Obituary Preview: Funeral services for Tania Spaulding, age 70, of Skerry, will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024 at 1:00PM at Frary Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Higgins. Calling hours will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024 from 11:00AM up until the time of the service. Tania passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at Rochester General Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary Funeral Home, Malone. She is survived by her children, Ivon R. Fahnestock and his wife Sandra, of North Bangor and Rosina Spaulding and her companion William Dutton, of Montana. Her siblings, Cassandra Flick and her husband Robert, of Florida, Clayton Trimm and his wife Cecelia, of North Lawrence, and Chandler Trimm and his wife Cathy, of Tennessee. Four grandchildren, Madison, of St. Regis Falls, Megan, of North Bangor, Nash, of Malone; Nadine, of Georgia, and two step grandchildren; Daryn, of Plattsburgh, Dylan, of Plattsburgh. Seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents and husband, David SpauldingTania was born on November 18, 1953, in Malone, the daughter of the late Ivon Ray and Ada Belle (Fletcher) Trimm. She was a graduate from Northern Adirondack High School and continued her education later in life with her teacher’s asstant certification after finding her love for teaching. She married young to Garland Fahnestock which ended in divorce. She later married David Spaulding on September 5, 1987, at their family home in Brandon. He predeceased her on July 21, 2005. Tania worked as a Teacher’s Assistant at St. Regis Falls Central School for over 20 years. For at least two of those years, the school celebrated Mrs. Spaulding Day. The students were her true enjoyment.Tania had a love for her family that could not be measured. She would spend her time traveling to see family all over the country, as well as visit historical sites along the way. She also enjoyed shopping trips as well as sneaking ice cream into all of her adventures with all the family and friends locally. She truly was a shining star who brought love, smiles, and life to everyone she touched.

Obituary Preview: Funeral Services for Carol Ann LaPage Warner, age 80, of Malone, will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 5:30PM at Frary Funeral Home. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, from 3:30PM to 5:30PM. Carol passed away on March 5, 2024 at The Alice Center after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Arrangements are being made by Frary Funeral Home in Malone.Carol was born in Westville on May 11, 1943, the daughter of Ovilla and Marie Robinson LaPage. Carol was a high school graduate and received an associate degree in Licensed Practical Nursing. She was the co-owner and operator of Warner’s Family Corner Stand at the Franklin County Fair. She also worked for thirty years as a highway contract driver for the United States Postal Service along with catering and making cakes.Carol’s biggest enjoyment in her life was having Sunday dinner with her family and grandchildren. She enjoyed seeing all her customers at the Franklin County Fair as well as watching her family show horses, watching the Demolition Derby, watching her brothers harness racing, and supporting the 4-H program. She has many fond memories of all her customers on her mail route as well.Survivors include her husband, Donald whom she married on June 28, 1962, at Our lady of Fatima in Westville; her children, Kevin J. (Melissa) and Susan M. (Wayne) Recore, both of Malone; one brother, Lawrence (Darlene) Lapage; two sisters, Marie Robert and Myra (George) Campbell; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and her beloved dog, Pookie. She was predeceased by three brothers, Leo, William “Big D”, and Alton “Freckles” Lapage; and two sisters, Betty Henderson and Shirley Hebert.Memorial donations can be made to the 4-H Horse and Goat programs at Cornell Cooperative Extension, 355 W. She was predeceased by her husband, Paul Matthews in 2006; her brothers, Howard, Robert, William, Voris, and Richard; and a sister Mae Vincent.Pat was born on May 17, 1938, in Malone, NY, the daughter of the late Roy and Corrine La Francis Travers. She graduated high school in 1956 from St Joe’s and continued her education at St Rose College in Albany, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree. She first went to work as a teacher at St. Regis Falls School for a short time, then worked for 33 years as a probation officer, retiring from NY State Unified court system as the Family Court Clerk.She volunteered for the Malone Adult Center and the Meals on Wheels programs. She enjoyed outdoor activities including golfing, the company of her pets, and the continuous landscaping care of her property. Obituary Preview: Be Thi (Vu) Horner of Malone, New York, passed away at her home on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at the age of 82. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend. She had a kind and witty soul and would quickly charm new friends from strangers. Be will be forever loved and deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.Be grew up in An Tap, a small village in Vietnam near the South China Sea. She was a determined and adventurous young woman; teaching herself Kung-Fu when she was denied lessons, driving motorcycles and off-road vehicles against her mother’s wishes, only crashing once that we know of. She left school early, married young and gave birth to three daughters in Vietnam; Hien (Teri), Oanh Kim, and Lanh (Tina) before her first husband, Le Van Hoang, was lost to the war. Later, she met Donald Horner in Saigon. They were married in 1968 and she left for the United States with her daughters Hein (Teri) and Lanh (Tina) and her new husband.Growing up near the sea, Be developed a love of swimming whether it was in an ocean, a lake, a river or a pool. If she was given a chance, she would be in the water swimming. She also enjoyed gardening. She would plant vegetables and herbs whenever she had a patch of land or a pot and dirt to work with. Even when she lived in the city, she found a way to grow some of the herbs and peppers she liked to cook with. This brings us to her cooking. She was great at cooking and baking. It is true that most everyone loves their mom’s cooking, but honestly, she made the best Vietnamese dishes ever! She was adept at sewing, knitting and crocheting. She would often make things for her family and friends. Whether it was food or crocheted slippers, if she knew you liked something she would make a ton of it. Some may recall the year that she knitted a set of hats and mittens for nearly every cousin in the family for Christmas.Be was a strong, independent, woman. She grew up in a war-torn country, escaped with two of her children, travelled to the other side of the globe, and lived in a foreign land with no other family but her children, where she barely spoke the language. She lived in various cities/villages in Kentucky, Virginia and New York. After the divorce, having to raise her children alone, she found ways to thrive; took adult English classes, worked two jobs, and still made time to take her children to visit family and friends, the zoo, museums, or any cultural events she could find and get to. When her children grew up and had their own families, she would go on vacations and adventures with her children and grandchildren. How she loved to travel and visit.Be spent much of her life raising children; whether it was her own children, grandchildren, or friends and neighbors’ children. She loved babies and toddlers, and seemed to have an infinite amount of energy to devote to them. Throughout the years she would often babysit neighborhood children. She was sought after by many Vietnamese families in the United States to be a nanny for their young children. Not only because they trusted her but also because she would teach their children Vietnamese culture and was fluent in both English and Vietnamese languages.Be was a gifted conversationalist. She was often blunt when sharing her opinions. She enjoyed telling stories and she loved to give advice. She could sit for hours chit chatting with you on the phone or in person.Be is survived by her children: Teri (Gerald) Rego, Kim Oanh (Tam) Nguyen, Tina (Joseph) Harning, and Sameual Horner; her 11 grandchildren: Jennifer (Daniel) Dumas, Thul Nguyen, Jodi Brooks, Linh Nguyen, Eric (Kristina) Rego, Brooke (Joseph) Mancuso, Hieu Nguyen, Shawn Barndollar, Paige Horner, David Harning, and Jacob Harning; and her 8 great-grandchildren: Ethan Dumas, Alanna Dumas, Olivia Dumas, Peytinn Morter, Harper Mancuso, Zayne Rego, Sawyer Mancuso, and Zander Rego; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Canh Dinh Vu, mother An Thi (Nguyen) Vu, and sister Cam Thi Vu.The immediate family had a small private home gathering and will be having a private memorial this summer with family and close friends with the date and location to be determined.The family would like to thank the Frary Funeral Home of Malone for taking care of the cremation and all necessary arrangements with such care and dignity.

Obituary Preview: Anna Jean Langdon passed away unexpectedly at her home on Thursday, February 22nd, 2024. Anna was born in Malone, NY on May 14th, 1963, to Vernon and Elizabeth (Lawlor) Rowley. Anna was married to Bruce Langdon for 39 years. Together they had three children, Adrien, Darryl, and Martin.She is survived by her children, Adrien (Sean McGibbon) Langdon, Darryl Langdon, and Martin Langdon, and grandchildren, Wyatt, and Joseph Lamitie, Lukas and Devon Langdon, and Amelia Willette. She is also survived by her siblings, Greg (Pam) Rowley, Carla Berry, Mary (Fred Chilluffo) Mead, Lisa (Brick) Marshall, Beth (Terry) Bellinger, Donna Rowley, mother-in-law, Jeanie Langdon, sister-in-law Debbie (Donnie) Bell, and brothers-in-law, Barry, Tim, Kevin, and Michael. She was predeceased by her parents, and father-in-law, Kermit Langdon.Anna was the rock of her family and cared deeply about spending time with her children. She was someone you could talk to about anything, but her advice consisted of a no-nonsense attitude. Anyone close to her knew that she put everyone else before herself. She came across as a very hard individual but in reality, she had a heart that was larger than life. Anna achieved quite a reputation in our community for her culinary expertise, as well as for making and creating many friendships and memories along the way. A former coworker of Anna’s shared this about her “She was an impossibly strong woman who instilled many of her values on us and helped us become the people we are today. With the sometimes-hard lessons she taught, the forefront being, we are all just trying to figure it out and nobody has any right to judge you on any of your mistakes.”Anna enjoyed her cold beer and a good party, and we know she and her mother, Betty Lou, are enjoying a gin martini together once again. Anna will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Mr. Lamitie passed away on Friday morning, February 9, 2024, at Carthage Center Facility in Carthage, NY. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary Funeral Home, Malone.Donald is survived by his sister, Elizabeth “Betty” Rafter and her husband, Lyle, of Brushton, NY; a brother, Karl Lamitie and his wife, Terri, of Palmetto, FL; good friends, Scott and Carrie Sholette of Ogdensburg, NY; nieces, nephews, and cousins. Donald is predeceased by brothers, Thomas Lamitie in 1987 and James Lamitie in 1941 and a nephew Jeffry in 1968.Donald was born on December 19, 1931, in Malone, NY, son of the late George Alfred and Marie Josephine (Langlois) Lamitie. He graduated as Valedictorian from Franklin Academy High School. Mr. Lamitie in his later years went on to attend SUNY Potsdam where he earned his Master’s Degree in 2016 and was the eldest graduate. Mr. Lamitie worked at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center holding various positions and until his retirement.

Obituary Preview: Richard Paul Finch (Rick to those who loved him) died in a skiing accident on Thursday afternoon, January 18, 2024. And man, do we miss him already.Rick was happiest on his motorcycle, riding down some country roads to no place in particular. He was happiest watching his grandchildren try their best in a sport or activity. He was happiest sharing a beer with his friends after a long day working together. He was happiest talking about Clarkson hockey and all of the players, coaches, and staff that he spent time with. He was happiest sitting next to his wife and children while enjoying a good meal. Kind, fun, and a little competitive, he loved sports, camping, motorcycles, tinkering around the house, and spending time with his family.Born on November 7, 1955 to George and Virginia Finch, and brother to Vic (Dorothy) Finch, Jim (Gail) Finch, George (Betty) Finch, and Tom (Shirley) Finch. Rick grew up in Clare, Michigan and had a childhood filled with adventure. He was a musician and athlete - setting the stage for his lifelong love of sports and music.He married Sherry (Deaton) on September 1, 1979 - but they started dating in 1974, so they get credit for a full fifty years of partnership. They both attended Aquinas College, and lived in a variety of mid-western towns and cities while Rick pursued his medical education and a career that allowed him to regularly feel the adrenaline rush that he loved. They moved to Malone in 1989 where Rick could combine his love of the outdoors and activity with a career in emergency medicine.Rick is father to Adria Finch (Patrick Engle) and James Finch (Brittnie Finch). He is grandfather to Alesandra Finch (16), Serenity Finch (8), Anderson FinchEngle (6), Lilah Finch (5), and Elin FinchEngle (2). By watching him, Rick’s children and grandchildren learned so much about balancing hard work with the things that bring them joy. Consequently they have many of the same interests and skills ranging from home improvement projects, to golf, to watching a car race.

Obituary Preview: On Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital, Bonnie parted ways with her rapidly deteriorating body and entered the afterlife. She was born on October 9, 1954 as the daughter of Marie and Allister Dox. As a child she was constantly in the company of her beloved grandfather, Arthur Kay. From him, she was introduced to one of her life long passions: Horses. This passion remained until literally the last months of her life with the last horses she took care of leaving her property in July of last year.Bonnie went to school at Franklin Academy in Malone, NY and graduated in 1972. While in school, she developed what was to be another of her life long passions: Music. She learned to play piano, French horn, and was a talented Alto. She graduated from SUNY Potsdam in 1977 majoring in Drama. After schooling, she found employment as a work counselor for the Franklin County CETA Program. A few years later and music reentered her life. Bonnie decided to become a Music teacher. For 35 years, she gave private piano lessons. In those years, thousands of students received lessons in music, and life. Many of the students came for their love of music. Just as many came for the love of Bonnie, she gave her last lesson just weeks before her passing.The last great passion of Bonnie’s life was Christianity. She was brought up in the 1st Baptist Church in Malone and as an adult was a 30 year plus member of the 1st Congregational church, also in Malone. In both congregations she was able to use her music talents to amplify the word of God during worship services. In the Congregational Church, she ended up as the Music and Choir Director.During the late 70’s, while directing a local play production, she met the man that was fated to be the love of her life, Brian Curtin. They were married on Augst 21st, 1982. For the next 41 years they experienced the highs and lows of life as a unit. That unit remained intact until January 13th, 2024.Bonnie was predeceased by her father in 1972 and her mother in 2002. She also survived the loss of two close brother-in-law’s, John Ray in 2016, and PK Curtin, her favorite dancing partner, in 2004. She is survived by her husband, who now fully realizes how lucky he was to catch her. Her much older sister Kay Ray and numerous nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and nephews. She is also mourned by her cherished half-brother Bryan Elliott of Queensland, Australia. A miracle occurred in 1985 when both Bonnie and Kay were privileged to be introduced to Bryan. In the last forty years, the three formed an unbreakable bond based solely on telephone wires and pitifully few personal visits.Friends and family may gather Saturday, January 20th at the First Congregational Church in Malone from 10:00AM until time for services at 12:00PM with Reverend John Werley and Reverend Peter Bortz officiating.Her final resting place will be in the North Burke Cemetery.Donations in Bonnie’s memory, can be made to the First Congregational Church Tower Fund. Mr. Horner passed away on Thursday, January 4, at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital in Plattsburgh.John is survived by his wife, Patricia Horner; his children, Greta Thomas of Constable, Karin Martinez and her husband, Ralph, of Watertown, and Daniel Horner and his wife, Amie, of Malone; his 10 grandchildren, Dylan Thomas, Carson Thomas, Gianna Thomas, Alexander Martinez, Tyler Martinez, Laurin Burkeland, Emily Wilkins, Skylar Horner, Jillian Horner, and Nicholas Horner; nine great grandchildren; siblings, Georgianna Denney of Massena and Steven Horner of Malone; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is predeceased by siblings Donald Horner of Darmstadt, Germany, and Brenda Foster, of Malone.John was born August 4, 1946, in Malone, son of the late Donald and Helen Addie (Barton) Horner. He graduated from Franklin Academy in 1964. Upon graduation, John enlisted in the United States Army. On December 26, 1964, at St. Augustine Church in North Bangor, John married Patricia Jean Lamica, with Father Weir officiating. He was deployed immediately after to Thailand in support of the Vietnam Conflict. After serving one term, John had a short break in service and reenlisted in 1968. He was then deployed to Vietnam and, during his career, served his country overseas in Baumholder and Vilseck, Germany. After 22 years of service, John retired from Fort Sill, Okla., where he was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant 1st Class. In 1985, John completed an associates degree in Business Law with the University of Maryland. After retiring from the U.S. Army, John and his family moved back to their home state of New York. He was employed over the years as a security guard at Paul Smith’s College, a bus driver with Malone Central School District, and as an auditor of the EBT program in New York State.John was active throughout his life, as a devoted husband and father, and volunteer and participant with several organizations. He served for many years as a Cub/Boy Scout and Girl Scout leader, showcasing dedication and enthusiasm in his role. He also served as a Catechism and youth group leader. Additionally, John enjoyed reading, hunting, gardening and was an enthusiastic lifelong learner. He also exceled in hands-on work, whether it was puttering around or taking his hand at carpentry. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and AMVETS. John will be forever loved and missed by his wife, family, friends, and those who cherished his presence in the community.Donations in John’s memory may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Obituary Preview: Ronald G. (Doc) Anderson, age 94, of 3463 State Route 37 in Westville, NY, passed away on Wednesdayafternoon, January 3, 2024, at Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone. Born on April 27, 1929, at home in Burke the son of the late Ralph W. and Edith (Wood) Anderson. Hisparents predeceased him. He attended grade school in Burke and in 1941 his family moved to Westville. He graduated from OldFort Covington High School in 1948. On December 5, 1964, he was united in marriage to Marilyn L. Sherwin at the North Bangor Methodist Church by the Rev. David Simmons. They celebrated 50 years of marriage on December 5 th , 2014. Shepredeceased him on August 17, 2020. At an early age he began helping his parents on the family farm. He worked on the construction of the St. Lawrence Seaway at Snell Lock and The Long Sault Dam and then on the construction of the Reynolds Metals Plant in Massena. In 1964, he began seasonal employment with the NYS Conservation Department working at Meacham Lake, Buck Pond, and Fish Creek. In 1967, he began full time employment with the New York State Department of Transportation in Malone. He retired from there in1991. Ronald enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, wildlife, feeding the birds, watching the L.A. Dodgers, Boston Celtics, and most of all the cats the family adopted over the years, most recently – A.J. He was amember of the Westville Historical Organization and the ROMEO Club. Ronald is survived by his son, Randy Anderson and his wife Tammy, of Westville, NY; his daughter, Penny and her husband, Ed Thomas Jr. of Ayer, MA; his grandsons, Dalton and Hayden; and several nieces,nephews, and cousins. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by three sisters and brother-in-law’s, Shirley and Clifton Willis,Joyce and Kester Wood, and Freida and Edward Dudley. Obituary Preview: It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Amanda Lynn McGeachie-Quick. Amanda passed away unexpectedly at home on January 3, 2024. Born February 15th, she was 34 yearsold. Amanda leaves behind many who love her. She is survived by her husband, Jamie and their two beautiful children; Oliver James (5) and Lydia Violet (3). Being a mother was the most important accomplishment to Amanda. She loved her children more than life itself, and she had desperately hoped to be here for a much longer time. Although recently she had many health battles, itwas her children who gave her joy and pushed her to continue daily. Also survived by Amanda are her loving parents; Danny and Michele McGeachie, paternal grandparents; Jimmy and Polly McGeachie and Wayne and Nancy (predeceased) Milne, maternal grandparents Geraldand Diane Vaincourt and many aunts, uncles, cousins and close family friends. Although only 34 short years Amanda had many accomplishments to be proud of. She graduated from Franklin Academy in 2007, followed by her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work at Plattsburgh State in 2011. She spent time working for Yandos IGA, DSS, and Citizens Advocates. Her desire to help otherswas one to be admired and was a direct reflection of how she was raised by her loving parents. In 2014, she met her husband Jamie and they were married on June 18, 2016. They were blessed to welcome a son and a daughter together. Amanda and Jamie had a beautiful life; one with many times of joy, laughter, blessings, struggles and trials. Her husband Jamie loves her very much and will miss theirtimes hiking together and raising their children together. Jamie asks for prayers for their children. Amanda loved to travel near and far. She traveled to Ireland, Paris and had hoped to take a cruise to seethe beautiful blue ocean with her husband. Amanda has touched the lives of not only her family but all those she met along the way. She willforever be missed and the loss and ache will forever be immeasurable.

Brian is predeceased by paternal grandparents, Addison and Eva Bennor; his maternal grandparents, Fred Millerand Margaret Bouvia. Brian was born on May 16, 1965, in Malone, NY, the son of the Paul F. Bennor and Ethel A. Bennor. He graduated from Franklin Academy. He married Kathleen Walker in Plattsburgh, NY. Brian served in the United States Army until his honorable discharge. He later did construction and roofing until he becamedisabled. Brian cherished his close pals and the little joys of life. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards, and cheeringfor the NY Giants.

Alyssa was born on April 19, 1991, in Malone, NY, the daughter of Mark LaFlesh and Terra (Frazier) Holbrook. She attended school in Brushton-Moira Central School and also attended North CountryCommunity College. She enjoyed taking care of her grandfather, playing sports especially softball, and spending time withher kids.

He is predeceased by his brothers, Russell, Michael, Rodney, and Richard LaVigne; his sister, Carol LaMar; and his father-in-law, Walter Ayers.Al was born on March 10, 1960, in Plattsburgh, NY, the son of Lyman and Leona (Stone) LaVigne. He graduated from Beekmantown High School in 1978 where he was a wrestling champion. He was an athlete holding 3rd and 2nd place in the NYS Section VII in 1977 and 1978 respectively. After high school, he attended SUNY Cortland before entering a career in NYSDOCS, retiring in 2012 from Franklin Correctional.He enjoyed woodcarving, going to auctions, and playing poker. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Born on September 6, 1946 to Gerald and Arlene (Russell) Follett, Gerald grew up in East Dickinson, New York where he enjoyed working on his uncle's dairy farm.Gerald graduated from Brushton-Moira Central School in 1964. He was employed at Alcoa in the pot rooms until entering the United States Air Force. After serving four years, he returned briefly to Alcoa before pursuing his life long dream of owning his own dairy farm. He purchased "Follett Farms" located on the Johnstown Road in Gouverneur, NY.After a period of twenty years, Gerald sold this farm and went to work as a civilian for the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum doing range management for a period of twenty-five years. While at Fort Drum, he purchased a small farm, "Adirondack Acres Farm," near Harrisville, NY on the Sykes Road where he raised prize Angus beef cattle. He also raised vegetables in a home stand and traveled in season to Tupper Lake, NY where he had his own spot for many years. Gerald was predeceased by his parents, Gerald Sr. and Arlene Follett his two sisters, Patricia (Follett) Quenneville and Sandra (Follett) Sabin. He is survived by his four children, James and his companion DonnaCharland of Chazy Lake, NY, Brandie and James Bogart of Seattle, Washington, Sherrie Dunn of Clyde, NY, and Jacob and his wife Jessica of Seneca Falls, NY. Gerald is also survived by five grandchildren, Marley Bogart, Steven and Sabrina Dunn, and Jaret and Jaden Follett. Obituary Preview: Michael Terrance Adams passed away August 19, 2023 at his home in Malone, NY. He was 73 years, 3months and 4 days old. Michael was born on May 15, 1950, in Houlton, ME, the son of Stephen Allen Adams and Viola Mary (Sullivan). He joined the army at age 17 and served from 1968 to 1971. He helped control the riots in Washington DC after Reverend Martin Luthor King Jr. was assassinated. He was then selected to be the aid of the late three-star General, Richard Seitz. He was a proud member of the 82 nd Airbourne Division, stationed in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, where he met his first wife, Patricia. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Sharpshooter Badge (Rifle M14), and Parachutist Badge. Michael’s career as a machinist took him to Connecticut, where his first daughter, Sheila Anne, was born in June 1971, and then to Texas, where his second daughter, Jessica Lucille, was born in January 1976. In September 1994 he met his second wife, Janet, and took a 4 year hiatus from machining to drive a tractor trailer as a team. They married on September 28, 1996 in Charlestown, RI. While driving forMartin Transport and US Express, they visited every state in the continental US and most of Canada. They made their home LaGrange, Maine from 1996 to 2013. Their son, Tucker Terrance, was born in May 2003 and in August 2007 they welcomed their daughter, Cooper Katherine. He taught machining and tool for Eastern Maine Community College while working nights as a machinist for General Electric in Bangor Maine. He retired in 2012 and in 2013 they moved to Malone, NY. He enjoyed reading, writingpoetry to his wife, fishing, hunting, baseball, cooking and spending time at the shore in Charlestown, RI. He leaves behind his wife of almost 27 years, Janet Bemis-Adams and children, Tucker Adams and Cooper Adams, of Malone, NY; daughters, Sheila Adams of Tomball, TX, and Jessica Jones and husband Daniel of League City, TX; granddaughters, Shane Davis, Hannah Thompson and Lainey Jones; Great Grandchildren, Rhett and Indie Thompson; siblings, Gloria Wells, Gail Adams, Mary Ellen Bessette, John(Butch), Mark and Becky Adams; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He ispredeceased by his parents, Stephen and Viola Adams and brother, Stephen Adams.
