She always had a testimony of her love for the Lord to share, and song in her heart to sing. She was the sole leader of the church choir and took upon many other responsibilities on her own. She loved everyone so easily and she was so easy to love. She showed kindness everywhere she went. She welcomed everyone with open arms. She was blissfully married to her husband of 47 years, Danny Burress. He was her Santa and she was his Mrs. Claus. Together they built a happy life and had 3 daughters that she adoringly loved and later received three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Family and the Lord were everything to her. She was a very dedicated employee at Fairview Elementary school, where she was a retired teacher’s aide. She was and always will be a Fairview Rebel. She worked in the school system for many years. It was a blessing to her to her to be able to meet and work with all the Children throughout her time there. She had kind words, love in her heart, and a hug for each one of them. She was loved by everyone that was blessed to have met her. She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto to her. Proverbs 3:15
