Obituary Preview: Jean Cox-Lovell, a long-time resident of Farmington, New Mexico, passed away on Friday, April 8, 2022.  She passed of complications due to COPD and heart disease.  She was 90 years old.
Jean loved to entertain, especially preparing holiday meals for family and friends.  She enjoyed her flower garden consisting of roses, daffodils and tulips.  Jean was an avid golfer and once made a hole-in-one.  She enjoyed travel, one of her fondest memories was a trip to Hawaii with her sisters.  Jean played the piano and her children remember waking up to Flight of the Bumble Bee on many mornings.  Jean was also a very successful real estate broker, having achieved the status of Realtor of the Year, Director of the San Juan County Board of Realtors, and belonging to the Multi-Million Dollar real estate club.
Jean was born to the late Margaret Elmira McInnis and Henry Bascom Sager, in  Collbran, Colorado.  She is survived by her daughter, Melanie Anne Wright and her grandsons Bobby Wright, Osmond Wright, William Yeager and Danny Yeager.  She was preceded in death by her son George Frank Yeager, and her husbands William George Yeager (passed from alcoholism), Milton Terry (passed of a heart attack), Bob Cox (passed of liver cancer) and Derl Lovell (passed of leukemia).  Jean’s last husband Derl, was the love of her life.  May she dance eternally with her beloved son George and husband Derl.

Obituary Preview: Daisy Tso, 86 passed from this life into eternity with her loving Savior.  She died peacefully on 3/17/22. Daisy was born to the late Horace and Lena Tso in Teecnospos, Az.  She was a homemaker, seamstress, and beadmaker. Daisy will be remembered as the most loving woman to all who knew her. She has always made an impression on those she would meet; whether it be with loving eyes or arms filled with so much warmth that the embrace would bring you to tears.  She would leave you, without a doubt, that you have been loved. She will be missed, yet we know she is having a celebration of her own in heaven. Services will be held on Thursday, 3/24/22 at Cope Memorial Chapel, 404 W. Arrington, Farmington, NM.  Viewing from 10-11am.  Graveside Service at 11:30am at Memory Gardens, 6917 E. Main, Farmington, NM with her son, Reverend Stanley W. Gwen Coleman (91) of Farmington, N.M. passed away on March 11th,2022. She was a loving wife to husband Donald Coleman for almost 70 years. She was born to Hartford Watson and Sally Sharp Watson in Coleman, Texas. She attended school in Coleman and graduated from Coleman High School. It was there she met Donald and they were married on April 22nd, 1950. They lived in Abilene, Texas where mom attended and finished business school, and dad started his life journey working in the oilfield. They had a family of 3 children, Bruce, Cindy, and Sally.
In her younger days mom loved to bowl, play bridge, and golf. She was always glad to see her friends. All of her family thinks she was the greatest grandma ever. She bought gifts for every occasion, and enjoyed taking the grandkids school shopping. When she was able to do so she went to all the baseball, softball, and soccer games she could attend. She and pops were loved by all the grandkids, nieces and nephews.
Mom was preceded in death by husband Donald, her mother Sally Quinn, her dad Hartford Watson, her sister Wanda Boss, and son-in-law Phil Holman.
She is survived by her son Bruce Coleman (Adrianne), daughter Cindy Holman, and daughter Sally Graham (Danny). There will be a graveside service on Saturday, March 26th at 10:00 AM at Memory Gardens. It will be officiated by her daughter-in-law , Rev. Adrianne Coleman. A luncheon will held afterwards at 11:00 at the home of her daughter, Sally Graham. As she took her final breaths, she prayed Jesus I Trust You. Pearl was born June 6, 1934 to Seferino Gonzales and Eurbana Prespentt. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, George Sandoval, her children Georgia Budd, Lillian Chavez and husband Steve, Johnny Sandoval and wife Dawne, and Sheila Pacheco and husband Tommy. Other survivors include her precious sister and best friend Corrine Ritchey, 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. Pearl was preceded in death by her parents, Seferino and Eurbana, her son Darryl Sandoval and siblings Rose Ruiz, Seferino Gonzales, Bert Gonzales, Helen Sandoval, Carlos Gonzales, and Raymond Gonzales. Pearl was one of a kind and had many talents she generously shared with family and friends. She will be remembered by the many crocheted items she entered in the county fair, such as table cloths, bedspreads,doilies,and afghans, often winning Best of Show. She would later gift them to loved ones. Many family members received custom made quilts. She was an avid gardener and harvested bushels and bushels of green chili, which she would roast, peel, chop, and bag. She made sure everyone had enough chili to last till next season. These are just a few of her many talents. Pearl will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church-Bloomfield, NM. Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 18, 2022 at St. Mary Catholic Church-Bloomfield, NM.

Neva was a native to New Mexico and San Juan County.  She was well known and respected within the community.  She worked in the banking industry for over 30 years.  She loved painting and baseball.  She was a volunteer in many non-profit organizations and enjoyed helping others.  She will be dearly missed by many.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Emillio and Rafalita Garcia, her brothers Emilio Jr. Garcia, Press Garcia, Marvin Garcia, Melvin Garcia, her sisters Angelina Anya, Inez Reed, Dora Valdez, Dela Armenta, her sons Leonard “Lenny” Wayne Phillips and Michael Ray Phillips.

Charles Leroy Tobin - May 11, 1952 - February 18, 2022

Obituary Preview: Charles (Chuck) Tobin was born May 11, 1952 to Inez Lorene (Holtzclaw) and Charles Fredric Tobin in Cortez, Colorado. Chuck was the oldest of three siblings. He graduated High School in Delores, Colorado and went to college in Denver, Colorado graduating with his Associate Degree in Mechanics. Chuck was employed with El Paso Natural Gas which later became Enterprise Products for 45 years and he had planned to retire on May 11, 2022 on his 70th birthday. Chuck loved to trap shoot, golf, and fish. He was proud to have served as a reserve police officer and a volunteer firefighter. Chuck loved his grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. He helped to raise them like his own.
Chuck is survived by his wife Donna Louise (Jordan) Tobin; daughters Fawn Tobin and Shawna Tobin; aunt Marjory and uncle Reef Egger; grandsons Camron Martinez, Landyn Taylor, Easton Tobin; granddaughter Hadley Tobin; and great-grandson Phoinix Martinez.
Chuck has joined his in-laws who he loved as his own parents Nancy and Carl Jordan in Heaven.
We will be celebrating Chuck’s life on Tuesday March 1st, 2022 from 9am to 1pm at First Baptist Church in Farmington, New Mexico. It will be an open visitation/ reception so everyone is welcome to come and go freely. At 1pm immediate family and those remaining will proceed to Greenlawn Cemetery to lay Chuck to rest. Pallbearers are Camron Martinez, Mark Mordecki, Mark Wendeborn, Mike Finlayson, Robert Trobaugh, Tony Montano, Pat Montano, Justin Strunk, and Honorary Pallbearer Landyn Taylor.
