Born June 30, 1961 in Taylorville, IL.  He grew up in Jacksonville, Fl.  Mike was a member of Oak Crest Methodist Church.  As a teen he went on a mission trip to Costa Rica.  Mike, as he preferred to be called, graduated from Forest High School in 1979.  He became a Correctional Officer in Starke Fl. Later Mike  transferred to Orlando Reception Center where he finished his career of 30 years and retired to Jackson TN.  He was an avid Miami Dolphin Fan.  Mike loved fishing, hunting, going to the beach and most of all spending time with family.   Mike was a Big Teddy Bear and Loved by so many.  He was a loving husband, father, brother, son and a wonderful Papa Baldy and Poppy to his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife Syndi Heymann Cairel, His son Michael Steven Cairel Jr. (fiance Kaytlynn Grigsby), Stepsons Adam Mathews and Andrew Mathews, 3 Grandchildren and 7 Step Grandchildren, Mother Eileen (Bill) Wadding, sisters Sherry(Norman) Kirkendoll, Marsha(Joe) Sutorus , Stepmother Janice Cairel.  Lots of Aunts, Uncles, cousins, niece and nephew.  He was proceeded in death by his Father, Jack H. Cairel.

He is survived by one daughter, Tyffani Cox of Knoxville; two sons: Joshua L. Collins of Knoxville, and Jason Collins I of Jackson; one stepson, Jonathan Morris of Hornbeak; five sisters: Lori McCord of Dyersburg, Karen Wilson of Tiptonville, Connie Hilton of Obion, Angelia (Angie) Watson of Rutherford, and Deanna Carter of Ripley, MS; five brothers: Ronnie Collins of Newbern, Johnny Collins of Steele, MO, Billy Lattimer of Dyersburg, Ricky Collins of Collierville, and James Collins of Pontotoc, MS; and eight grandchildren: Austin Kidd, Cameron Kidd, Bryson Kidd, Jason (Drew) Collins II, Joshua V.L. Collins, Jaleb Collins, Melody Collins, and Jemma Collins; two step grandchildren: Aleix Morris, and Jon-Andrew Morris and two great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one sister, Deborah (Debbie) Lattimer of Dyersburg; one uncle, Gene Grugget of Dyersburg; one grandchild, Javin Collins of Knoxville.
Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, January 12 at 1:00 PM at Tatumville Fire Department 1030 Tatumville Rd Newbern, TN 38059. Bro. Mack Daniels will Officiate.

Obituary Preview: Mrs. Williamson the widow of Savannah Walker Williamson, died peacefully at her home on Sunday, November 21. She was born on November 7, 1927 in the Huntersville Community to William Dawson Crymes and Sarah Adelaide Day Crymes. She was the youngest of eleven children born to her parents. As a young child she worshiped at Lane Chapel CME Church. According to Alma, she accepted Christ as her savior not at church during revival but in thoughtful quiet solitude at her home. She had a deep commitment to church, family and community. At Denmark CME, she served as the Church Secretary for many years and willingly served where she was needed. As a member of the Neely Station Community she played a role in acquiring a fire station, a community park and founded an organization with a charter of community service. Survivors of Mrs. Williamson are six of her children, Savannah Williamson, Willie Reeves, Oburla Reaves, Vivian Somerville, Thenaus Williamson, and Sylvia Smith; a grandson whom she raised, Tyrus Williamson; nineteen grandchildren; forty-one great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; and many relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, November 27 at Affordable Funerals and Cremation Services, 116 Allen Avenue in Jackson. Visitation 11 am—5 pm and Family hour 5 pm to 6 pm.

Obituary Preview: Priscilla Harris was born on August 26, 1980 to the late Frank Harris of Brownsville, TN and Delois Maxwell of Jackson, TN.
She attended school in the Jackson Madison County school system. In 2007, she attended nursing school where she obtained a license to become an CNA. She recently joined a wonderful company called Loving Arms. This was a job that she really enjoyed.
She dedicated her life to God at an early age. She was a member of St. James Church of God in Christ in Stanton, TN. Later on she joined a singing group called the Divine Harmony of Jackson, TN. She then joined Christian Faith Tabernacle of Brownsville, TN under the leadership of Pastor James Carney.
To cherish her memory she leaves a host of family and friends.

He also leaves 4 sisters: Elizabeth Booth, Claudia Ellison, Linda Joyce Ellison, Mildred Louise Underwood, and 2 brothers: Charlie (Dorothy) Ellison, and Lloyd Ellison. He also leaves a host of grandchildren, and great grandchildren.  Richard was a hard working, humble, and loving man! He was also a man of many, many talents. If you ever had the pleasure of meeting him then he definitely left his mark on you! Richard, daddy, grandaddy you will definitely be missed.
