering. She enjoyed “girl days’ at the nail salon with her girls and showering the grandchilden with gifts and love. She strived to make her family proud and she did just that, She leaves behind many family and friends who loved her including her inlaws who treasured her.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one sister, Kathy Elliott.
Kim is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, John Erwin; two daughters, Kayla (David) Tackett and Kasey (Jeff) Mulkey all of Garrison, Kentucky; five grandchilden, Kadie, Karrie, Kenzie, David and Abby; one sister, Phyllis Williams of Vanceburg, Kentucky; father and mother-in-law, Roger and Wilma Erwin, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.
