Obituary Preview: Seleena Marian Murray, age 25, of Coshocton passed away Thursday, April 4, 2024.  She was born February 25, 1999 in Coshocton to the late Billy Bob Murray and Linda (Cox) Murray.
Seleena was a 2017 graduate of Coshocton High School.  She was a cook at Sorrells On The Square in Coshocton.
Services will be held 3:00 P.M. Saturday, April 13, 2024 at the Free Funeral Home in Coshocton with Pastor Steve Young officiating.  Calling hours will be two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
In addition to her mother, Seleena is survived by her son Justin Miller; three sisters, Jodi McNichols of Coshocton, Rikki Cox of Coshocton, Alicia Strange of Dayton; two brothers, Michael Lyons of Coshocton and Billy Bob Murray, Jr. of Coshocton; grandmother Kay Cox of Coshocton; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she was predeceased by two sisters, Katrina Cox and Lindsay Barr; Grandma and Grandfather Murray; grandfather Richard Cox; great grandparents Charles and Betty Cox; niece Kaylee McNichols.

Rebecca A. LaRue - October 30, 1967 - March 06, 2024

Obituary Preview: Rebecca A. LaRue age 56 of Coshocton, Ohio passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at her home, surrounded by loved ones, after fighting cancer for many years.
Rebecca was born October 30, 1967 in Coshocton, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Delbert Larue Sr.  and the late Betty (Richard) Bachman.  She has been with her partner June Conley for over 20 years.  They have been foster parents to many children.  She worked at the Beer Dock for 13 years.  She enjoyed camping, fishing and hiking with her family.
Surviving in addition to her partner, are two sons James Murray and Richard Lyons; three sisters Christy (Chad)Bible, Robin Andrews, Racheal (Kyle) West of Columbus; one brother David (Heather) Sanders of Oklahoma; seven grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother Delbert LaRue II.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Obituary Preview: Lewis Foy West, 90, of Fresno, OH.  An Air Force Captain Veteran, retired chemist and businessman died February 2, 2024 at Cleveland Clinic following a short illness.
He was born March 28, 1933 in Coshocton, OH, son of the late Lewis and Ruth (Decker) West.  Survived by one son, Nathan West of Catalina, CA, one granddaughter, Leanda (Chris) Hall, of Saginaw, MI, two great granddaughters, Brittini (Alex) Webb and Grace Hall, 2 great grandsons Austin and James Hall, one great great grandson Kaison Webb all of Saginaw, MI, two sisters-in-law Ruth West of Sandusky, OH, Becky Erman Tanner of Texas, numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews, and great great, great nieces and nephews and a long-time friend, Christine Angelica.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Ermin West of 56 years, one daughter, Denise West, and one grandson Andrew, one sister Jane (West)Baker, one brother John West, brothers in law Mark Erman, Glenn Baker, Cliff Tanner and a niece and a nephew.
Grave side services will be held Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 1:00 pm at South Lawn Cemetery in Coshocton, OH.

She was the daughter of Myron and Cora Leindecker of Fresno.
Maxine was an educator for over 30 years in the Ridgewood School District. She was a charter member of the Fresno Bible Church. She was a member of the educator sorority of Delta Kappa Gamma, and a part of the Junior Guild of West Lafayette.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 59 years, Thomas Geese; brother, Garry Leindecker; sister, Mary Ellen Wyler and grandson, Adam Wartian.
She is survived by her son, Craig (Debi) Geese; daughter, Carol (John) Wartian; grandson, Tyler Geese; granddaughters, Shea (Greg) Bahmer and Rachel (Zane) Austin; great-grandchildren, Kade Geese and Lucy, Grayson and Marley Bahmer; brother, Larry (Sally) Leindecker along with nieces, nephews and friends.

Obituary Preview: Wanda Wright, age 94, of Coshocton passed away Sunday, January 14, 2024.  She was born July 19, 1929 in Coshocton to Harry Edward and Goldie B. (Jones) Holder.
After working many years at Edmont Manufacturing Company sewing gloves, Wanda retired in 1966.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by three brothers, George W. Holder, Burvil E. Holder and Edward J. Holder; and three beloved pet dogs.
She will be missed by her friend and care giver Jody Bucklew.
Per her wishes, Wanda will be cremated and burial will be at Canal Lewisville Cemetery.

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, December 28, 2023 at the Free Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Granger officiating. Burial will follow at South Lawn Cemetery in Coshocton. Friends may call 6-8 P.M. Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at the funeral home.
Betty was born April 28,1929 in Coshocton, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Henry M. and Clara L. (Webb) Smith. She enjoyed cooking and had many cookbooks that she collected. She worked 28 years at the Coshocton County Memorial Hospital as a nurses’ assistant. She retired in June of 1996.
She married Carl Wolheter January 17, 1951 who preceded her in death April 28, 1958. She later married Raymond Milligan who is also deceased.
She is survived by two daughters, Carol Booth of Coshocton and Marjorie (Jerry) Webb of Canton, Ohio; three sons, Larry D. (Joy) Wohlheter of Cambridge, Ohio, Rodney E. Wohlheter of Coshocton and Dennis W. (Peggy) Wohlheter of Coshocton; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

He is survived by three children, Jason (Rachel) Mills of West Lafayette, Ohio, Norman (Kari) Horstmann of Urhichsville, Ohio and Chris (Christina) Horstmann of Coshocton, Ohio; nine grandchildren, Khloe, Zariah and Serenity Mills, Karson, Carter and Conner Horstmann, Avery, Christian and Adrien Horstmann; one sister, Marcie (Jim) Naylor of Cleveland, Ohio; two brothers, John (Jomy) Robles of Virginia, Angleo (Carmen) Robles of Indianapolis, 8thIndiana.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara (Justice) Robles.
There will be a Celebration of Life Held at a future date.

Obituary Preview: Ronald Dean Billman, age 83, of Echoing Hills, Warsaw, Ohio died Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at The Morrison House, Zanesville, Ohio.
Born May 17, 1940 at Coshocton, he was the son of the late James Lewis and Anna Gertrude (Glazier) Billman.
He previously worked at Hopewell Industries.  While there he worked for Baker’s IGA, was on the basketball team and did piecework.  At Echoing Hills, he enjoyed doing arts and crafts, playing solitaire and slot machines on his tablet.  He would go on an annual trip on his birthday to Wheeling, WV to do some gambling.
Surviving is one brother, Donald E. Billman of Coshocton; several nieces and nephews; several great and great great nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, James Lewis Billman, Jr. and Robert Lee Billman; two sisters, Beverly Jean Mobley and Patricia Ann Hughes.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, November 16, 2023 at Free Funeral Home with Rev. Donis Meek officiating. Burial will follow at Prairie Chapel Cemetery. Calling hours will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memoriums may be made to either Echoing Hills or Genesis Hospice Care.  Envelopes are available at the funeral home.

Obituary Preview: Charlotte Banks, 81, of Fresno passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023 at home following an extended illness.
Charlotte was born July 11, 1942 in Coshocton, Ohio and was the daughter of John R. and Elsie (Moore) Banks.  She went to Keene High School through 11th grade and later got her GED at JVS.  She was the manager of the D&K Store; she received her real estate license from the College of Dayton and was a licensed realtor for 13 years. She also was personnel manager and department manager at Walmart for 15 years before retiring.
Charlotte enjoyed quilting and oil and acrylic painting.
Surviving is a niece April (Thomas) Baldwin of Conesville; several other nephews,  nieces,  great nephews and nieces,  and great great nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents; six siblings, John J. Banks, Rosemary Scheetz, Pansy VanValien, Charles R. Banks, James H. Banks and Robert A. Banks.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, November 6, 2023 at Franklin Cemetery.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.

Obituary Preview: Julius Dean Pahoundis, age 60, of Zanesville passed away at Genesis Hospital on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 with pneumonia. Julius was born in Coshocton, Ohio on February 11, 1963 to the late John Daniel Pahoundis, Sr. and Betty Lou Lane Pahoundis.  He moved to Coshocton from Pearl, Ohio in 2004. He worked with the horses on his parents’ thoroughbred horse farm and enjoyed working on anything broken and vehicles.  Julius’s favorite pastimes were gardening, watching the history channel, fishing, listening to music and playing Bingo. Julius is survived by his brothers John D. (Jacinda) Pahoundis II of Conesville, James D. Pahoundis and Joseph D. Pahoundis, Sr. of Walhonding; and sisters Cynthia (Frederick) Rodgers of Dresden, Mary Louise (Jeff) Laird and Teresa (Kelly) Barker of Utah;  several aunts and uncles including Raymond Odell Lane of Zanesville, Herbert Lane of Coshocton and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends at Abbot Senior Living that are too numerous to mention.
Along with his parents, Julius was preceded in death by his oldest sister Debbie Lou Beamer (2023) and his youngest sister Elizabeth Joanne Meckley (2002) and his brothers Jeffrey Dee Pahoundis, Sr. (2023) and Jerry D. Cook Pahoundis (2011) and grand nephew Daniel Ray Pahoundis (2002) Free Funeral Home is assisting the family. A private family gravesite gathering will be held at the Fairview Cemetery in Fresno, Ohio on Monday, September 18, 2023 at 2:00 pm with burial immediately following.  Donations may be made Second Stride a 501(C)(3) Not for Profit organization for retired thoroughbred racehorses on their website at secondstride.org or to non-profit Abbot Senior Living on their website at https://www.abbotseniorliving.com.

Obituary Preview: Laurella F. Billman, age 81, of Coshocton, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at the Morrison House in Zanesville, Ohio after a short illness.  She was born January 30, 1942 to the late Frank and Lura (Laflin) Saylor.
Laurella was an avid camper and crafter. She would make crafts for those at the campsite while she was camping and also took orders for more.  She enjoyed traveling to different craft shows across the country.  She loved her vacations on the beach with her husband and daughter.  She also was in charge of the Coshocton Music Boosters Food Stand for many years.
June 21, 1961, Laurella married Donald E. Billman who survives.  She is also survived by one daughter, Angela Pickrell of Coshocton.
She was preceded in death by a sister Juanita; a half-sister Helen; two half-brothers, Dave and Charles; a son-in-law James Pickrell.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Monday, August 28, 2023 at the Free Funeral Home, Coshocton with Rev. Donnis Meek officiating.  Burial will follow at South Lawn Cemetery.  Calling hours will be held from 12:00 Noon until time of service on Monday.

Obituary Preview: Basil Leroy Lanham Sr., age 77, of Coshocton passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus.  He was born July 12,1946 in Clark, Ohio to the late Basil Clinton and Maggie (Duff) Lanham.
Basil served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.  He was a member of the Coshocton Fraternal Order of Eagles 761.  He also enjoyed playing softball, pool, racing homing pigeons and woodworking.
Basil is survived by seven children, John (Shelley) Duff of Coshocton, Bernice Ryan of Coshocton, Basil Leroy (Lisa) Lanham Jr. of Coshocton, Joan Dingman of Texas, Chucky (Sheri) Duff of Florida, Basil Leroy (Tabby) Lanham III of West Lafayette and James Shryock of Coshocton; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Monday, August 21, 2023 at The Free Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Cutshall officiating.  Burial will follow at Union Cemetery where the Coshocton County Veterans Council will be performing military honors. Tammy was born April 2, 1962 in Millersburg, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late John Smailes.  She married Robert Shearn August 10, 1991.  Tammy was a homemaker and enjoyed watching cooking shows and cooking for her family and friends.
In addition to her husband Robert, she is survived by two daughters, Carrie Shearn of Coshocton and Catie (Michael) Hatfield of West Lafayette; three grandchildren, Dominik, Emily and Holden.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Smailes; a daughter Cassidy Smailes; and her aunt Jean Smailes who helped raise her.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday, July 7, 2023 at the Free Funeral Home, Coshocton.  Burial will follow at Franklin Cemetery.  Calling hours will be two hours prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.

Obituary Preview: Larry C. Stephens, age 73, of Dresden passed away peacefully, Monday, June 19, 2023 at his home, surrounded by his loving family.
Larry was born January 9, 1950 in Zanesville, Ohio.  He was the son of the late Chester Stephens and Millie Stephens Jonston.
Larry was retired from Timber Cutting and his truck driving business.  He enjoyed fishing, boating, camping and watching Westerns.
His is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Mary (Haakinson) Stephens; two boys, Terry Stephens of Coshocton and Barry (Valerie) Stephens of Dresden; six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren; siblings, Edward Stephens, Judy Wilson, Gary Stephens and Michelle Stephens.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Barbara Wagar.
There will be no services per Larry’s wishes.  A private burial will take place at a later date.

Joyce J Bachelder - Unknown - June 02, 2023

Obituary Preview: Joyce J. Bachelder of Coshocton passed away June 2, 2023.  Joyce and Lester were married 71 years.  They had 3 children, 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Joyce was a very caring, loving and nurturing person.  She was involved in many church projects and activities.  She supported the community of Coshocton by being a board member of multiple service organizations and volunteering.  Joyce was a proud volunteer for Hospice of Coshocton for over 35 years.
Joyce was employed by Dr. Johnson & Dr. Wright/Family Physicians for over 30 years.  She immensely enjoyed her job and it is proof of the care she gave as people still mention her and relay to her family how much they appreciated her kindness and gentle care even after all of this time.
She will be greatly missed but joyfully received by all her family and friends in heaven.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
A heartfelt thanks to Crossroads Hospice for their excellent care of Mom and us.  Also, thank you to Claymont Health and Rehab Center for the excellent care of Joyce in her final months.

Debbie was born in Akron, Ohio on March 16, 1958 to the late John Daniel Pahoundis, Sr. and Betty Lou Lane Pahoundis.  She moved to Coshocton from Pearl, Ohio in 2004. After graduating from Ridgewood High School in 1977, she attended Zane State and earned an associate degree in gerontology at Franklin University.  She was a cosmetics beauty adviser at Elder-beerman. She had also worked in the activities department at Baltic Country Manor nursing home and The Vision Center in Columbus. She loved animals and helped care for the horses on the family’s thoroughbred horse farm. Debbie’s favorite pastimes were breeding Shih-Tzu and caring for Sheba, Sara, Peanut and Baby, sewing, spending time with family, and listening to music. Debbie is survived by her step-sons Lennie Beamer Bigler and Terry Beamer Bigler, brothers John D. (Jacinda) Pahoundis II of Conesville,  James and Joseph Pahoundis, Sr. of Walhonding,  Julius of Zanesville, and sisters  Cynthia (Frederick) Rodgers of Dresden, Mary (Jeff) Laird and Teresa (Kelly) Barker of Utah, sister-in-law Cari Cook Pahoundis of Grove City;  Her aunts Grace E. Peel of Utah, Nellie Marie (Wendell) Archer of Nashville, TN; Carol Sue Brown and uncles “Wimpy” Vinson of Akron, Raymond Odell Lane of Zanesville, Herbert Lane of Coshocton; her nephews/nieces  John “Daniel” Pahoundis II , Jocaesta, Julianna, Jarrett, Joseph, Jr.,  Jaydee Pahoundis; Michael Starner and Andy Parks of Coshocton County; Jeffrey Dee Pahoundis Jr. of Ravenna; Avery Baughman Pahoundis of Utica; Stephanie Rodgers of Brooklyn, NY, Emily and Samantha Rodgers of Columbus; Tyler, Brian and Derek Anderson, Tyson and Desiree Barker of Utah, Brett Meckley of Indiana and Chance (Kristen) Meckley of Coshocton; Carolyn Garrison of Alliance;  Betty Lou Cook Pahoundis of Grove City, great nieces/nephews Haley and Paitin Pahoundis, Eleanor and Sabastian Meckley of Coshocton,  and other relatives/friends including Stephen Jebb McKee, Herbie Dale Turner, Christina Howell and Zane Turner of Coshocton , Janet Kreis Pahoundis, Danny L. Born November 27, 1960 in Newark, Tara was lovingly adopted upon her birth by the late William F. and Joyce A. (Schlegel) Smith.
Tara was a proud graduate of Lakewood High School and Central Ohio Technical College. She worked for many years at Park National Bank and Barrett Legal Group. Those with whom she worked will never forget her loyalty and team spirit and her incomparable dedication to doing things the right way. Tara enjoyed home improvement projects, gardening, feeding the birds and squirrels, and solving puzzles of all kinds.
Tara will be very sorely missed by Thomas H. Barrett of Newark and by her beloved cat Cali, both of whom will now have to somehow make their way in this world without the best friend they ever had.
In addition to her parents, Tara was preceded in death by her uncle, Kenneth P. Schlegel of Coshocton, and by Spazz, another beloved cat.

Virginia "Ginny" Alene Free - May 19, 1935 - May 06, 2023

Obituary Preview: Virginia “Ginny” Alene (McMillion) Free, 87, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 6, 2023 from her home after a few years of declining health.
She was born May 19, 1935 in Jefferson, Ohio to the late Hubert and Marjorie (Havens) McMillion. She was a 1953 graduate of Jefferson High School.
She married Kenneth “Ken” Ivan Free on October 2, 1954, and continued their union in Christ for the next 68 years until her death.
Ken and Ginny were founding members of Faith Baptist Church in Perry, Ohio. As an accomplished pianist, Ginny was the pianist at Faith Baptist Church in Perry, Faith Baptist Church in Kettering, Ohio, Coshocton Baptist Temple and Victory Baptist Church in Coshocton.  In addition, she taught many children over the years how to play the piano.  She loved old hymns and Southern Gospel music, which brought her comfort until her death.
Ginny worked in her younger years as a secretary at Union Carbide near Ashtabula and the Cellarius & Hilmer architectural firm in Cincinnati.
In 1969, Ken and Ginny moved to Coshocton after purchasing the former Gibson Funeral Home. She worked beside her husband for the next 50 years until her retirement.  During this time, they served the Coshocton community by providing funeral service, ambulance service until 1974 while gaining her certification as an EMT and CPR instructor,and started what is now Free’s Medical to provide medical equipment and supplies.  Ginny will be most remembered for the service, support and care provided to grieving families.
Ginny also served the community in the Pink Ladies of the Coshocton County Memorial Hospital and was active in the Coshocton Chapters of the YWCA, WCTU, and American Heart Association. On January 24, 1983, she was awarded the Service to Mankind Award by the Coshocton Area Sertoma Club.
In addition to her husband Ken, Ginny is survived by her sons, Scott (Carmelita) Free of Jackson Heights, NY and Todd (Holly) Free of New Philadelphia; six grandchildren, Austin (Tiffany) Free of Astoria, NY, Julia Free of Auch, France, Meredith (Wesley) Tenney-Free of Princeton, NJ, Aaron Free of Westerville, Drs. Brandon (Taylor) Free of Cuyahoga Falls, and Cameron (Stephanie) Free of Stow.
In addition to her parents Hubert and Marjorie McMillion, she was preceded in death by her sister Doris (Wallace) Throop and her brother Pfc. Charles McMillion, who was killed in the Vietnam War in 1969.
Friends may call at the Free Funeral Home, 788 S. Second Street, Coshocton, Ohio on Friday, May 12, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.  Funeral services will be held at the First Baptist Church of Jefferson, 85 W Jefferson St, Jefferson, Ohio on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 1:00 PM with calling hours one hour prior to the service at the church. Pastor Don Snow and Pastor Rick Havens will officiate and burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery in Jefferson.

Jeffrey was born in Coshocton, Ohio on September 17, 1964 to the late John Daniel Pahoundis, Sr. and Betty Lou Lane Pahoundis.  He moved to Coshocton from Pearl, Ohio in 2004. He was a mechanic and worked on his parents’ thoroughbred horse farm, repaired tractors and equipment and later with his brothers at Walhonding Recycling. He had also worked in oil fields, and in Tennessee as a bondsman and as a sealcoater at Mid Ohio Sealcoating & Paving until he retired. Jeffrey’s favorite pastimes were spending time outdoors, fishing, mushroom hunting and listening to music. Jeffrey is survived by his son, Jeff Jr. of Ravenna, Ohio and former girlfriend Edith Hammons Sharke Bickel of Ravenna and her sons Curtis Hammons, Dale Sharke of Coshocton. Jeffrey was survived by his brothers John D. (Jacinda) Pahoundis II,  James and Joseph of Coshocton County; Julius of Zanesville, and sisters Debbie Beamer of Coshocton, Cynthia (Frederick) Rodgers of Dresden, Mary (Jeff) Laird and Teresa (Kelly) Barker of Utah; Sister-in-law Cari Cook Pahoundis; His aunts Grace E. Born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, he is the son of the late Olin and Letha (Jenkins) Lockhart.  Okey was a longtime resident of Coshocton County and enjoyed many outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, gardening and finding morels and ginseng.  He greatly enjoyed sitting outdoors at the family campsite.  He also was a former basket maker for the Longaberger Basket Company.
He is survived by three daughters, Dawn (Randy) Helmick of Walhonding, Ohio, Amanda (Robert) Chaney of High Springs, Florida and Alyssa Ellison of Louisa, Virginia; nine grandchildren, Chad (Casi) McCoy, Colt (Teagan) McCoy, Allison (Ryan) Reigle, Dylan Harsh, Noah Chaney, Soraya Chaney, Johnathin Myers, Douglas Ellison and Marilyn Ellison; four great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Rick Lockhart and Gary Lockhart.

Born August 22, 1926 in Donora, PA, she was the daughter of the late Anton and Lucia Zadernuk.
On September 3, 1977, she married Andrew J. Grisak who proceded her in death on January 16, 2000.
She was a graduate of Conesville High School, class of 1945 and the former Newark School of Nursing, Class of 1949.  She was employed at Coshocton Memorial Hospital for 35 years.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Daniel Zadenuk, Anton Zadenuk Jr. and Peter Zadenuk; two sisters, Sanka Wright and Sophie Hammond.
Surviving are nieces, Sophie (John) Walters of Coshocton; Mary (John) Howell of Coshocton; Katherine (Bill) Reed of Arizona; nephew, Charles (Diana) Wright of Coshocton; and some special friends, Marie, Joanne and Christina.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, April 13, 2023 at the Free Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Calkins officiating.  Burial will be in South Lawn Cemetery in Coshocton.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service Thursday at the funeral home.

Surviving family members include his dad Myron and Joyce Dellinger;  brothers and sisters Thomas (Terri) Dellinger, Christopher (Cheryl) Dellinger, Lindsay Fadorsen, Dave (Sally) Fadorsen, Tim (Michelle) Fadorsen, Chrissy (Brent) Marshall and Terie Rives; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and school friends Jim Ankrom and Dave Loshbough.
He was predeceased by his mom, Juanita Dellinger September 27, 1989; nephew Ryan M. Dellinger and many beloved pets.
There will be no services per Kyle’s wishes.
Memorial contributions in memory of Kyle, may be made to a local no-kill animal shelter or spay/neuter program of donor's choice.
