Grandfather of Shaun, Sarah, Jonna (Sean Price, Sr.), Daniel and Alisha (Eric Martinez) Schottmiller of North Tonawanda, New York. Great-grandfather to Sean Jr. Jackson, Layla, Evelyn, Amara, Raya. He will be missed by a good family friend, Carolyn Wozniak (Bobby).
Ernest attended Cuba Central School where he was on the football and basketball teams. Served in the Army from July 1946 to May 1949 and was in Korea for 2 years. He was an active member of First Baptist Church of North Tonawanda for 56 years, was an usher for 43 years, worked in Sunday School for more than 15 years and now is an active member of Shalom Baptist Church of North Tonawanda, New York. Worked as a machinist for 22 years and as a machine shop inspector for 19 years. Retired in 1991 and enjoyed perch fishing and raising vegetable gardens every year.

Cherished grandmother of Dina (Darren) Havens, Jesse (Amy Ziehm) Beatty, Dustin (Brittany) Beatty, Shawna Beatty, Lucas Mullins, Zachary Mullins, and Robert (Becca) Hefferon, and great-grandmother of 10. Sister of Judy Meredith, Carol Martin, and the late Joan Loft, Mary Galus, and Bill Coldicott. Best friend to Cheri Koepsell. She will also be missed by many wonderful nieces and nephews. Audrey loved golfing, living in Florida with the many beautiful beaches, spending time with her family, knitting and cooking great meals.

Obituary Preview: Majewski, Gary F. (Sept. 10, 1952) of Tonawanda, New York. Gary passed away on April 25, 2024, after a period of declining health. He is survived by his wife, Miriam Moldenhauer-Majewski; and was pre-deceased by his mother, Sally Majewski, and stepfather, Henry Majewski.
Gary served in the United States Air Force and Reserves. Gary was employed at the University of Buffalo for nearly 40 years, ending his career in the Civil Engineering Department. He enjoyed teaching labs, and being advisor to the concrete canoe competition team. Gary was a videographer for the University of Buffalo’s football team for 21 years. Gary was an avid sports fan, he played softball for decades, and also was a very good bowler. He was an enthusiastic supporter of the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, and the New York Yankees. Gary had a green thumb often with a flourishing garden, and a very good chef. He enjoyed cooking for the Moldenhauer family during their family gatherings, and also his church family, where he is most famous for his Reuben sandwiches.

Barbara had many names from friends and relatives whose lives she touched. These include; Barb, Grammy, Babs, Aunt B, B, “Sissi” and many others. Barbara dedicated her entire life to helping everyone around her. Her family always came first and she did whatever it took to keep them together, selflessly. Barbara loved baking and cooking for her family, there was always plenty of food to go around and still somehow, there were plenty of leftovers too! She would invite her family over often to share in the great food and laughter and to remind them of what is so important in life, love and family. Barbara learned to make pierogies from her mother and she made sure to pass the tradition down to her beloved daughter and granddaughters. She also loved taking care of her plants, gardening, trips to the casino and trees full of lottery scratch offs!
Barbara was predeceased by her parents Peter and Mary Kaizer; sisters Jean Piorkowski, Joan Kaizer; and brother Edward Kaizer.
Barb is survived by her loving husband of nearly 60 years James Krull; children, James (Laurie) Krull, Andrew (Suzanne) Krull, Nathan (JoAnn) Krull and Susan (Michael) Vester; siblings, Peter (Thea) Kaizer and Mary (Jeffrey) Sepp; and nine wonderful grandchildren; Benjamin, Alex, Jonah, Adam (Kailan), Natalie (James), Jenna (Daniel), Jessa, Caley and Penny.

Meyers; Dear sister of Daniel (Michele) Dzikoski; Laurie (Norman) Simon, and the late John (Pamela) Dzikoski; She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and loved ones. She is cherished by the many kids she babysat and adored them as adults.
We fondly remember the fun she had on the golf course with Mel and the smell of freshly baked treats while walking into their home. She was the Thanksgiving matriarch of the family, never forgot a birthday and had a sweet tooth until the very end. She was a very special person to everyone.

Obituary Preview: Raymond Augustus Schwab, age 91, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2024, at the VA Hospital Willow Lodge, in Buffalo, New York. Ray was born on February 14, 1933, in Sheldon, New York, to the late Augustus M. and Anna R. Crahan Schwab. Brother to 12 siblings, Ray grew up in Warsaw, New York. A proud veteran of the US Air Force, Ray served in the Korean War and was stationed in Korea, Cheyenne Wyoming, and Spokane Washington. It was while stationed in Cheyenne that Ray met and married the love of his life, Mary Nadine Martinez, who together celebrated 68 years of marriage. After leaving the service,
Ray began a career in sales, joining Nabisco, where he was employed as a Sales Representative for over 35 years until his retirement. Ray's passion was his family. He always had a twinkle in his eye and loved spending time with family members, one on one and get-togethers of any kind, small or large. A supportive and caring father, with kind words and a helping hand, he was always present for his children. Ray was a great dancer and lover of music and will be remembered for his sense of humor and love of life. Ray enjoyed being with people, and people enjoyed being with Ray. Ray was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Cecilia R. Lyons, Margaret M. Preen, John F. Schwab, Teresa L. Berger, Robert J. Schwab, Marie G. Schwab, Eleanor F. Busch, Irene A. Staggers for over 50 years and a loving mother to Linda Gramza, Daniel (Debbie) Staggers, Dawn Staggers (deceased), Joy (David) Staggers-Deberny and James (Michelle) Staggers and grandmother to their children.
Dorothy was a talented watercolor artist and china painter. Her “Christ’s Passion” watercolor paintings are hung in St. Paul’s church throughout the Lenten season. She was active in church ministries, volunteering in the community and was part of medical mission teams to Africa, Siberia, Myanmar and El Salvator. Her main careers included being a hair stylist, medical assistant, medical coder, and biller. She was part of the work force until she was 80 years old.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, February 2, 2024, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 453 Old Falls Blvd in North Tonawanda.
