In her lifetime she finished college (at the College of Charleston) owned two separate, fairly successful businesses, one a handmade children's clothing and the other an Organic grocery store. In between, she taught elementary school for around 10 years.  As a lefty, she was always thinking 2 steps ahead of most.  She was a world traveler, a Dr in natural medicine, a wife, and a mother.  She excelled at everything that she did. We Love you mom. Dale, Mary Altman, and Philip love you and will miss you terribly.
Elizabeth was born July 31, 1957 in Knoxville, Tennessee and was the daughter of the late William Edward Booker, III and Jo-Ann Ragland Widney Booker.
Surviving are: her husband, Dale Everet Altman of Walterboro; children, Philip Ragland Altman of Winston-Salem, North Carolina and Mary Katherine Winningham Altman of Warrenton, Illinois;  brother, William Edward “Beau” Booker of Charleston; sisters, Nancy Warren and her husband Kenny of Charleston and Bertha Booker of Wadmalaw Island.
A memorial celebration of her life will be held at a later date and time to be arranged.

Joanna had an immense interest in watching television shows.   She was well known for her sweet spirit and humble character.  She cared deeply for others and always asked how they were doing.

April was known for her love of traveling and her attraction to the beaches of the Carolinas.  She was a compassionate person to others and certainly had a big heart to share.  April will always be remembered as a charismatic lady, who never met a stranger no matter where she went.  Many times throughout her life she was known to be exceptionally blunt and known to be a brave individual.  She loved God and of course, she loved her children unconditionally.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by: her three sons, Dustin Geroski, of Florida; Corey Geroski, of Missouri; and Kyle Geroski, of Hawaii; a grandchild; and sisters, Tammi Lyon and Amber Hoffman.

Randy faithfully served his country in the United States Navy.  He worked for many years as a train engineer for Norfolk Southern Railroad and as a logger till his health prohibited him.  Randy was a hard worker and had an unbelievable amount of strength, desire and will to live during his lengthy illness.  He possessed a unconditional love for his wife, children and family, which was what kept him striving to overcome his illness over the many years.   A family man he was known as but he also shared a great love for animals as well.
In addition to his wife of fourteen years, Sandra Dee Murphy Moore, he is also survived by: sons Jason Moore (Kari) or Summerville, SC, Dylan Murphy (Briana) of St. Matthews, Logan Rice of Smoaks and Jeffery Register (Joanna) of Bamberg; a  daughter, Trisha Thomas of Illinois; grandchildren, Kaylen McReynolds, J.T Moore, Peyton Moore, Kayden Murphy and Alivia Murphy; brothers Mark Moore (Mickey) of Florida and Gary Moore of Illinois; sisters, Kathy Jett (Harry) of Florida and Nancy Hart of Illinois.
The family will be having a celebration of Mr. Moore’s life Thursday, September 10, 2020 at Little Swamp United Methodist Church, 17465 Hunters Chapel Road, Smoaks, SC 29481.

Born February 3, 1937, in Cleveland, Ohio, he was a son of the late Philip Frank Herzog and the late Ann Snyder Herzog.  Mr. Herzog served our country faithfully in the United States Air Force, having retired as a Master Sergeant after twenty-six years of service.  During his time in service he was a Prisoner of War and the recipient of the Purple Heart. He was a member of the American Legion.   One of the joys in Phil’s life was playing Santa Clause and seeing the joy it brought to children and adults.
Surviving are: his wife, Mrs. Judy Gonter Herzog; a son, Philip Frank Herzog; three daughters, Tammy Lynn Barr, Tina Lynn Moss, and Tracy Lynn Chrestman; a sister, Fran Pfsing; eight grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a granddaughter.

Obituary Preview: Carl Louis Bailey, Jr, of Charleston, SC passed away Thursday, June 20, 2019 at the age of 91. He was born April 7, 1928 to Carl L. Bailey, Sr. and Grace Kelly Sergel in Millville, NJ. Carl grew up in Bridgeton, NJ and attended Bridgeton High School and Peddie Preparatory School before attending Lafayette College.  He joined the Airforce upon discharge joined Jersey Package Company, a family owned business.  In1961 he left the family business to become a stockbroker in Bridgeton, NJ and later Millville.  In 1970 he moved to Naples, Florida with his family.   He also resided in Orlando, Florida where he opened the first discount brokerage firm.   In 2001 he and his wife moved to Fort Mill, SC to be closer to his daughters and after the passing of his wife relocated to Charleston, SC.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 59 years, Barbara Sheppard Bailey, his sister Myrna Bailey Rhubart and his granddaughter Amanda Klaiber.  He is survived by his sister Betty Ann Shelton of Cape May, NJ, Jane Sanders (Bob) of Vineland, NJ and Tiffany Bailey of Greenville, SC.  He has three daughters,  Michele Grace Lessirard (Rich) of Vero Beach, Fl, Kelly Bailey Klaiber (Kim) of Charleston, SC, and Lisa Bailey Sullivan (Bart) of Austin, Texas along with his grandchildren Justin Bailey, Brandon Klaiber, Maddy Hart, Tiger Sullivan, Teddi Sullivan and his great grandson, Covan Klaiber.
Celebration of life will happen in the Summer of 2020 in South Jersey.

Born November 6, 1952, in Augusta, Georgia, he was the devoted son of the late Bill and Evelyn Price Garner.   He was a retired Pipefitter form Austin Construction and was a member of the Horse Creek Masonic Lodge, No. 174 in Langley, South Carolina.   Frankie loved traveling, and especially loved music, always entertained by concerts and enjoying music of all genres.    History was another of Frankie’s passions, especially the history of South Carolina.  He followed politics and stayed current on world news and events.  He was active in his beloved community of Edisto Beach.
Surviving are: his wife of forty-two years, Mrs. Teresa Clark Garner; a daughter, Erin Terah Garner of Edisto Beach; a son, Stephen Marcus Garner of Edisto Beach; and an uncle, Buddy Harrison and his wife, Daryl and their son, Shannon.  He is also survived by a dear and lifelong friend, Ronnie Newsome, whom the two together were like “two peas in a pod”.
