Robert Harry Renaud - November 08, 1965 - February 12, 2022

Departed: 02/12/2022 (Columbus)
Obituary Preview: Robert Harry Renaud age 55 of Mill Spring, NC passed away February 12, 2022.
Robert was a birth native to Worcester, Massachusetts but called Western North Carolina home for over 25 years.
He was preceded in passing by his beloved Pepere and nephew Michael.
He is survived by his cherished mother, Diane Irwin of Webster, Massachusetts.  He is also survived by his wife, best friend and riding partner Shelia Renaud, his son, Scott Renaud-Randall (Kim) as well as, five daughters: Alexis (Caleb), Destiny, Hannah, Amanda and Kayla.  Bob was a proud Pop-Pop to four grandchildren: Jocelynn, Blaze, Cyprus and Mason.
Bobby grew up as the youngest of four children; his sister Chris (Denny) and brothers, Jeff (Elaine) and Steve (Ronda) and held close to his dear sister-in-law Vicki.
Into adulthood he learned and loved that he had two younger sisters, Christina and Teresa.
Bobby also was a very loving and proud uncle to his 7 nephews, 4 nieces, 2 great-nephews and 2 great-nieces.
Throughout his journeys in life and on the road, Bob also gained countless brothers and sisters whom he cherished. He came to NC 25 years ago on a Greyhound bus with nothing but a duffle bag of tools and a lot of determination.  He then went on to build a successful construction business with his son.  After years of hard work he was finally able to fulfill his dream of being a Harley owner.  He wasted no time in putting as many miles on that bike as possible and once he met his favorite riding partner in his wife there was no other question on his mind besides “Where to next”?
Though the last few years before his passing were difficult, due to failing health, he fought with a stubborn courage that could never be matched.  And when he knew he could no longer fight he asked to be made comfortable.
Bobby passed comfortably and peacefully in his home surrounded by loved ones.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date. “Although our roads in life have forked in different directions, we find great comfort in knowing that you will always be riding with us.”
