Renee excelled in all aspects of her life, beginning with school, continuing to a varied career that included working at Fort Monmouth, working in her mother’s millinery store, and eventually as a successful & esteemed real estate broker. She was an avid bridge and tennis player and enjoyed going to the theater with her friends.
Graveside service on Sunday, April 14 at 11:00 a.m. Beth Olam Memorial Park, Lakewood, NJ. No prior visitation. Those wishing to, donations in her memory to the American Heart Association.

Obituary Preview: Marcia Jacobs passed away peacefully at home after a long illness on April 6, 2024; she was 77.
Her husband of over 53 years, Bob, was with her and caring for her until the end. Marcia was born on May 18, 1946, in Islip, New York, to Rabbi Sidney & Mrs. Florence Bogner. Her family eventually moved to Kearney, New Jersey, where she graduated from Kearney High School in 1964.
After school, she did secretarial and administrative work for various employers until finally retiring as the office manager for a Jersey Shore landscaping company. Marcia and Bob met on the Jersey shore in 1965 and eventually married in December 1970 after he returned from Vietnam.
Marcia enjoyed doing craftwork, especially knitting baby blankets for expectant mothers, along with her husband’s involvement in veterans affairs. She was a leader in the Jewish War Veterans Ladies Auxiliary on the local, state and national level. She took great pride in working to help hospitalized veterans as well as the Chaim Sheba Medical Center in Israel, which is a leader in medical innovations worldwide. Her passion for thanking veterans included approaching anyone she saw in a U.S. military uniform and thanking them for their service, which often included a hug. She was recognized by the Chapel of the Four Chaplains for her work for the veterans community. Her other passion was collecting frogs from all over the world. Part of her collection was once displayed in the Ocean County Library.
She is survived by her husband, Bob, son Matthew, daughter-in-law Roberta, grandson Jordan, two sisters, Susan and Minna, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, April 10, 2024at Temple Beth Am Shalom in Lakewood, and interment will follow at Congregation B’nai Israel Memorial Park in Toms River.
Donations in her memory may be given to either the New Jersey Ladies Auxiliary of the Jewish War Veterans or the National Museum of American Jewish Military History in Washington.

Phyllis worked primarily for two dentists in her career, Dr. Sachler, in New York, and Dr. Bruce Metzger in, Morganville, New Jersey, and was remembered by her patients for her care and thoughtfulness. She is remembered by friends and family for her perfectly matched outfits, for her frequent letters and phone calls, and above all else, for her unwavering love and kindness. She enjoyed nothing more than
providing for her family and spending time with the people that she loved. She is survived by her two children, Randi and Michael; her daughter-in-law, Linda, and son-in-law, Rich;
her five grandchildren, Jonathan, Drew, Rachel, Zach, and Jenna; and her great-grandson, Wyatt. Jack resided in Old Bridge and Lakewood from 1962 until 2016. He worked as an engineer at Bristol- Meyers-Squibb (Hillside, NJ) and American Can Company (Jersey City, NJ) for 35 years. He was a past member of Congregation Beth Ohr (Old Bridge), Ahavat Shalom and an active member of Congregation Dov V Shmuel. Jack had a passion for life-long learning and enjoyed travel, dancing, and spending time with his family. He is predeceased by his parents, Herman and Eva Weinstein, a brother, Oscar Weinstein, and wives Bernice (Jume)
and Adrienne (Berkley). He is survived by his sister Ana (Finkelstein) his sons Barry (Elizabeth) and Scott (Debra) and his three stepdaughters, Fran Rosenfeld (Elliot), Judy Braun (Robert) and Karyn Schwartzer (Melissa). Jack’s legacy also includes 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great
grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 18, 2024, at 10:30 AM at Belkoff-Goldstein Funeral Chapel, 313 Second St., Lakewood, NJ 08701. Interment will follow at Freehold Hebrew Benefit Society Cemetery 164 State Route 33 (Business Route 33), Freehold, NJ 07728

Surviving are her 3 children Nicole Orozco and Husband Max Orozco of Brick, Salvatore Pappalardo of Toms River and Lisa D’Agostino and Husband Frank of Queens N.Y. Her 4 Grandchildren Felicia Tilton and Husband Matthew Tilton of Bellmawr, Mia Orozco of Brick, Roe Calliendo and wife Amanda of Long Island and Dana Azzaro of Queens. Her 2 great grandchildren Noelle Tilton and Nora Tilton of Bellmawr. Her Sister Susan Iverson and Husband Larry of Howell.
Funeral services will be held 11am Sunday, February 4, 2024 at the Toms River Jewish Community Cemetery, 1130 West Whitty Rd, Toms River. Shiva will be observed at the Family Home in Brick, NJ.

good crossword puzzle, all forms of the arts, and studying and learning about any topic that intrigued her. Bev was a fiercely strong, intelligent woman who served as a trusted confidante to family and friends and
always offered sage advice and words of encouragement to whoever needed them.
She had many passions, but her greatest enjoyment came from being with her family. Bev is survived by her daughter Wendy Reizer of Manasquan, New Jersey, son John Levy and his wife
Wendy Kalish of Scottsdale, Arizona, and her granddaughter, Olivia Reizer of New York City. Relatives and friends will be received at Beth Am Shalom, 1235 Highway 70, Lakewood, NJ on Sunday, November 5 from 12:30-1 pm. Her memorial service will follow at 1 pm in Beth Am Shalom. In lieu of
flowers, donations may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
