Erica attended and graduated from Reading High School in 1998. Erica was a JRTC while in high school and during the summer breaks she worked at the PAL center as a Jr. counselor working with children which she enjoyed.
Erica loved caring for people so she later on became a CNA. Erica last CNA employment was at RidgeView Nursing home in Shenandoah, Pa. From there she became a home health aid in Philadelphia, Pa until her heath deteriorated.
Erica enjoyed cooking for her family and friends, Erica cooked with love in every dish she made. Erica was apart of E&E Soul Food, LLC  with her bro/partner in crime Eddie Spaghetti which started in March 2021. Erica showed gratitude by donating food to different charity’s.
To know Erica is to love her. Erica always showed love even when you did her wrong she still cared and was still there for you. Erica had the prettiest smile and was always smiling. Erica loved to have a good time and loved to party and have fun with her family and friends.
Erica is survived by: her mother Mary Howard-Hashim;  father Eric D Martin, three sons Quadir, Dramell, and Romaine, her one and only daughter Te’avia, three sisters; Aneesha, Terica and Tiffany; three nieces, grandparents: Martha S. Turner and James E. Turner Sr. childhood best friend Deja Harris; three godchildren, two god sisters and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
