Mike showed a keen interest in music and art at an early age. He started both piano and guitar lessons at age 8, and oil painting at age 10. Some of his oil paintings remain on the walls of his parent's home. Mike's delightful sense of humor was also illustrated in his cartoon drawings.

Many of Mike's friends have preceded him in death, and we can only smile at the reunion they are all having now. Rest in Peace Mike, you have enriched all of our lives

quality of life and overall health. A very special thank you to : Theodore Akalonu and his staff at Precise Ambulance Service for their personal care and diligence. They literally carried Ray up and down the stairs when he was unable to do it on his own. Theodore often played enforcer by refusing to take no for an answer ,when Ray refused to go to dialysis. This was not always easy, he did not always win
the battle but he never wavered. Leandra Brown his roommate, who treated Ray like his own family, patiently helping him with whatever he needed when he could no longer do for himself. He often pushed Ray to stay
active, prepared his meals when needed and aided him to continue living independently.
Leandra stepped in to assist without questions, day or night. We can never thank any of you enough for all you did, but please know that the entire family
is beyond grateful for the help and love poured in to him.
Remember sadness is always temporary. This, too, shall pass.
