Peddigree, Sr., 75, of Dunnstown passed away Thursday, April 21, 2022 at The Gatehouse, Williamsport.Born March 9, 1947 in Lock Haven, he was a son of the late Lawrence R. and Florence Reeder Peddigree.After graduating from Lock Haven High School in 1965, Tory proudly served in the United States Air Force.On April 1, 1972, he married his love, the former Doris F. Kreamer, with whom he shared 47 years of marriage before her passing in 2019.Tory was employed by Hammermill Paper Company and then the Clinton County Jail until his retirement.He was a longtime member of Dunnstown United Methodist Church.Tory enjoyed fishing and hunting as well as going on cruises. Most cherished, though, was the time he spent with his family.Surviving are his sons, T.J. (Tami) Peddigree of Jersey Shore and Rich (Alecia) Peddigree of Camp Hill; two brothers: Greg (Lois) Peddigree and Jerry (Jo Ann) Peddigree; three sisters: Elaine (Jim) Connors, Sandra Yost and Debra Truax; three grandchildren: Dylen Styers, Cambrea Styers and Hunter Swartz; and a great granddaughter, Adria Styers.In addition to his wife, Doris Peddigree, he was preceded in death by a brother, Lawrence Peddigree, Jr. and eight sisters: Patty and Janet Peddigree, Anna Swarm, Delores Peck, Rosemary Peters, Evelyn Taylor, Roberta McGhee and Lucille Peck.

Born August 2, 1940 in Lock Haven, he was the son of the late John P. and Esther Shuman Gallagher. Mike was a 1959 graduate of Lock Haven High School and a Veteran of the United States Army. On October 21, 1961 in Lock Haven, he married the love of his life, Doris J. Gallagher, who survives. He retired from Hammermill Paper Company after 37 years of service and was the owner and operator of Mike's Ammo & Trapping Supplies for over 30 years. Mike loved the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing and trapping. He was an avid fan of old western movies and television shows. Most of all, he simply enjoyed the time he spent with his wife, children and grandchildren. In addition to his wife, Doris, he is survived by a son, Dale (Kelly) Gallagher of Mill Hall; a daughter-in-law, Tina Gallagher of Lock Haven; four grandchildren, Megan (Robert) Aungst of Mill Hall, Stephen (Kail) Gallagher, Jr. of Lock Haven, Brock (Emily) Gallagher of Mill Hall and Bo Gallagher of Lock Haven; and two great-grandchildren, Braelinn and Cannon Aungst. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Stephen Gallagher, Sr.; and his parents-in-law, Harry and Mildred Gallagher. Born December 26, 1950 in Williamsport, he was the son of late Milton and Delores Huyck. On May 20, 1989, Rick married the love of his life, the former Kathy Duck. Rick worked at West Company, Textron and finally retired from First Quality. Rick is survived by his wife Kathy Huyck; a daughter Schanna (Tino) Pensone and their children CJ, Ethan, Gavin and Liam; a son Brad (Bryn) Huyck and their children Lundyn and Emily; Samantha (Freddie) Gundlach who was like a daughter to Rick and her children Freddie Jr. and Max. He is also survived by two brothers: Raymond (Bonnie) Huyck and John (Theresa) Huyck and a brother-in-law, Terry Knowlden. Rick was preceded in death by his sister, Sue M. Knowlden in 2021. A Memorial Service for Rick will be held at Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 7 P.M. with Rev. Born October 17, 1945 in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of the late George English and Vivian Andrus (James) Newman. In November of 1991, Sandy married the love of her life, Edward A. Derr, who survives. Sandy's family was her life, especially her grandchildren. She adored the time she spent with her family and loved preparing meals for them. In her earlier years, she enjoyed shooting pool at local venues. In addition to her husband, Sandy is survived by four children, Robert E. Morgret of Avis, Michael A. Morgret, Sr. of Avis, Shirley J. (Tom) O'Dell of Avis and Gill J. Stevenson of Lock Haven; three step-children, Mara Derr of Chambersburg, Hannah Derr of California and Elizabeth Derr of Mill Hall; a brother, James (Pat) Newman, Jr. of McElhattan; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren who affectionately knew her as "Mom-Mom." In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Vicki Spangler. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 18, 2022 at 11 A.M. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745. Burial will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lock Haven.Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 10 A.M. until the time of the service. Conklin, Sr., 78, of Castanea, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Promedica, Jersey Shore surrounded by his family.Born March 11, 1944 in Lock Haven, he was the son of the late Gershon and Catherine Mihalik Conklin.On June 29, 1991 at St. Paul Episcopal Church in Lock Haven, Francis married Karen Madara, who survives.Francis graduated from Lock Haven High School in 1963. Shortly after served in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer until his Honorable Discharge in 1966. He then attended the Advanced Trade School of Chicago, graduating in 1971 with a degree in refrigeration and air conditioning. Next he studied Plumbing and Heating at Williamsport Area Community College, graduating in 1974. Francis worked at Piper Aircraft before finishing his career as a construction worker.Francis was Catholic by faith.He was a lifetime member of Castanea Fire Hall as well as member of the Sons of Italy. In addition he was a lifetime member of Beech Creek American Legion and Lock Haven 40/8. Francis was an exceptional gardener and loved the outdoors. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Most of all, he adored his family, especially his granddaughters.In addition to his wife, Karen, he is survived by his children: Francis D. (Karen Lehman) Conklin, Jr. of Pleasant Gap, Mary (Steve) Hackenberg of Trenton, South Carolina and Nicole Conklin of Coatesville; his step-children: Kevin (Carla) Moore of Houston, Texas, Kimberly (Chip) Austin of Stafford, Virgina and Kristin (Richard) Branham of Elgin, South Carolina; his granddaughters, Eirian and Kylie; his brother, Marshall Conklin; and his sister, Peggy Cingle.In addition to his parents, Francis was preceded in death by his son, Mark Allen Conklin, who passed in 2014 and his siblings: Gershon Conklin, Jr., JoAnne Wilson, Robert Conklin, Thomas Conklin and William ConklinA graveside service will be held at Rest Haven Memorial Park on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 11 A.M. with Pastor Rick Conklin officiating, followed by Military Honors conducted by the Jersey Shore Honor Guard.

He was employed at Hammermill Paper Company as a machinist for almost 30 years. Dale then went to work for Evergreen Commons as a maintenance technician until his retirement in 2018. On March 28, 1991 in Mill Hall, Skip married the love of his life, the former Sabrina M. Conner, who survives. Skip was an avid outdoorsman and spent a lot of time in the mountains of Central Pennsylvania. Skip especially enjoyed hunting and fishing which he participated in year-round. In addition to Skip's wife Sabrina, he is survived by his children: Lisa (Brandon) Coldren of McElhattan, Tuffy (Heather) Counsil of Draketown, Jason Counsil of Florida, and Chase Counsil of Flemington; five grandchildren, Jackie, Hannah, Alton, Cameron, and Blaine; and a great granddaughter, Thea.

Styers, 67, of Lock Haven passed away Saturday, April 2, 2022 after an eight-month courageous and well-fought battle with cancer.Born July 6, 1954 in Lock Haven, she was a daughter of the late Robert Stover (Yvonne) and Betty McCracken Hill Stover.Debra was a 1972 graduate of Lock Haven High School. On November 25, 1972, she married her high school sweetheart and the love of her life, Carl Styers, with whom she shared nearly 50 years of marriage.Debra most recently worked as a caregiver. In previous years, she was a local business owner for 15 years. She also spent many years working in the sewing industry.She was a member of the Beech Creek American Legion as well as both the Lock Haven V.F.W. and Moose. Over the years, Debra held several fundraisers for Relay for Life to help with the fight against cancer.Debra was a longtime member of both the Lock Haven Women's and Mixed Pool Leagues and enjoyed shooting pool and sponsoring various pool teams.She enjoyed camping and singing, especially to her grandchildren.Most of all, Debra cherished her family and loved spending time with her husband and family.In addition to her husband, Carl Styers of Lock Haven, she is survived by her daughters, Stephanie (Christian) Reeder of Lock Haven and Carla Styers of Blanchard; two sisters, Betty Fernburg of Mill Hall and Kathy Dershem of McElhattan; six grandchildren: Kayla (Alex) Swanson, Brach Calhoun, Carley Barner, Hailey Barner, Ethan Bliss and Cassidy Bliss; and two great grandchildren, Jackson and Mia Calhoun.Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Marcus Hill.A memorial service for Debra will be announced in the upcoming weeks.Memorial contributions may be made to either the American Cancer Society, PO Box 862, Pittsburgh, PA 15106 or St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.Arrangements are under the direction of the Donald G. Shore, with whom he shared 30 years of marriage before his passing.Throughout the years, Bruce held various positions at Weis Markets including Assistant Manager at a State College location. Years later, he was employed as a Tester and Inspector of Product at Chemcut until his retirement.Bruce lived life as the "common" man but was his own rare person. He was resourceful, intelligent,gentle, and fun-loving. He enjoyed caving with family, sailing his Sunfish at Stone Valley, riding his road dirt bike in Rothrock State Forest and trout fishing its streams, watching the Nittany Lions and Steelers football games, and hanging out with his group of Boalsburg and Weis buddies. These were the simple things which he loved and flourished in.In addition to his wife, Terri Davis of McElhattan, he is survived by his daughter, Melissa (Glen) Croft of Coconut Creek, FL; a sister, Christine Tate of Bellefonte; and his nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Nevin Wilson Davis.Services will be held at the convenience of his family.His family wishes to thank the team of caregivers at UPMC Family Hospice, Williamsport who helped give Bruce a proper send-off.Memorial contributions in Bruce's name may be made to either the Alzheimer's Association or the American Lung Association, c/o Moriarty Funeral Home & Crematory, 112 E. Obituary Preview: Kerry Wade Clausen, 37, peacefully went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at his home in Castanea after a courageous battle against Mantle Cell Lymphoma. Kerry was born at the Jersey Shore Hospital on May 2, 1984, the son of Kenneth and Sharon (Knarr) Clausen. Kerry has never been the timeliest person, and from the day he was born, Kerry always kept his family (and friends) on their toes. He graduated from Central Mountain High School in 2002 and Pennsylvania College of Technology with a B.S. in Information Technology in 2005. Kerry met the love of his life, Jessica (Sanford) Clausen. They became husband and wife on October 12, 2013, in Avis.Kerry's love of computers and all things electronic began at a very young age. Early on, he would tinker with electronic toys. As his extensive knowledge of computers grew, he began working around the community solving many IT issues. Kerry was employed at KCnet, Faber Burner Company, where he worked as both an IT member and a sales rep. for 14 years, and most recently the United States Penitentiary in Allenwood. He often expressed how blessed he was with amazing coworkers and those he came to meet through his careers.Kerry was always looking to have fun, spend time with friends and family, and honor God. He often took fun to the extreme. In his free time, he enjoyed going four-wheeling, catching newly released movies, and buying the most recent gadgets and gizmos. He always looked forward to his vacations and trips with his family and friends. He especially enjoyed trips to Las Vegas, Atlantic City, and even the occasional trip to Disney World. Those close to Kerry also knew how much he loved collecting cars and guns. Taking friends and family members to the range was a fun pastime. He went as far as investing in nerf guns galore to train and play with his nephews.Although Kerry did not have "typical" children, he had several fur-babies, Zowie, Milo, Daisy, and Lucy, all whom he loved deeply. Kerry grew up going to church at Flemington First Church of Christ. In 2011, Kerry became a member of Grace Fellowship Church. He loved both of his church families. He served as a deacon from 2014 until the time of his death. He took great pride in working with the youth and helping the church grow.In addition to his wife, Jessica, and his parents, Ken and Sharon, Kerry enjoyed spending time with his brother, Chad (Cassandra) Clausen, two nephews Camden and Cade; an aunt, Kay Knarr-Fisher (Ted); as well as several cousins, extended family, and his friends that were more like family. Kerry was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Harold (Bud) and Vera-Mae Clausen; maternal grandparents John and Claire Knarr; and his uncle Charles "Chuck" Clausen.

Born December 9, 1943 in Sunbury, he was the son of the late Joseph D. and Nora Dietz Coldren. Joe was a 1961 graduate of Cumberland Valley High School, a 1965 graduate of Lock Haven University and later obtained his Master's degree in Higher Education from Penn State University. On August 20, 1966 in Doylestown, he married the love of his life, the former Mary L. Frederick, who survives. Joe started his career in teaching at Lewisburg High School where he was instrumental in initiating their Track and Field program. He then coached Track and Field at Lock Haven University for several years before taking the job as the university's Dean of Admissions. Following 31 years of service at LHU, Mary and Joe relocated to California where he worked in the same capacity at California State University at Dominguez Hills for an additional 8 years. Joe was an avid cook and enjoyed running - which was a daily routine of his late into his life. In addition to his wife, Mary, he is survived by two children, Brandon J. (Lisa) Coldren of McElhattan and Stephanie L. (Christopher) Myers of California; a brother, Clint Coldren; three grandchildren: Blaine Counsil, Jackie Miller and Hannah Brown; a great granddaughter, Thea Counsil; and his very close niece, Margie (Russ) Holmes of Bangor. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022 at 1 P.M. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745. Private burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mill Hall. Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 11 A.M. until the time of the service.

She also cared for her parents while they were in failing health. Recently, she performed housekeeping duties.Linda and her companion, Greg Kramer, met on St. Patrick's Day 1999 and remained together 23 years. She and Greg enjoyed day trips to shop for antiques and craft items for their home, dinner and nights out and relaxing at the Cabin in Lamar.For years, Linda was an avid Bingo player and enjoyed attending events with her Mother.She loved socializing with friends, especially at the river, and traveling to visit family in the Delaware area and beaches.Linda was a caring soul with a huge heart. She sacrificed many things for the sake of others.Linda spent time caring for cats in her Mother's neighborhood and feeding and watching birds at home. She also enjoyed spending time with her Mother's dog, Cutter, and grand-dogs, Kairi and Kleah.Her greatest love was raising her Golden Retriever, Chloe Madeline.In addition to her companion, Greg Kramer, Linda is survived by a son, Michael T. Wise of Charleton; two brothers, John of Charelton and Mark of Lock Haven; and two sisters, Amy Donley (Jim) of Bellefonte and Cindy Ruggiers (Roosevelt Rebimbas) of Milford, Delaware. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles as well as cousins, nieces and nephews.She was predeceased by her parents; grandparents; grand-dog, Thor; and her first Golden Girl, Avery Lynn.

Carl was a 1967 graduate of Bald Eagle Nittany High School. From 1968 to 1970, he proudly served his country in Vietnam as a soldier in the United States Army. On June 7, 1980 at the East Main Street United Methodist Church of Lock Haven, Carl married the love of his life, the former Linda M. Smith, who survives.Carl was employed in the maintenance department at Champion Auto Parts for 26 years, working at all three local locations until his retirement in 1992. He was a member of the Lock Haven V.F.W., Beech Creek American Legion and Lock Haven 40 & 8 Club. Carl found much of his enjoyment in the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, camping, boating and gardening. He was very handy and enjoyed woodworking and tinkering around his garage. He also loved his dogs, Teddy and Tanner, and had a special relationship with his late Beagle, Sam. Obituary Preview: John Dominik Cancelarich, 91, of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 7, 2022 surrounded by his family at his home.John was born April 8, 1930 in New York, NY, he was the son of the late Dominik and Mary (née Barry) Cancelarich.John was a proud graduate of Stuyvesant High School in NYC, then went on to receive his Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from NYU and Master's Degree from Columbia University. Following graduation, he worked at Lederle Labs in Pearl RIver, NY. He was drafted into the U.S. Army in 1954 and was stationed in Pine Bluff, Arkansas during the Korean War, where he met his wife of 63 years, Johnnie Lou Cancelarich (nee Merlo). After discharge he returned to Lederle Labs. In 1962 he moved to Presque Isle Maine to work for Vahlsing, Maine Sugar and later took on leadership roles in Potato Service, Colby Starch and Northland Frozen Foods. This led to his involvement in the Maine Manufacturing and Agricultural Industry, as well as involvement in Maine Democratic politics over many years. He became close associates with Maine Governors, US Senators and US Congressmen.He was a very active member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Presque Isle, Maine, serving as Parish Council Chairman and lead the church rosary group. His service to the local community involved leadership of an anti-war Peace group and board member of the Presque Isle Public Library. Following 50 plus years in Maine he retired and consulted for the World Bank as a volunteer, supporting many developing countries with agricultural and food processing opportunities throughout the world. This led to many friendships in faraway places, such as Siberia, South Africa, Dominica, and Mongolia. He never met a stranger as they quickly became close friends. He finally retired to Lock Haven to be close to family and grandchildren and became involved with the Holy Spirit Parish of Lock Haven, Pa. He is survived by his wife Johnnie Lou Cancelarich, children: Joseph (Stacy) Cancelarich of Bloomingdale, NJ, Paul Cancelarich of Standish, ME, Judith Koch of Lock Haven and John (Terri) Cancelarich of Melrose, MA and his grandchildren: Jonathan Koch and Sarah, Samuel, Dominik, Anna, Lillian and James Cancelarich.Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Marie Cancelarich and his grandson Joshua Koch.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on March 10th at 11:00 am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 310 W. Each summer she especially looked forward to the Getz-Serafini Reunion with all her family.
