She loved to express herself through drawing, painting, and crafts. She enjoyed the outdoors and UT Vols. In her younger years she enjoyed playing softball and participating in beauty pageants. Jason worked in construction for most of his adult life most recently with Black Diamond Construction as a superintendent. Mr. McGee passed from this life Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at Ascension St. Thomas Hospital.Visitation will be held Friday, April 5th from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.A native of Moore County, TN, Harold was born on June 8, 1941, to the late Laddie Ross McGee and Jessie Viola Brown McGee. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his beloved dog, Luke.Harold attended Moore County High School. He grew up farming; having raised tobacco, beef cattle and cut hay. He operated several service stations in Bedford County for many years; they included, Gulf, Chevron, and Phillips 66. He continued farming throughout his life, even until his final days he was always asking if his cows were okay. He was a member of New Herman Church of Christ and loved watching basketball, especially the Shelbyville Golden Eaglettes, he and his wife attended games for over 30 years.Harold is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Mary Frances Mullins McGee, children: Ricky H. David worked with Calsonic for 30+ years before retiring in 2018. In his retirement, he enjoyed farming beef cattle and staying busy.
