Herman L Burgdorfer - January 18, 1932 - March 24, 2022

Obituary Preview: Herman L Burgdorfer Age 90 of Venus, PA passed away March 24,2022 at home after a brief illness.
Born on January 18,1932 in Fertigs PA son of Clarence and Erma (Colburn) Burgdorfer.
He attended Cranberry Area Schools.
On September 3, 1955 he was married to Hazel L.(Sandrock) Burgdorfer and they enjoyed 66 years together.
He was a member of the Venus United Evangelical Church.
Herman worked all his life in the lumber business first for his father and for Farley Lumber and then for Cubbon Lumber where he drove tractor trailers and log trucks for over 30 years. Owned and operated Burgdorfer’s Grocery store in Fertigs from 1965 to 1970.
He was an avid deer hunter and a huge fan of racing especially NASCAR and dirt track racing. He instilled this love in racing to his sons and enjoyed going to races with them.
Herman served as President, Vice President and director of the Perry Cemetery Association since it was formed in 1974. He was also a member of the Oil City Cycle Club serving as Vice President and road captain.
He is survived by his wife Hazel L Burgdorfer; sons Mark A (Jennifer) Burgdorfer of Rouseville, David (Julie) Burgdorfer of Shippenville; grandchildren Melissa, David, Rachel, Christian, Kelsey; Tiffany (Jesse), James; great-grandchildren Jake and Rylie; and a sister Jean Moeller.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson Mark A. Burgdorfer Jr. and in-laws and brothers Lloyd, Arnold and sister Pleadiouth.

Friends will be received at the Faller Funeral Home, Inc. in Fryburg on Sunday,27, 2022 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
Funeral service will be held at 11 am on March 28, 2022 at Faller Funeral Home in Fryburg, with Pastor Richard Kightlinger, Pastor of Venus United Evangelical Church presiding.

Scott A Gatto - January 14, 1966 - March 12, 2022

Obituary Preview: Scott A. Gatto, 56, of Tionesta formerly of Wheeling WV, passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at UPMC Shadyside after a brief illness.
Born on January 14, 1966 in Wheeling WV he was the son of Dominic and Betty Norrington Gatto.
Scott graduated from Wheeling Park High School and he then attended WV University prior to entering the Army. He was inducted in the Wheeling Park High School Hall of fame for football.
On September 30, 2016 he was married to Kelli S. Gibson Gatto and she survives.
He was a lifelong member of St. Johns in Wheeling WV and attended Tionesta United Methodist Church with his family and friends.
Scott worked as a corrections officer at SCI Forest. He worked his way through the ranks and earned the rank of Lieutenant. He was also a long time member at SCI Forest C.E.R.T. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, grilling for cook outs, entertaining, listening to music with his wife, attending the Ohio Valley Italian Festival with his family yearly, and also he enjoyed diy projects around the house,
Scott served in the United States Army and then became a member of the National Guard. He served his country for 21 years.
He is survived by his wife Kelli, and his children Dominic Gatto, Abrianna Gatto, Angelina Gatto, Antonio Gatto, and Reid Gatto. An older sister Josette, a brother Greg Gatto and fiancee Pearl Harmon and his in-laws Thomas and Cathy Gibson also survive. Scott was well loved by his family, friends, coworkers and even strangers. He will be dearly missed by everyone.
Scott was preceded in death by his parents, an infant child, and a brother Raymond Gatto.
As per his request there will be no public visitation. The family is being care for by Faller Funeral Home, Inc. in Fryburg.
Military honors will be awarded at the Mount Calvary Cemetery in Wheeling WV at a date to be announced.

Douglas J Smerkar - February 07, 1958 - January 31, 2022

Obituary Preview: Douglas J Smerkar, 63, of Fryburg passed away surrounded by his family at home on Monday, January 31, 2022.
Born on February 7, 1958 in Clarion he was the son of the late Raymond E. and Louise Hartle Smerkar.
He was a graduate of North Clarion High School and then attended Triangle Tech for welding.
On May 2, 1981 he was married to Julie Vogelbacher Smerkar who survives.
Doug was a member of St. Michael Church in Fryburg.
Doug started at Ti-Brook Trailer, then changing to Trail King Trailers, right out of high school and was employed there until they closed. He then went to work for CP Leach Insurance where he specialized in insurance for Fire Departments. Most recently he worked for Glatfelter Insurance Group and was salesman of the year for 2020 and 2021. His coworkers at Glatfelter became family to him.
Doug enjoyed watching the Pirates, cheering for Bill Elliot, mowing his grass and more recently taking rides on his side by side.
Doug dedicated 46 years to the Washington Township Volunteer Fire Department and the Community. He was currently serving as an Engineer in the department but he had held many positions in the past including Fire Chief. He also served on the board of the Shippenville/Elk Ambulance Service.
Doug is survived by his wife Julie and their children Darla Smerkar, Shane Smerkar, and Mathias Smerkar and his wife Jenna all of Fryburg. He is also survived by a grandson Aiden Smerkar and a granddaughter Sara Smerkar. Siblings surviving include: Peggy Schoch and husband Ed of Los Angeles, CA; Charlene Frack and husband Marvin of Whitehall, PA; Sam Smerkar and wife Ann of Venus; Valerie Fisher and husband Daniel of Pittsburgh, PA. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. He is preceded in death by his parents and infant brothers Timmy and Tommy
Friends will be received at the Faller Funeral Home, Inc. in Fryburg on Friday, February 4, 2022 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.  Mass of a Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at St. Michael Church in Fryburg, with Rev. Born on July 15, 1937 in Venus she was the daughter of Thomas and Jenny Ziegler Confer.
She is a graduate of Cranberry High School.
Shirley enjoyed taking care of her home and children. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles, watching wrestling and listening to country music.
Shirley is survived by her children Deborah Yockey, Don Confer of Fryburg, and Pamela Guerrero and husband Jose of Dallas Texas. Grandchildren surviving include Brandon Esparza, Carlos Guerrero Jr., Caleigh Guerrero and Isabella Guerrero. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings Merle Motter, Paul, Frank, and Eugene Confer and Betty Casto.

Larry Earl Wilson - October 23, 1946 - January 24, 2022

Obituary Preview: Larry “Lew” E. Wilson, 75 of Venus, passed away unexpectedly on January 24, 2022 at his home.
Born on October 23, 1946 in Oil City, he was the son of Larry and Deleen (Schettler) Wilson.
He was a graduate of North Clarion High School.
On June 4, 1966 at St. Michael Church in Fryburg, he was married to Christine Elaine (Eisenman) Wilson who survives.
He was a member of St. Michael Church in Fryburg.
Lew was drafted into the Army in 1966. After an honorable discharge, he was then hired at Owens Illinois in Clarion. While at O,I he was known as "Splinter Head" and retired after 30 years of service.
In his early years, Lew enjoyed hunting, fishing, and shooting. In his later years, he enjoyed cooking and spending time with his family. Lew had a group of friends and cousins, he was especially close with, that would visit often. He was a lifetime member of the NRA.
He is survived by his wife Christine and their children Renee Morgan and husband Bob of Harmony, PA; Leesa Eisenman and husband Mike of Butler; and Tricia Crivelli and husband Michael of Franklin. Grandchildren include Adam and Krista Morgan; Sadie, Devin (Laura) and Haley Eisenman; Lucas, Mason and Garret Crivelli, and two great-grandchildren Atlas and Wilder. Siblings surviving include brother Roger Wilson and wife Jane of Lucinda; and sisters Anita Mason and her husband Mike of Knox, and Coke Reisinger and husband Skeeter of Lucinda.
Larry is preceded in death by his parents and his brother “Dick” Wilson.
Per Lew's wishes, there will be no public visitation. A "Celebration of Life" will take place at a later date.

Born on May 30, 1971 in Brookville, PA he was the son of Gerald L Shaffer and Lu Ann Young Walter.
Jerry graduated from Brookville Area High School and studied at Edinboro University.
He was the Vice President of Operations at All Out Parking Lots in Delaware.
The love of Jerry's life was his orange Corvette. He loved nothing more than showing it off at car shows on a sunny day. He also loved shooting darts and and attending dart tournaments with his best friend Ryan Wile. He even made it to Pro Am division at one time. Jerry loved the Washington Capitals and the Hershey Bears, he was a big Steeler fan and also was a great golf fan.
Jerry is survived by his mother Lu Ann (Young) Walter and step father Doug Walter of Leeper, a sister Christie (Shaffer) Hawk and husband Don of Rimersburg, a sister Amy Jo (Hines) Miller and husband Jeremy of Anchorage, AK, brother AAron Shaffer and wife Andrea of Brookway, step-sister Misty (Walter) Hartle and husband Roddy of Leeper, and a step-brother Roger Walter and wife Leigh of Leeper. Also surviving are step-grandparents Helen and Roger Walter, aunt Laurie (Young) Smith and husband Dan, uncle Mike “Cy” Young, aunt Pam Gilmore, aunt Nancy Ochs, uncle Dale Walter and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Gerald Shaffer, his grandfather Foster Leonard Young, grandmother Mary Lindsey (Young) Matson, grandparents Ed and Hellen Shaffer and an uncle Ricky Alan Young.

Perry was employed by Commodore Homes in Shippenville.
In his free time Perry enjoyed hunting, fishing, caring for his garden and yard, doing construction work for others and spending time on his hobby farm. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Perry served in the US Army 82nd Airborne from 1977 to 1978.
Perry is survived by his wife Dana, a son Jacob Kifer and his wife Kayla of Rimersburg , a daughter-in-law Elicia Kifer of Clarion and grandchildren Taylor, Harper, Cora, and Cade. Also surviving is a sister Kim Buchleitner and her husband, Jeff, of New Bethlehem.
He was preceded in death by his mother and his son Caleb Kifer.

Obituary Preview: Audine Mae “Dean” Ehrhart, 83, of Venus passed away on Sunday evening, January 9, 2022 at Shippenville Healthcare and Rehabilitation.  Born on August 30, 1938 in Rockland she was the daughter of the late Estey and Kathryn Hillard Domer and step-father Allen Gallagher.  She was married on June 28 1956 to Clifford “Boot” Ehrhart who survives.  She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Venus.  Audine retired from Cranberry School District as Assistant Business Manager/Board Secretary after 30 years of service. For several years  after her retirement she worked part-time at Country Gardens Gift Shop in Titusville. She also served as the vice-president and then also  president of the Garden Club of Clarion County.
Audine is survived by her husband Boot and their children Sharon “Tink” Zacherl and her husband Frank and Rick L. Ehrhart and his wife Debra all of Venus. Three Grandchildren Breanne Tolsen and her husband John of Suffolk VA; Jason Zacherl and his companion Danielle Ruffner of Summerville and Casey Davis and his wife Becky of Kittanning, Her eight great-grandchildren Claudia Campbell and Companion Brolen Gumb, Brett Campbell, Ally, Shane, Hunter and Alexa Tolson and Ryder and Jacob Davis, She was awaiting the birth of her first great-great-granddaughter Alora Lee due in March 2022. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws, and also her beloved dog Snuggles.  She was preceded in death by her parents, two grandsons Ryan Ehrhart and Bryan Davis, her brother Estey Domer and his wife Peg.  As per her wish there will be no public visitation. Born on July 14, 1942 in Elk Township she was the daughter of Martin and Rachel Zagst Beichner.
She was a 1960 graduate of Keystone High School.
Dorothy was married to Bernard J Griebel Sr. on November 18, 1961 by Monseigneur Theobold at St. Michael Church in Fryburg. Bernard preceded her in death on November 18, 1987. She was later married to William L McGiffin on April 15, 1989 by Rev. John Swoger at St. Michael Church in Fryburg who also preceded her in death on May 1, 2010.
She was a lifelong resident of Clarion County and a member of St. Michael Church in Fryburg. Dorothy taught CCD and RCIA for fifteen years and was an Eucharistic minister. She enjoyed family as well as extended family and she also had a long time sewing hobby.
Dorothy worked for Beverly Health Care for 15 years from which she retired in July 2004 as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
She is survived by her eleven children; five daughters and six sons. Dorothy Marie (Michael) Fasenmyer of Shippenville; Bernard J. Jr. (Ruth) Griebel of Shippenville; David (Shanee) Griebel of Shippenville; Jeffery (Gail) Griebel of NC; John (Jackie) Griebel of Shippenville; Mark (Caroline) Griebel of Shippenville; Amanda (Micheal) DeLoe of Knox; Andrew (Pauline) Griebel of Clarion; Rebecca (Christopher) Eisenman of Fryburg; Veronica McParlane of Butler; and Angela (Griff) Potter of NC. Four step-children: Phyllis Heeter of Knox, Roberta (Larry) Sherman of Seneca, Vernon (Barbara) McGiffin of Knox; James (Connie) McGiffin of Knox. Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren also survive.
Siblings surviving include brothers Cletus Beichner of Titusville, PA; and Dennis Beichner of Lacoma NC. Four sisters also survive: Cecilia Daugherty of Corsica, Theresa Galbraith of Brookville, Elizabeth Slike, and Barbara Baughman of Shippenville. Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands Bernard and William, a son-in-law Dr. John McParlane, two infant brothers Gerald and Phillip Beichner, brothers Edward, Stephen, Bernard, and Martin Beichner. Sisters preceding her in death include Agnes Winger, Adeline Wolbert, Rose Slaughenhaupt, and Mary Baughman, a step-son William H. McGiffin and a step-daughter Lois McGuire.
Friends will be received at the Faller Funeral Home, Inc. in Fryburg on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.  Funeral service will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at St. Michael Church in Fryburg, with Rev. Michael Polinek Pastor presiding. Interment will be in the St. Michael Cemetery following the Mass.

Dottie was a member of St. Michael Church in Frybug.
Dottie enjoyed completing word search books, reading and until her eye sight started to fail quilting and embroidery.
She is survived by her siblings Clair “Butch” Reitz and wife Judy of Lucinda, Mike Lauer of Shippenville, John Lauer of Lucinda, Robert Lauer and wife Ruth of Clarion, and Constance “Connie” Smith and husband Bill of Lucinda. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Dottie was preceded in death by her parents, and a step-sister Sara Reitz.

Born on September 20, 1951 in Oil City, PA he was the son of Raymond and Lucille Aumer Mealy.
He was a 1970 graduate of North Clarion County School.
On April 3, 1971 he was married to Diane A. Heasley Mealy who survives.
He attended the Leeper Church.
Dave was the founder of Mealy Excavating & Construction, Inc., and had recently retired. He was an avid private fixed wing & helicopter pilot, and loved to travel.
He was a member of the Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association, National Utilities Contractor’s Association, and International Union of Operating Engineers.
Dave is survived by his wife and their son Scott Mealy and wife Dawn of Tionesta. He is also survived by his grandson Seth Mealy, granddaughter’s Ryen Mealy & Dylen Mealy.
He was preceded in death by his parents Raymond & Lucille Aumer Mealy and his daughter Wanda Diane Mealy Huffman.

Born on September 17, 1940 in Shippenville he was the son of Charles H. and Margaret (Peg) Swisher Baughman.
On November 28, 1959 he was married to Mary M. Beichner Baughman who preceded him in death on August 26, 2016.
He was a member of St. Michael Church in Fryburg.
He drove for many local trucking companies, he also worked for PennDot, C&K Coal, logging with Jack Harger, Clarion County Park and Courthouse and also delivered local newspapers for 32 years. He also ran his own alternator business.
In his free time he enjoyed hunting and fishing, working in his wood shop, and spending time with his beloved pets Jumper and Miss Kitty.
Francis is survived by his children: Theresa Seitz and husband Jerry of Marble; Francis Baughman Jr. Shippenville; Darlene Mary Cope and husband Ken of Venus; Bill Baughman and wife Pam of Cranberry; Gerald Baughman of Shippenville; Joseph Baughman and wife Cindy of Marble; and Rich Baughman and companion Tricia Austin of Lickingville. Also surviving are eighteen grandchildren and twenty-nine great-grandchildren. He is survived by his in-laws: Barbara Baughman of Shippenville, Pete Beichner of Titusville, Cicelia Dougherty of Brookville, Therese Galbraith of Brookville, Betty Slike of Shippenville, Dorothy McGiffen of Knox,, and Dennis Beichner of NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Mary, a granddaughter Geraldine Seitz, a grandson Gerald Baughman Jr. and a brother Charles W Baughman.

Obituary Preview: Thomas F. Siegel, 67, of Tionesta passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 13, 2021.
Born August 6, 1954 he was the son of Francis E. and Beatrice Gabler Siegel.
He was a member of St. Michael Church in Fryburg and a graduate of North Clarion High School.
On May 8, 1982 he was married to Tina Dehner Siegel and she survives.
Tom worked for Tionesta Builders since 1977 and in his free time he enjoyed farming, raising beef cattle and traveling. He was a member of the PA Farm Bureau.
Tom is survived by his wife Tina. He is also survived by six sisters, Betty Eltringham of DuBois;, Mary Eisenman and husband Walter, and Ruth Rapp and husband Richard all of Tionesta. Louise Strotman and husband Donald of Shippenville, Judy Hoover of Erie and Sharon Meade and husband Ted of Smethport. He is also survived by three brothers, William Siegel of Waskom, Texas, Edward Siegel and wife Vickie of Kingsville, and Raymond Siegel all of Tionesta. Father-in-law and mother-in-law John Dehner of Lucinda and Linda Dehner of Tionesta, brother-in-law Keith Dehner and wife Veronicia of Leeper and sister-in-law Fay DeLoe and husband David and Knox also survive. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Francis Siegel, sister JoAnn Rapp, brother-in-law Charles Eltringham and nieces Connie Eisenman and Diane Moyer.

Born on March 14, 1978 in Oil City he was the son of Larry and Rhonda Biltz Eisenman Sr.
He was a graduate of Cranberry High School and Clarion University.
Larry worked for the Forest County Assessment office. He enjoyed kayaking, hiking, fishing, spending time outdoors, and watching baseball and football. He was an avid reader and also enjoyed spending time playing with his nieces.
Larry is survived by his three brothers: Jason Eisenman of Venus; Matthew Eisenman of Kennerdell; and Andy Eisenman, his wife Amy and their daughters Bailey and Elizabeth of Venus. Numerous aunts and uncles also survive.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Friends will be received at the Faller Funeral Home, Inc. in Fryburg on Sunday, December 12, 2021 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.  Funeral service will be held at 11 am on Monday, December 13, 2021 at Faller Funeral Home, Inc. in Fryburg, with Rev. Matilda "Tillie" S Beichner - November 10, 1923 - December 01, 2021

Obituary Preview: Matilda Sarah Nugent Beichner (Tillie) 98, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus on December 1, 2021 escorted by her late husband Albert Sylvester and sons Donald, Jeffrey, David and Richard Michael (who just past a week ago). She was born on November 10, 1923.
Tillie was the daughter of the late John M. and Mary J. Best Nugent. She was married on June 12, 1944 at St. Michael church in Fryburg where she was a member for 77 years. She was a co-founder of the Clarion Farmers Market supplying fresh produce and baked goods every Saturday for 25 years before retiring. She continued to supply blackberries and rhubarb to local markets after retirement.
Tillie enjoyed crocheting, gardening, baking, and quilting. She enjoyed helping her daughter at Sara Jane's Deli, cooking, catering, doing dishes or anything that would help. She really enjoyed visiting with the customers at the deli. She also enjoyed helping her son at the Washington House serving coffee on fish nights. She spent many hours peeling apples, canning fruits and vegetables. She was a wonderful homemaker, wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a very giving person.
She is survived by three daughters Judy (Joseph) Crate and Sara Jane (Slugger) Wagner of Venus, Velma Jean (Lynn) Young of Brookville, and four sons Ronald (Esther) Beichner of Georgia, Anthony “Tim” (Cindy) Beichner and Benjamin (Sandy) Beichner of Shippenville, and Floyd Beichner of Knox. Her sons' widows Diane Beary of Venus, Cheryl Beichner of Coudersport, and Joy Gage of New York. Special friend Deborah Beichner of Kossuth. Special granddaugher Christy Beichner and great-grandchildren Hannah and Chase who provided special in-home care for many years prior to moving to the nursing home.
Tillie is survived by 28 grandchildren, 58 great-grandchildren, and seven plus one on the way great-great grandchildren.
She is also survived by a brother, John M. Nugent of Oil City and a sister Marty Brayko of Alabama, brother-in-law Henry Beichner and sister-in-law Imogene Beichner of Shippenville. Friends near to her heart include Katie Aaron, Rod and Rita Hartle, and the Beichner boys from Sandy Ridge Farm.
She was preceded in death by siblings and their spouses Ruth (Clifford) Whitmore, Dean (Gertrude) Nugent, James (Ethel) Nugent, Elsie (Joseph) Beichner, (Donna) Nugent, (Steve) Brako, and infant Marcella Nugent.
A special thanks to McKinley Care for the exceptional care given to Tillie.
Friends will be received on Saturday December 4, 2021  at St. Michael Church in Fryburg from 9am to 10am. Mass of a Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am on Saturday December 4, 2021 at St. Michael Church in Fryburg, with Rev. Michael Polinek, Pastor presiding.

On April 18, 1947 she was married to Henry Motter who preceded her in death. She worked alongside her husband on their dairy farm in Marble, PA.
She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Venus, she was also involved with the Ladies Missionary Society and sang in the church Choir on special occasions.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her siblings: Clyde, Helen, Orval, Ila May, Alvin, Ronald, and Sandra. All services will be private. Faller Funeral Home, Inc. in Fryburg will be caring for the family. Born on April 10, 1957 in Oil City he was the son of Robert R. and Joanna M. Beham Nale.
Randy was a 1975 graduate of North Clarion High School. He worked for numerous companies in the area and was currently working for Randy McLendon Inc. as a school van driver. He was an avid motorcycle rider and enjoyed spending time on his trike, he also enjoyed watching NASCAR.
Randy was a member of ABATE where he helped with the toy drive every Christmas, he was also a member of the Fryburg Sportsman's Club and helped with the motorcycle show at Mayfest.
He is survived by a sister Susan Glaz of Titusville; brother John Nale and wife Karen of MD; brother Timothy Nale and wife Kate of Venus; brother Rodger Nale and wife Nancy of Venus; and brother Thomas Nale of Venus. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and one great-great-niece and one great-great-nephew. He enjoyed spending time with all his nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother David Nale, infant brother George Nale and a brother-in-law Chet Glaz.

Terry worked for Cyclops Steel, Refiners Transport and served as Road Master for Washington Township.
He enjoyed Trout & Salmon Fishing on the Pa streams and the North Fork of the Clearwater River, hunting, watching Penguins hockey, traveling and walking on the beach. He especially loved to play cards; Cribbage, Euchre, Hearts, and other games with his family. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Terry was a 53 yr. member of the Olive Temple Lodge #557 in Tionesta, Pa.
Terry is survived by his wife and a son Byron Bemis and his wife Jill of Newark OH, and a daughter Michelle Remington and husband Tom of Kooskia, ID, two grandsons Benjamin and Andrew Bemis and granddaughter Emily Remington. One brother William Bemis and a sister Cynthia Meals also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Joe Bemis Sr., Leon Bemis, Jr., and sisters, Antoinette Landon and Susan Whitney.

Patricia worked for Clarion County MHMR as an intensive care councilor and briefly worked at SCI Forest in Marienville. She also served as a substitute at East Forest Schools.
She was an avid crafter and also enjoyed caring for her dog Oscar.
She is survived by her children: Tracey Moon and husband Peter of Marienville, Ryan Emberg of Brookville, and Erica Gilara and husband Mark of Fryburg. Grandchildren surviving include Thane and Paige Emberg; Grace and Colton Gilara; and Ian Moon. Brother Raymond Towne III and wife Kathryn of Westland MI.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends and family will be received on Monday, November 29, 2021 for 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm at Faller Funeral Home, Inc. in Fryburg.

Outside of work Connie enjoyed spending time at the beach and reading a good book and spending time with her daughter.
She is survived by her parents, her daughter Jenn Kamerer of Fryburg and a brother Michael Eisenman and wife Leesa of Butler, brother-in-law Gerald Moyer of Erie. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her sisters Brenda Eisenman and Diane Moyer.

Marge was also a member of the Fryburg Sportsman's Club.
She is survived by her two daughters Diane Miller of Oil City, Carol Frederick and her husband Don of Tionesta, and three sons Donald Karg of Venus, Randy Karg and wife Tina of Venus and Michael Karg and wife Tammy of Marble. Also surviving are eight grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Marge was preceded in death by her husband Donald L. Karg - July 11, 1967; her son Paul F. Karg - April 7, 2012; one great-grandchild Reese McFarland and 8 siblings: Raymond, Eugene, George, Joseph, Patty, Don, Lucille and Marian.

Bob graduated from Clarion High School in 1953 and then proudly served in the United States Army as a Spec-5 in the 323rd Chemical Company for over four years as he had been discharged and then called back during the Berlin Crisis where he received the Expert Carbine Badge. He worked for Wayne Smith Beverages for 35 years, known as the “Pop Man“ and after he retired he worked for Sorce for a few years and then finally retired. Bobs hobbies included amateur radio, WA3ZYD, hunting, farming, but his greatest love and joy of all was spending time and holding hands with the love of his life, Judy. He loved spending time with the rest of his family too. He was a member of St. Michael Church in Fryburg. Surviving Bob is his loving wife, Judy, of 58 years; Children: Ray Alan (Shelly) Wiant of Brookville, Robin (Lonnie) McConahy of Hillsville, and Robert (Patty) Wiant of Shippenville; a sister Joan Pletcher of Clarion and four brothers, Jim Wiant of Barberton, Ohio, John Wiant of Clarion, David (Pat) Wiant Menge of Colchester, CT, and Paul (Sue) Wiant of LomPoc, CA; three sister-in-laws, Florabell Best of Shippenville, Bonnie Wiant of Clarion and Diana Wiant of Fairlawn, Ohio; Grandchildren: Ray (Elizabeth) Wiant, Jr., Trista (Chris) Velasquez, Kayla (Tory) Reyes, Jason ( Amy)Wilson, Mark Myers, Matthew (Jen) Wilson, Katie (Tristan) Reed, Breanna (Andrew) Benschoter, Matthew McConahy, Cortney McConahy, Victoria (Ron) Snow, Jr., Robert Wiant, Jr., Missy Goodman, Amanda Miller, and Chris Johnson. Jimmy was a forklift operator at Georgia Pacific/AWP. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, he enjoyed playing cards, classic cars, watching Westerns and the Steelers and spending time with his grandchildren. He was also a member of the Fryburg Sportsman's Club and the Antler Club in Lucinda.
Jimmy is survived by his wife Trish, his father James E. Karg of Fryburg, a son James “JJ” Karg Jr. and his wife Jess of Cookforest, Tyler Karg and his wife Meredith of Tylersburg, a daughter Victoria “Torie” Panzar and her companion Kyle Neal of Leeper and a son Toby Karg and wife Jordan of Venus. Also surviving are grandchildren Owen, Alayna, Sadie, Lucas, Nathan, Grace, and Eleanor. Jimmy is also survived by a sister Linda Fredrick of Tylersburg.
He is preceded in death by his mother Cass, a brother-in-law Bill Fredrick, and son-in-law Tim Panzar.

Paul is survived by his children: Amelia Rapp of WA; Paul Rapp Jr. and wife Melissa of Reno; Gerald Rapp and wife Lisa of Tionesta; Denver Rapp and wife Sarah of Brookville. Grandchildren also surviving: Egan and Lincoln Rapp; Madison, Klyie, and Waylon Rapp; Harley, Aspen, Summer Ellenberger. Siblings surviving include Richard “Dick” Rapp and his wife Ruth of Tionesta, Frank Rapp and his wife Bonnie of Venus, Bob Rapp and his wife Cindy of Tionesta, Kathryn Larrow of Tylersburg, Harold Rapp and his wife Patricia of Miola, and Barbara Buzard of Knox. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was a lifelong member of St. Michael Church in Fryburg , she volunteered for the Red Cross Blood Drives, worked the election polls for Elk Township and a member of the Moose in Clarion. She enjoyed sewing, tending to her flower gardens, and shopping,
Delores is survived by a daughter Dr. Emma Knight McGowan and her husband Patrick of Greensburg, PA and a son-in-law John Monrean of Knox. She is also survived by a granddaughter Katie, grandson Andy, great-granddaughter Adelyn and great-grandsons Brody and Knox.
She was preceded in death by her husband Emmett, a daughter Vickey Knight Monrean and a brother Clarence Lambert.
