Pastor Isaac S. Pringle (MSGT Ret.) - October 11, 1950 - March 17, 2022

Obituary Preview: Pastor Isaac Solomon Pringle was born on October 11, 1950 in Sumter, South Carolina to the late Willie and Ida Pringle. He moved from Sumter, South Carolina to Winter Garden, Florida. Shortly after, he gave his life unto the Lord during a revival at Winter Garden Church of God in Christ. He graduated from Jones High School, Orlando, Florida and moved to New York where he worked in a fashion designer factory in Manhattan, New York. He furthered his education receiving an Associate degree from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor of Business Administration  from Wayland Baptist University and a Bachelor Degree from the International Seminary with concentration in Practical Theology. He was an anointed preacher, filled with the Holy Ghost and loved to preach and teach the unadulterated word of God. Proverbs 18:22 states, “Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the Lord.” On October 14, 1972 he married the love of his life, Patricia (Watterson) Pringle in Columbus, Ohio while on his first duty station at Lockbourne AFB. This union was blessed with three wonderful children; Kacey, Shaun, Greg and one daughter-in-law, Tiffany and four grandsons, Micah, Jaden, Noah and Jaxson. On October 21, 1970 he enlisted in the United States Air Force in New York. His military service career spanned over 24 years. During his active duty he received many awards, medals and decorations such as: AF Commendation Medal with three oak leaf clusters; AF Achievement Medal with one oak leaf cluster; AF Outstanding Unit Award Ribbon with two oak leaf clusters; AF Good Conduct Medal with one silver oak leaf cluster; National Defense Service Medal with one bronze service star; Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal (Lebanon); AF Overseas Short Tour Ribbon; AF Overseas Long Tour Ribbon with two oak leaf clusters; AF Longevity Service Award Ribbon with one silver oak leaf cluster; NCO Professional Military Education Graduate Ribbon; Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon; AF Training Ribbon and the Meritorious Service Medal. In 1990 during his assignment in Japan he was ordained as an Elder in the Church of God in Christ. In 1993 he came to Wichita Falls, Texas on what would be his final assignment at Sheppard AFB before his retirement. In 1998 he would become the founder and Pastor of the Temple of Joy COGIC. He served God and his church faithfully and diligently until the Lord called him home.  He served the Wichita Falls District COGIC as the Assistant District Superintendent. He served the Texas Northwest Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ as an Adjutant to the Jurisdictional Bishop, a member of the Ordination Board and the State Sunday School Superintendent.  On March 17, 2022 Pastor Pringle exchanged time for eternity and exited this earthly existence.  He was preceded in death by; his parents, Willie Pringle and Ida Pringle, his brothers, Willie Pringle, Freddie Pringle, James Pringle and Aaron Pringle.  He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife of 49 years, District Missionary Patricia Pringle, his children, Kacey Pringle, Shaun Pringle (Tiffany) and Gregory Pringle.  His grandsons, Micah, Jaden, Noah and Jaxon. His siblings, Lueida Pringle Outten and Ezelle Pringle (Jean). Also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She attended school in the WFISD school district and graduated from Rider High in 1984. She was previously employed with Telequest, Howmet, Luby’s and Sheppard Air Force Dining Hall.  She graduated from the University of Phoenix for business management in 2017 and ITS Beauty School Cosmetology in 2018. Roslyn was also an honorary member of Ainsworth & Young Funeral Home Staff.  Roslyn was co-pastor and host along with her husband of the True Light Ministries on the Mission Gospel Train local radio program. She joined Church of the Living God CWFF Temple #327 in 2012 under the leadership of Elder Millard Devine. She was acting Sunday School Superintendent, and she later became a Church of the Living God CWFF, Evangelist in October 2017. She was a member of the Naomi Chapter # 2021 O.E.S. Evangelist Griffin-Charles was always willing and ready to travel. She loved traveling to her church’s convention with her Elder and Sis. Devine. They traveled to Dallas, Houston, Beaumont, Amarillo, Oklahoma City and Tulsa.  She loved ministering to anyone in need of hearing a word from God. She also loved to praise dance! She was preceded in death by: her parents, Frances and Walter Griffin, her sister, Karen Johnson, aunt, Sherrlyn Holmes, uncle, David Wayne Sheppard and granddaughter, Avionna Griffin. She is survived by: her husband, Joezell Charles, her children, Ebony Griffin, Jeremy (Misty) Griffin, Garion Johnson, Frances (Casell) Johnson , ShaQuayla Johnson and Donniesha Washington. Her step children, Joezell Murphy, Jamaila Murphy, Joezell Charles, Jr., Joezell Robinson and Jamal Robinson. Her nephew/son, Van (Sheena) James. Her sisters, Gwendolyn Willis, Chelsea Thompson, Tisha (Clint) Griffin and Rashida Branch. Her brother, Edson (Shannah) Griffin. Ten grandchildren and best her friend Sharon Bedford and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

He was family oriented man and loved being around friends and family.  Ronald loved and was an avid fan of the Arizona Cardinals.  Everyone who knew him loved and enjoyed his company. He is preceded in death by;  his father, Sammy Lee Neal,  his sister, Glenda Gardner and Grandparents, Big Daddy ,Big Mama. He Leaves To Cherish His Memories; His wife, Alnita Verniece Neal, his children, Monica Neal (Earl), Tasha Bagby (Donald), Alonzo Gaut (Edith), eight grandchildren, his Mother, Eva Mae Neal, his siblings, Eva Neal, Barbara Neal, Jackie Howard, Sammy Neal and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Ray was preceded in death by; his parents, J.B. Bishop and Ida Grant, his grandparents, Edward Grant and Pinky Grant, two children, J.B. Bishop and Clearie Denise Kirven “Ne-Ne”, his siblings, Joe Hamilton, Nathaniel Willis, Frank Willis and Juanita Darden. Paul graduated with an associate degree from Vernon Junior College and continued at Western Governors University where he was getting a Bachelors in Coding and Leadership. He was so close to achieving the next step in his dream of higher education. Paul was a caring and giving Christian man, who helped everyone he could. He was also helping his wife take care of his Mother-in-Law, Joan Chapel. He was a scout leader for The Boys Scouts. He had a great sense of humor and always loved to make people laugh. Paul liked to play baseball, taught soccer to youths, played video games, and was an avid book reader. He liked to make things with his hands like model cars and jewelry and helped his wife Pam with their Paparazzi Jewelry business. He loved nature and animals and even had a chocolate lab who he dearly loved named Hope. Lovingly remembered by his five children, Steven Chapel, Mark Chapel, Kymberlie Comstock, Christian Comstock, Paul Comstock Jr. His two sisters Ariel and Sara Comstock, his mother Nora Comstock Bell, and her husband Jack Bell. His stepmother Teresa Comstock, and her partner James and his brother Daniel Comstock. His nephew Denon Comstock. His mother-in-Law Joan Chapel. His seven grandchildren, Isabella, Anthony, Summer, Lily, Santiago Chapel, Jeffery, and Iris. Sister-in-Law Debra Farina and her husband Daniel Farina, niece Shawna Boutwell, nephew Dylan Farina, and his daughter Kaiden. Brothers-in-Laws Maurice Chapel Jr and his son Michael Chapel, Scott Chapel, and his wife Victoria Chapel and their children, Andrew, Kristina, Patricia, and Nicole. I would like to thank Ainsworth and Young’s Funeral Home. Memorials may be made by planting a tree or placing a donation to The Alzheimer’s Association. There is no memorial at his time due to COVID but there will be one at a later date.

Three of her siblings Wayne Hardeman, King Hardeman and Maggie Castillo all preceded her in death. Flora married Eddie Junior Russell (deceased). During their marriage, she birthed a daughter, Flora Lee Russell who died shortly after parturition. She worked many years for Sears and Roebuck in Wichita Falls.  She was a member of  Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. Flora loved riding the city bus. Mrs. Russell was loved by a great multitude of people. She was well-known for babysitting the children of close family and friends. She had a very affectionate relationship and close ties with her family; especially her existing sisters, Charlene, Willie and Sandra. Her nieces and nephews were also her pride and joy. She leaves behind her remaining sisters, Willie Jean Allen of Goree, TX and Sandra Owens and Charlene Harris both of Wichita Falls, TX. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.

She accepted Christ at an early age, and was a member of New Jerusalem Baptist Church.   She attended Wichita Falls Public Schools and was very proud to be a Hirschi High School Huskie class of 1977 graduate. Tammy was employed at Lamar Daycare, Helen Farabee and United Regional where she worked for 17 years until her health failed. She was a loving, caring and devoted mother and grandmother.
From the grands She always told us what was right and she was the BEST Grandma we could have. She had a good heart and everyone loved her. She was funny and definitely the boss. Tammy is survived by her daughter, Mariah Malone (Darryn) and grandchildren, Kentavious, Braylen, Brayden Malone and A’maya Wilson. Her father, Wyatt Hastings, Her sisters, Belinda Cavitt (Rev. David) and Antoinette Hastings (Bruno), her brothers, Lance and Keith Hastings and a very special friend Benetta Johnson and a host of other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by her mother, Orleans Hastings and brother, Antonio Hastings.
