Harold was born on March 20, 1970 in Durant, Oklahoma to David and Priscilla McAnally. His early education was in Caddo, Oklahoma. He then graduated from Atoka High School. After graduation, he did many jobs eventually moving to Norman, Oklahoma to work. He lived in Norman for several years and then moved to Ponca City, Oklahoma to help with family. He then became employed to help as a caretaker for several patients around Ponca City. He continued to do this work until his health declined and he had to quit working.
Survivors include: his sister, Myriam McAnally; his brother, David McAnally; and sister in laws, Leasia Bicknell and Linda Holloway.
Harold is preceded in death by his parents, David and Priscilla McAnally and brother, Paul McAnally.
Harold had many friends; his sense of humor and companionship will be sorely missed.

A memorial ceremony will be held January 26, 2024, at 3:00 PM, at Longwood Cemetery, with Pastor Don Stanton officiating.
Donna Mae Smart was born on December 30th, 1938, to James L. Smart and Clara Della (Burchett) in Boydsville, AR. She married Walter Allen Cooper on January 19, 1965 in Newkirk, OK and to this union, had three children, Walter Jr., Tara, and LaDella. She worked as a nurses aide and at Southwest Cupid in Blackwell for several years.
She always had a smile and told it as she seen it. She was generous, and always gave to all.
She is survived by her husband Walter Allen Cooper Sr.; son Walter A. Cooper Jr. of Ponca City, OK; daughters Tara Burr and husband Mike of Ponca City, OK, and LaDella Lyon and husband Mark of Bartlesville, OK; four grandkids, Brooke Haskins and fiancé Dusty Reenie of Pond Creek, OK, Garrett Haskins of Braman, OK, Jaron and Kayla Dowell of Stillwater, OK, and Justin and Emily Dowell of Owasso, OK; eight great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents James and Clara Smart; her brothers Leon, Enos, and Donal Smart; and sisters Grace King and Juanita Creasey.

Jimmy was born on May 2, 1959 in Ardmore, OK, to Don and Marla Toothman. Jimmy graduated Pawnee High School in 1977. In his career, he was a Project Manager for major oil companies. He was an avid fisherman. You could always count on him for a laugh.

Obituary Preview: Larry Lewis Martin, long-time resident of Ponca City died Friday, November 17, 2023 at his residence. Larry was 65. Larry was born July 20, 1958 in Ponca City to Bob Gene Martin and Joyce Ann (Hughes) Calvert. Larry attended school in Ponca City. Larry loved to fish, hunt, listen to classic rock music, root for OU Sooner football, and often horseshoe pitched a ringer with friends and family. Larry married Brenda Duke in Ponca City, and they had two children. Larry worked as a brick layer most of his life, and he also was employed with the City of Ponca City. Larry and Brenda often entertained friends and family at their home. Larry missed Brenda dearly after she passed 6 years ago in 2017.
Larry is survived by his two children, Kari Morgan and former spouse Tommy Morgan Jr, and Jacob Martin and partner Kayla Cady all of Ponca City; grandchildren, Kaidon Mauk, Jordan Morgan, Tommy Morgan III, Dylan Martin, Gaige Martin, Kavion Washington; one great-grandchild, Mason Mauk, all of Ponca City; sister, Lynn Martin of Tulsa; and brother, Gary Martin of Ponca City.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents and beloved wife, Brenda. Larry and Brenda are both now joined together with the Spirit in the Sky.
Celebration of Life will be Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Ridin’ High, 2200 E Coleman Rd, Ponca City, as well as lunch for family and close friends. Cremation interment at Resthaven Cemetery will follow. Honorary pallbearers will be the grandchildren, great-grandchild, Tommy Morgan Jr, and Israel Aguilar.

He attended Ponca City Schools and continued with trade school. He became a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union. In December of 1962, he married Rebecca Lee. To this union, 3 children were born.
He then lived in Newkirk for many years before moving to Anderson, MO and became self-employed and then moved to Kaw City.
He enjoyed his family, friends, camping, traveling, fishing, hunting, sand rails and drag racing.
He is preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers: Leary, Ramon, and Jerry; and 2 sisters: Barbra Burdick and Debbie McGuire.
He is survived by his wife, Rebecca of 61 years; 2 daughters, Sonya Aupperle and husband Richard and Brenda Lathers and husband Wes; 1 son, Kenneth L. Goddard Jr.; 8 grandchildren: Chandice Lawhon, Andrea Carleton and husband Sean, Chris Aupperle, Chad Rozell and Kaitlyn, Amanda Hall and husband Travis, Sheabreann Herr and husband Tanner, Samantha Goddard and fiancé Austin, and Stoney Goddard and fiancé Rochell; 9 great grandchildren: Jaxson, Jordyn, Augustus, John, Mason, Carter, Karsyn, Kinsley and Colter; 1 sister, Cheryl Wells, 1 brother, Tony Goddard; and several nieces and nephews.

He loved spending time with his kids and his family and when he wasn’t working, he enjoyed hanging out with club members at the Mid-Kansas MVPA and the Shidler United Methodist Church. He loved to work with his hands, and he shined at his last job working as a Quality Assistant at Dorado Foods.
Survivors include: his mother, Saundra Harviston of Shidler, OK; and sisters, Aimee L. Owen of Shidler, OK, Erin R. Owen of Queens, NY, Afton Acton of Acworth, GA and Anna Estes of Skiatook, OK; and his children, Kaitlyn & Devin Ruyle of Overland Park, KS, Alesandra Moore-Owen of Lenexa, KS, Stephan Moore-Owen of Winfield, KS and Charity Moore-Owen of Winfield, KS.
William is preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth W. Owen, Ruth I. Owen, Barney G. Holifield and Thelma A. (Shafer) Holifield; father, Stephan W. Owen and step-father Charlie Harviston; sister Rachel Rulo; and his nephew, Wendall S. Sigler.

Barry was born on April 27, 1943 in Allentown, Pennsylvania to Wallace and Betty (Miller) Wright. He was formerly of Warren, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Warren High School in 1961 and completed several technical courses while serving in the United States Navy for 12 years.
Barry married Margaret Damcott-Wright on October 11, 1995 in Linesville, Pennsylvania.. The couple enjoyed over 27 years of marriage together. Barry worked as a maintenance electrician at several different manufacturing plants over the years. He most enjoyed time with his family and working on wood working or electrical projects.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Moose Lodge, Elks Club, VFW Lodge, and American Legion.
Survivors include; his wife, Margaret Wright; son Wallace Wright and his daughter; step children, Andy Kidder, Melissa Damcott Ingram and husband Nate, Eric Coburn, and Barbara Coburn Smith and husband Kevin and their children; granddaughters, Samantha Wright Babber and Emily Wright; grandson, Steven Wright; step grandchildren, John Thomas Jr., Laura Thomas, and Jamie Thomas; two great grandchildren; three step great grandchildren; and numerous friends and family.
Barry is preceded in death by his parents, Wallace and Betty Wright; son, Barry Lee Wight Jr; and sister, Sheila Diane Horne.

Janet is survived by her father Quincy, sisters Shelly and Stephanie, her children Audrey, Clinton and Sharron, along with 13 grandchildren, 1 nephew and 2 nieces, all of whom made up the entirety of her world.

Dennis Lee Backhaus - November 13, 1954 - May 14, 2023

Obituary Preview: Dennis Lee Backhaus, age 68, passed away at his home on Sunday, May 14, 2023. He was born on November 13, 1954 in Fort Meade, Maryland to Marvin and Dorothy Backhaus. After his dad retired from the military, the family made their home in Newkirk, OK.
Dennis found joy in golfing, boating, water skiing, and camping and he especially took pride in maintaining a meticulous yard even a professional would be jealous of.
Dennis made his way as a welder, beginning at Continental Carbon working 20+ years there. He then moved on to J.H. Kelly, Colgate Palmolive, and Holly Frontier, retiring from Holly in April of 2019.
Dennis and Glenda Anderson Hall were married on August 16, 1999 in Ponca City, OK. Between the two, they had four children, four grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. Dennis is survived by his wife of 23 years, Glenda Anderson Backhaus, his daughter, Amanda Backhaus, and her two daughters, Kassidy and Kendall Parcher, step-children Jason Hall, Amber Clardy and her husband, Carlton Clardy, and their two children, Micah Hall and Kiara Clardy, and great granddaughter, Malaysia Frederick. He is also survived by his mother, Dorothy Leaming, and his brother, Robert Backhaus (Penny) as well as numerous friends and colleagues, along with the Stolhand Wells family.
Dennis was preceded in death by his son, Justin Wayne Backhaus, father, Marvin Eugene Backhaus, and step-dad, Les Leaming.
There will be no viewing or formal services; however, the family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
The family would appreciate donations made in Dennis' name to the Defeat MSA Alliance at defeatmsa.org. Dennis was diagnosed in January 2021 with this rare neurological disorder and much more work needs to be done to find a cure.

She was born May 22, 1935 to William Franklin and Lula Belle (Cantrell) Robins in Roff, OK. She was the youngest of five siblings with three brothers, Rual, Ellis, and Carthel, and one sister, Cleta. On January 7, 1955, she married William Harold Ball in Washington, OK. To this union, they had two sons, Carlton Lynn Ball and Robert Ladell Ball, and adopted daughter, Susan Yvonne Spears.
Cloie graduated from Washington High School and attended Drawns School of Business. After school, she enjoyed farm life, taking care of chickens, cows, canning jellies and pickles, making candies, and gardening. She also was a bookkeeper for many years and an office manager for Federal Land Bank in Ponca City. Cloie and William were long time members of the Second Baptist Church for almost 60 years, where she was active in volunteering with counting the offerings and helped with deposits.
Cloie will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Lula Robins; brothers Rual Robins, Ellis Robins, and Carthel Robins; and sister Cleta Aday; and son Carlton Lynn Ball.
Cloie is survived by her husband William Harold Ball; son Robert Ladell Ball and wife Jenifer of Ponca City; adopted daughter Susan Yvonne Spears of Ponca City; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 1:00 PM, at Second Baptist Church, 1112 W Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK 74601.

James was born on May 27, 1942 in Modesto, California to James and Mildred (Ragan) Fowler. James married Pat Fowler in 1960 and to this marriage was born three children: James Fowler and wife Becky of Chandler, Oklahoma, Jeff Fowler and wife Kristin of Ponca City, Oklahoma, and Trent Fowler and wife Roxy of Chandler, Oklahoma. James retired as a field supervisor in the oil field and later worked part time security in various places before he finally retired.
James, otherwise known as Jim or Jimmy, loved to fish and hunt. The last year you could find him sitting at Pawnee Lake almost every morning as long as the weather was good. He loved anything to do with the outdoors. Survivors include: his brothers and sisters, Kenny Wayne Fowler, Diana Sue Cochran, Linda Darlene Keeling, Lewis LeGullian Fowler, Bernita Karen Webb, and Chris Lee Fowler; sons, James Fowler and his wife Becky, Jeff Fowler and his wife Kristin, and Trent Fowler and his wife Roxy. He was loved by so many grandchildren!
James was preceded in death by his wife, Pat Fowler; parents, James and Mildred Fowler; and brothers and sisters, Alma Coleen Johnson, Gloria Jean Watson, Eddie Warren Fowler, and Russell Allen Fowler.

Dee was born on November 1, 1936, in Ponca City, Oklahoma, to Lloyd and Mildred (Guier) Norris. She was an advocate for Alcoholics Anonymous and had a passion for swimming that began when she was on the high school swim team. Dee loved her family and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Dee is survived by her son-in-law Kurt Sattre, granddaughters Mindy Williams and Krystal Bowman, step-daughter and son-in-law Keith and Jill Toering, great-grandchildren Peyton and Abbie Williams, Dailyn Nickles, Hunter Bowman, and Tayven Bowman, as well as nieces Penny Northcutt, Pam Sims, and great-niece Lisa Brooks.
Dee was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy "Jody" Johns, her daughter, Robin Sattre, her son, Mark Fox, her sister, Mildred "Milly" Sims, Brothers and her parents.
Dee will be deeply missed by her loved ones and all who knew her. A private funeral service will be held at a later date. Dee will be laid to rest at Blackwell Cemetery.
The family appreciates all thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Dee's memory will be cherished by those whose lives she touched, and she will always be remembered as a loving, selfless individual.

Curtis was born on November 22, 1937 to Horace R. Winney and Nellie I. (Mitchell) Winney in Dalhart, Texas. His youth years were spent in Dalhart. In the early 40’s his family moved to the State of Washington making their home on Bainbridge Island in 1946. While at Bainbridge High School Curtis played football each of his 4 years and graduating in 1956. On January 9, 1960 he married his class mate Judy Robinson.
As an employer, Curtis wore many hats. While on Bainbridge, Curtis and crew hand dug water wells throughout Kitsap County and partnered with Don Westerlund in Westerlund - Winney Logging Co. until 1960. In 1965, he and well digging crew came to Forks with dump trucks for a three month logging/road job and never left. The family moved to Forks in early 1966. In 1971 he incorporated with his brothers to form Winney Construction Co. and later started a Logging Co. Then came cedar shake mills and a cedar lumber mill. His final career was as a farmer raising grains and registered angus cattle in Oklahoma.
Curtis is survived by his wife, Judy, of sixty-three years and their children Karen Richards, Kim (Ken) Bechtold and Kathryn (Pete) McKnight, four Grandchildren, six Great-Grandchildren as well as brothers Joe (Cheryl) Winney, H. Ray (Pam) Winney, sister Patsinell (Pete) Skartdvedt and brother-in-law Jerry Reitan and many Nieces and Nephews.
Preceded in death were his parents, older brother Sid Ray Winney, sister- in- law Sharon Reitan and son- in- law Lane Richards.

Charles Eugene Fields - May 29, 1948 - January 11, 2023

Obituary Preview: Charlie Fields came into this world on May 29, 1948, and left this life on January 11, 2023. He was the oldest of four children born to Edgar and Doris Fields. Charlie graduated from Po-Hi in 1967. He then attended Northwestern State University in Alva, OK graduating in 1971.
After working for C.R. Anthony for several years, Charlie returned to Ponca City where he bought Lakeside Grocery. He owned and operated Lakeside Grocery for 30 years. He sold minnows that were “guaranteed to catch fish or die trying”. Anyone who stopped in at Lakeside can tell you a story or will have an entertaining memory of talking to Charlie.
After closing the store, the light in his eye and smile on his face was for his grandkids. Whether it was listening to or watching Breydon, Dax and Parker play ball, enjoying one of Cash’s smoked meals, or his excitement of Kylie giving him his first great-grandchild. Charlie’s heart was full.
Charlie is survived by: his loving wife Becky; his brother, Ed Fields; his devoted son, Josh & wife Jessica; his vibrant daughter, Lily & husband Doug, his precious daughter, Storm; his grandkids, Kylie, Breydon, Cash, Dax, and Parker, and his great-granddaughter Blakelee. He will be remembered and missed by his best friend, JC Rainwater, and so many other friends.
He was proceeded in death by: his parents, Edgar & Doris Fields; his sister, Vi Ann Waite; brother, Wesley Fields, and sister-in-law, Anna Fields.
Memorial Service for Charlie will be February 4, 2023, at 2:00 pm at the Carolyn Renfro Event Center. To those who are willing, the family asks that you bring a short, prepared memory to share. For those who have a story but don’t want to speak it, we will be pleased to read it for you.

John was born to Edward J., Sr. and Carol A. (Montefusko) Dixey in Selden, NY, on January 15, 1967. He grew up in Selden and attended Newfield High School. Even as an adult, he still had many friends that lived there. He moved to Oklahoma with his family in 1998, where he made his home. He worked for over 30 years with motors and transmissions, always tinkering away at something mechanical. John loved working out in the yard and was a true momma's boy. He had that strong New York accent and many referred to him by his nickname, New Yorker.
John was preceded in death by: his father, Edward J. Dixey, Sr.; brother, Michael J. Dixey; grandparents, Vincent and Dolores (Souci) Montefusco; Earl and Edna Dixey, and nephew, Joseph Michael Dixey. John is survived by: his mother, Carol Dixey of Ponca City, OK; brothers, Eddie Dixey of New York, Peter Dixey and David Dixey and his wife, Sandra, all of Ponca City, OK.
Although he did not have children of his own, he loved all of his nieces and nephews like his own. Tana was born on November 6, 1939, in Billings, Montana, to Jurgen D. and Winnifred (Moore) Dykstra. She grew up in rural Montana, first north of Columbus, then near Roberts. She graduated high school in Roberts, and attended two years of college. She had a younger brother, Jerry, and two younger sisters, Rena and Elena.
Tana moved to Lawton, Oklahoma in the early 1960s, where she met Richard Lynn Arrington, whom she married on June 22, 1964. They made their home in Ponca City, Oklahoma, where Richard was a school teacher in the Ponca City Public Schools. Tana and Richard had three children, Rick, Mike, and Lisa, whom they loved very much (and they loved her!) She adored her seven grandchildren, as well as her great granddaughter. She greatly enjoyed watching them grow up, and was always asking them about their activities and interests.
In addition, Tana served her Lord at Sunset Baptist Church for many years, teaching children's Sunday School, and working with preschoolers in the church's Mission Friends program. She was a friend to any, and could always be counted on to listen to the troubles of others and provide wisdom. Tana always loved animals since childhood. To list the many pets that have lived in her home would be a difficult task, but she loved each and every one!
Tana is survived by; her husband of 58 years, Richard, of the home; children, Richard Dean Arrington and his wife, Patti, of Springdale, AR, Michael Sterling Arrington and his wife Dawn of Freeport, PA, Lisa Marie Jennings of Ponca City, OK; grandchildren, Jonathan Dean Arrington of Edmond, OK, Noah Christopher Arrington of Springdale, AR, Ainsley Elizabeth Arrington, Matthew Karsten Arrington, Emma Grace Arrington and Hannah Leigh Arrington of Freeport, PA, Miranda Anne Rowe of Arkansas City, KS; great-granddaughter Devyn Rene Rowe of Arkansas City, KS; sisters, Rena Ann Laughrey and husband Terry of Billings, MT, and Elena Petersen and her husband Darrell of Park City, MT; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching sports on TV, especially football and listening to the Po Hi Wildcat football games on the radio. Ed also enjoyed watching Kenneth Copeland Ministries on television. Ed was special to many and he cared deeply about others. He was truly a very special and unique individual. Ed believed in helping others and he thought The Friendship Feast was very important to the community.
Ed is survived by his many cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Ed will be laid to rest in a private family service at Kingfisher Cemetery.

He was born February 18, 1953 in Boise City, OK the sixth child of Frank and Gertrude (Rich) Ewing. Jim joined the United States Marines immediately after graduating from Guymon, OK in 1971. At 23 he married Debra Katherine (Rice) and they went on to have three daughters. Jim served 20 years in the Marine Corps and retired at the rank of Master Sergeant. Jim enjoyed being fully immersed in his children's life after retirement and often planned family camping trips and enjoying the simpler things. He had a passion for technology and history, always working on his computer or researching family genealogy. He often quizzed his family on historical facts and loved sharing silly jokes with the grandkids. Jim’s greatest joy was being able to watch his grandkids grow and spoil them.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Ella Baldonado, Tina Baldonado, Joyce Williams and Twila Oxford and brothers Frank Ewing, Jr, Gary Ewing, Michael Ewing, Sandy Ewing and Billy Ewing. James is survived by his wife and daughters: Christina Pruett of Mesa, AZ; AnitaRei Dutton and Jamie Ewing, both of Ponca City, OK. Chuck was an avid hunter, fisherman and enjoyed shooting Cowboy Action. He participated in many activities with the Ponca City Rifle and Pistol Club. He was a skilled craftsman and enjoyed building firearms. After retiring from Conoco, he spent many hours in the shop working on firearms and working with his online store named Kaw Valley Mercantile.
He married Dorothy A. Powers May 25th, 1985 in Ponca City. They resided in Ponca City until 1996 when he was transferred to Houston with Conoco. After retiring, they moved to Colorado and then back to Ponca City.
Charles is survived by his sister Charlene Kochanowski of Rochester Indiana, Sister-in-law Julia Morris of Spring Hill, Florida, sons Jason (Heather) Powers of Rochester, Indiana and Adam (Heather) Powers of Lincoln, Nebraska, nephew Clark (Fatima) Kroft of Indiana, Steve Morris of Georgia, nieces Teresa Riegle of Fisher, Indiana, Darla Kroft of Ypsilanti, Michigan, Gayle (Scott) Reed of Columbia City, Indiana and Kristi (Troy) Mosac of Spring Hill Florida. Five amazing granddaughter: Jessica, Samantha Powers of Rochester, Indiana, Kira (Branden) Johnson of Rochester, Indiana, Hailey (Kalen) Ward of Lincoln, Nebraska and Taylor Powers of Lincoln, Nebraska and two exuberant great grand-daughters Autumn and Ruby Johnson of Rochester, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy A. Powers, sister Mary Nelle Good and parents, Charles and Maxine Powers.
At Chuck’s request there will be no funeral services. There will be a short memorial at the Eddy New Home Cemetery September 3rd at 10:00 am. A private family burial will take place following the memorial service. Dress is casual please.

Gary graduated from Campbell County High School and went on to Denver Institute of Technology in Colorado where he received an Associate Degree in Computer Drafting. While pursuing his degree, Gary met his future wife Christine.
Together, they returned to Gillette, WY where they had 3 beautiful children, Brandon, Gillian, and Nathan.
While living in Gillette, Gary worked as an oil field supervisor for many years. He worked long, hard hours so that he could provide for his family. He loved his children and his wife very much. When he was able to take some time off he enjoyed going to Riverton, Wyoming to visit his parents, sister, and nieces. He also enjoyed hunting with friends, even venturing up to Canada to hunt there. Often, he was able to take Brandon and share that with him. He loved to watch his boys play sports. He was very proud of Nathan, with whom he shared a close relationship, and was looking forward to Nathan starting college in the fall.
Gary never slowed down, even when he started getting sick. He fought the hard fight day after day, week after week until he realized his soul was strong enough but his body was not. He told everyone he loved them, went to sleep and never woke.
Survivors include: his son Nathan Huling, Nathan’s mom and Gary’s ex-wife, Christine Huling; his parents, Clyde and Roberta Johnson; his sister, Staci Johnson; his nieces, Madison & Emily Johnson; and grand nieces, Shaylee, Embrie, and Maxxyn Johnson. He is preceded in death by, his son, Brandon Sterken; daughter, Gillian Johnson; all Grandparents; Uncle Skip; Aunt Chris; and Cousin Deanna.

Obituary Preview: Richard Edmond Disel, age 80, a longtime resident of Shidler, OK passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK.
Richard was born on June 21, 1941, to Forest Edmond “Mike” Disel and Jessie Maurine Casey Disel in Nashville, TN. The couple raised Richard along with his brother Eugene Smith in Shidler, OK. Richard attended Shidler Public Schools and graduated High School in 1960 excelling in academics and as an excellent football player. After high school, Richard served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged in 1963.
Richard was a master craftsman and made furniture, and jewelry among other things. He forged knives for family and friends and even make things for others by request. He was an avid fisherman, loved riding dirt bikes and motorcycles, he enjoyed Indian artifacts and looking for arrowheads with friends and family. Over the years he built several airplanes that he loved to fly. He also built a boat, a helicopter and a 1923 model T truck. Friends have said that he was the kind of friend that could not be replaced and that he always had a great humor about him. He was kind and helpful, always willing to help others who needed something repaired. He could fix most anything. Richard worked in motor repair and his most recent job was Mertz Manufacturing, Inc. in Ponca City, OK as the Maintenance Supervisor working there until his retirement. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include his daughters, Tracy Bruce and husband, Michael of, Nowata, OK, Jamie Butler of Gentry, AR, son, Casey Disel and his wife, Jessica, of Spiro, OK; six grandchildren who he loved very much, Austin Bruce, Brayden Disel, Avery Butler, Gunner Polk, Evie Carlisle, Beau Polk, and Paisley Disel; niece; Kelly Smith-Troutman, nephew, James Smith, and several great and great-great nieces and nephews; his best friend, Brittany, who he always looked up to and dear friends, T-bo, Frankie, Bill and Pauline.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Eugene Smith and granddaughter, Lahrin Michele Bruce.
